Hotel looks nice on the outside but you’ll see lots of thing waiting for you. When we arrived in the hotel we see that the people who are working at reception were nice but doesn’t give the basic information about the hotel unless you ask lots of questions. Nothing was explained. Then we switched to our room by ourselves and found out there was a bottle of water which already had been used. Thankfully the Bellboy helped us and solved the problem, we appreciate him. He is the guy who saves receptions lack of information and lack of interest. After relaxing a little we decided to have some air at the restaurant area which is the only place that has open area. But no one cares what you asked or even doesn’t bother coming and asking you as if you’d like to have something. And that’s our first 30 minutes unfortunately. We booked for 3 nights and we’ll see what’s going to happen next. Maybe it’s just our experience.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is fresh and clean and the staff pleasant and very helpful. We had some minor hiccups in the room which were attended to politely and swiftly. It is possible to walk to shops and the beach but not convenient. Like most of Muscat, a car is really necessary to make the most of the visit

Breakfast was great. And ambiance is relaxing. We enjoyed this offer. Bipin was extra accommodating to our requests and ready to serve me and my friends.Keep it up! Will surely recommend to my friends and collueges

Clean, cozy, new, fresh. The swimming pool is open. Nice fitness room. The rooms are comfortable. Very simple breakfasts, this is rather a minus. To comfortably get to and from the hotel, you definitely need a car or taxi. There is nothing within walking distance. Slippers and bathrobes are not included. Minor shortcomings in cleaning.

I am very regular guest in your hotel. Amazing facilities and all the staff is also very king and helpful. I will like to special thanks to Janhavi and Amjad from reception for their great service. Pool is very nice and gym is also nice. Will see the staff soon again

My room was very big, it was clean and very convenient. The front desk was very nice and helpful. especially Ploy. I used the spa and I got the best therapy ever. Especially Joy and Sherly who are very experienced therapist and I recommend their deep muscle massage.

I loved this place!!! Food, shisha, taxis everywhere within distance. Hotel staff really nice. There is a swimming pool and spa available too. The only problem was that the breakfast buffet is terrible. They need to make it a lot better! Probably the worst breakfast I’ve seen in hotels that I have visited

When faced with a 14 hour layover in Muscat from Turkey to Melbourne, Australia via Kuala Lumpur you start looking at airport lounges and other alternatives. I had checked into options before we left Melbourne and found this hotel. When the business lounge options didn't work out as planned this was our choice and it worked well. The Aerotel Muscat Hotel is inside the airport and caters for people who are not leaving the airport and who only have carry on luggage. We approached the reception and found that booking online was cheaper but their advice onto what options they had were invaluable. We chose to rent a room for 12 hours and take half board. We chose breakfast (6-10) and dinner (from 7pm to 11 pm). By 9am in Ramadan the hot buffet had nothing out but they made us an omelet and scrambled eggs on request with sausage pieces, baked beans and hash browns and there was so much we couldn't finish it. Sliced bread and toaster was available and self-serve juice, tea and coffee with slices of carrot and banana cake for desert. Dinner was from options of a set menu again cooked individually. It was a lot cheaper and a lot tastier than other airport offerings. Our room was a garden view room though I gather others may look over airplanes flying in and out. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and I was able to sleep well during the day. There were only two pillows supplied but I could have asked the front 24 hr reception for more. There was a cupboard with hanging space and you don't need much more luggage storage. We also had a desk with comfortable chair if you needed to work and a couch as well as coffee and tea making and two free bottles of water but no mini-fridge. The large wall mounted TV looked good but, despite three attempts by technical staff, we couldn’t get it to work properly. It wasn't a priority for me who just wanted to sleep but for my husband it was more important. It had nice lamps and ceiling lights and good power and charging points. The central cooling (heating) worked well. I liked the design of the bathroom which was a very modern circular design with the toilet on one side and the shower on the other with the sink basin in between. It had hot water, good water pressure, shampoo and shower gel supplied as well as shower cap and dental kit. There was more in cupboard with the safe including a comb and body lotion which I took a while to notice. There were only one set of towels so we requested extra which we got quite quickly. There were no full length mirrors.

The best choice in the city. Excellent hotel whether on business or leisure. Rooms are spacious, thoughtfully designed and good quality. If you look carefully you will note that even the balconies have been designed to be private. Overall the hotel decor is funky and interesting. Staff are excellent and hospitable. Good food and service. Recommend you try the Siddhartha lounge which is great for an evening drink and food. A walk or swim on the beach is an option and the pool area is a wonderful chill zone. What could be better - The gym. It’s pretty small for a hotel of this size. Also equipment needs to be cleaned more frequently to enable users have a hygienic experience. Or else leave cleaning material for users to manage.

Amazing experience The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean and had delicious food Overall experience was very good and would definitely visit a second time and refer to my peers The hotel’s location was very close to al marina which isa nice place to spend the day and enjoy night walks Easy shopping and availability of stores

It has a small lobby and restaurant but our room is spacious with nice decoration in blue. I enjoy studying in lobby even though it isn’t large. It is very clean quiet place to rest. The pool is fantastic to enjoy swimming with interesting view on fifth floor. I haven’t tried gym yet but I would like to go tomorrow. I like the cozy atmosphere. There isn’t many facilities or good resturants around but you can take a taxi with almost 1.5 oman currency to get Al moje that you find many.

The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. There are supermarkets and delicious restaurants within walking distance, which is great.

Usual physical set up both in the lobby and in the bedrooms. Nothing to complain about there. There are some *******, though. The shampoo etc. bottles are clamped to the wall, as is usual these days. However their supplier provides bottles that are not see-through. So staff have no way of knowing when they are empty. And obviously they're not trained to check everyday. Same goes for the bathroom scales that never worked. And there is relatively little shelving space for anything you don't hang. Towel replacement is a bit hit and miss. If the floor towel is there, the hand towels won't be. I've stayed at a hotel which asked how hard/soft you wanted your pillows to be and I thought that was a bit of an affectation. I really missed having that option here. Breakfast is ok. Usual international buffet. There was relatively little in the way of local items and given the make-up of the clientele that was very surprising. Scrambled eggs were green in the middle on a couple of occasions, so I gave them a miss. More broadly, at the end I was left unsure who they had in mind as a customer. Some aspects suggest an international business audience (but no shoe shine machine anywhere). Other features suggest a local family audience, but the breakfast suggests otherwise.

Conducted business in hotel and around the hotel. It is a great place to visit. Everything is a stone's throw. The airport is very close by, the beaches are all very close by, shopping centers are not far, and you can even walk down the street to get to quite a few eateries if you do not wish to eat at the hotel. I wouldn't know why, because they have a great menu. The conference room we used was well furnished with a great view that I enjoyed while waiting for the rest of the business associates to arrive. The price is very low considering that the hotel is new, well furnished, AND close to everything around!

Great location!!! The room and bathroom we like it awesome outdoor swimming pool South Indian restaurant very nice food & tasty. We loved our stay .i recommend this resorts out my friends. We stayed here on our last night in Omar and it was great the staff very helpfull the Seeb Market and beach very close to hotel .they arrange the car complimentry.The overall atmosphere quite and comfortable.
