GGuest UserCheck in e check out ineficientes, apesar de encaminharem e-mail para check in online, na chegada ao hotel os hóspedes recebem pagers pra aguardar (por muito tempo) o atendimento , o que é indicador claro do problema crônico. A estrutura geral atende o esperado.

AAlexzmAn excellent hotel for business, tourism travelers, the location is right at the main entrance of the city Trindade, few kilometers away from Goiânia. The lobby and all the areas are very clean and well preserved.

GGuest UserÓtima localização, porém alguns pontos a melhorar: me hospedei 2 dias e não houve limpeza de quarto mesmo solicitando diretamente com o pessoal responsável, água do chuveiro muito fraca, tínhamos que escolher qual pingo d' água tomar banho. No mais ok.

MMonicaO hotel é muito bom em todos os aspectos com exceção da cama e coberta. A cama não é muito confortável e as cobertas que eles fornecem aos hóspedes são bem ruinzinhas. Coberta fina e com aspecto ruim. Mas o quarto é muito bom, café da manhã bem completo.

GGuest UserO hotel tem uma localização boa, mas os quartos precisam de melhorias, tive problemas com o colchão que era super desconfortável, tinha um buraco no meio quando você deitava, acordava com a coluna pedindo socorro 😩 e os travesseiros super finos, o banheiro não tinha ducha, e o chuveiro quando usado na temperatura quente dava choque, fora que era super fraco o jato do chuveiro 🚿 as portas precisam de reparos, a do banheiro já estava toda arrebentada, até um buraco tinha, o hotel tem 2 elevadores e um deles passou 3 dias sem funcionar, então demorava muito até chegar no seu andar devido a movimentação de pessoas, graças a deus o ar condicionado funcionava bem, mas precisa de manutenção para tirar o pó de poeira, o café da manhã era bom, tinha várias opções e hotel oferece estacionamento gratuito, e as camareiras são super educadas! Todo mês estou em Goiânia e na minha opinião, o valor cobrado pelas diárias não valeu a pena, já paguei valores menores em outros hotéis no mesmo setor que me ofereceu uma estadia melhor, mas infelizmente dependendo das datas nem todos os hotéis tem disponibilidade, então você se obriga a ficar nos que tem, foi o caso da minha hospedagem no rede Andrade!
