Our experience at this hotel was extremely disturbing and amounts to harassment by the hotel staff, ***** with gross mismanagement and lack of basic humanity. We were explicitly allowed to enter and stay in the room, including having guests. Once permission was granted, there was no justification for the staff to continuously interrupt us throughout the night via repeated phone calls and visits to the room. This constant disturbance, despite having allowed us to stay, felt like deliberate harassment. Further, the housekeeping staff initially confirmed that pets were allowed, based on which we proceeded. Later, the front desk team contradicted this information, stating that pets were not allowed. This internal miscommunication is entirely the hotel’s responsibility, yet the consequences were unfairly imposed on us. During the night, my mother was asked to stand outside the hotel at around 12:30 AM, in the cold and darkness, for nearly 30 minutes, and was repeatedly told to move aside instead of being assisted. This was both unsafe and inhumane. The front desk staff, Alisha and Pankaj, were rude, repeatedly poked and provoked the situation, and invaded our privacy by attempting to enter the room under the pretext of noise complaints. Ironically, they themselves escalated the matter by calling multiple staff members into the lobby and creating a scene. Ultimately, we were forced out of the hotel at 3:30 AM, which is completely unacceptable and unsafe. Asking guests to leave hotel premises in the middle of the night due to the hotel’s own policy confusion cannot be justified on any humanitarian or professional grounds. Hotels are not just about rulebooks—they are about hospitality, safety, and empathy. This incident reflects a serious failure on all three fronts. We strongly urge the management to investigate this matter and take appropriate action, so that no guest is subjected to such harassment, humiliation, or risk in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Trident Hotel in Gurgaon for a week during a business trip, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff went out of their way to make sure I felt welcomed and comfortable. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep after long days of meetings. I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail, from the high-quality toiletries to the well-stocked minibar. The hotel facilities are outstanding. The swimming pool and fitness center are well-maintained, offering a great way to unwind after a busy day. I also had the opportunity to dine at their restaurants, and I must say the food was delicious with a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes. What truly sets Trident Gurgaon apart is the service. Every staff member I interacted with was polite, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They were always ready to assist with any request, making my stay both convenient and enjoyable. Overall, my week-long stay at Trident Gurgaon was a memorable experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gurgaon, whether for business or leisure. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip!

The hotel is first class. The quality is very good. Breakfast had a lot of choice. Staff kept asking if everything was okay. It was nice, but a little too much. They made tea exactly the way I like it. This was excellent service. The parathas were very tasty. The coffee was not good. It tasted like instant coffee. They should offer proper filter coffee or Americano. Munhendra and each every staff was very helpful. They tried hard to help everyone. Room 919 had no proper hot water in the shower. The valve needs fixing every day.  I suggest avoiding room 919. Overall, a very good hotel with great service.

Very disappointing experience. When we arrived no wifi in hotel and being far away from family during these turbulent times not ideal. Then when we went to the room to unwind the TV was not functional and they stated the situation would not be solved that evening. After a long flight we figured at least we could take a nice hot shower and to our dismay no hot water. Not a good start to our experience. Following morning still no wifi thik late evening. Figured a swim might be worthwhile in the late afternoon and were told pool was under maintenance for a few days but we were not notified of this even at check in time. We usually book hotels on vacation or even for business getaways with down time in mind and this felt more stressful than relaxing. Staff overall was friendly at breakfast and at the desk but was disappointed with how management handled it. No offer of apologies or complimentary anything despite the challenges. Heard lemon tree was supposed to be a good brand but won't be booking again. Oddly we got water the other evenings only after informing them we needed hot water. They would tell us that they will inform the engineers to turn it on. And another thing I found odd which I have not experienced is that you can only connect max 2 devices to wifi but both my husband and I have devices that we need connected eg lap top, cell phone and tablets. Difficult to pick only 2 per room.

Due to the original hotel being fully booked and our reservation suddenly getting canceled, we had to make a last-minute switch to this luxury five-star hotel. Although some of the facilities are a bit dated, the service still meets five-star standards. The breakfast is especially worth mentioning — it offers a wide variety of options and tastes excellent. I also booked a room for a colleague. I’m not sure what criteria were used for evaluation, but despite being a Ctrip Diamond member, I wasn’t upgraded, while my colleague was. Overall, though, the stay was still reasonably worth the price.

I am extremely happy with my stay at the Grand Hyatt. I do thos every year. It was my anniversary and Celine (don't know the correct spelling, maybe Selene) was so kind in arranging cake for us. Divyaansh at Checkin was so courteous and professional, kindly helping us bring our bags to the room. His manager was also great, and remembered us from our stay last year. Forgot her name but she really exhibited her leadership skills. At checkout, Alisha was very helpful and kind, so was her manager (didn't get her name). They walked us all the way to the door. Kind gestures like these matter alot. Amit also showed great service by helping us with our bags, and Vinay at the front door too was so polite and helpful with our bags. Location is also alright. 35 minutes to airport if no traffic, half an hour drive to DLF Cyberhub for great dinner. Oh and in winter time they serve some delicious hot chocolate as a welcome drink. Their breakfast was also fantastic. I got to try local delights I don't usually have time to try like the Bun Maska. 10/10 recommend Grand Hyatt!

Exceptional Hospitality & Delicious Cuisine! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable, always greeting us with warm smiles and genuine care. Every interaction, whether at the reception, housekeeping, or restaurant, reflected a high standard of professionalism and kindness. The highlight of our stay, without a doubt, was the food. Each meal was a culinary delight – beautifully presented, bursting with flavor, and thoughtfully prepared using the freshest ingredients. Whether it was the lavish breakfast spread, the authentic local dishes, or the indulgent desserts, every bite was memorable. It’s rare to find a place where both service and food are so perfectly balanced, but this hotel truly excels at both. We left with full hearts and even fuller stomachs. Highly recommended for anyone looking to be pampered with genuine hospitality and top-notch cuisine

Titanium residency offers both great and average stay. I will list down both the pros and cons. Pros: Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. good set up for office work. Access to conference room also available. Washrooms are amazing. Cons: Wifi speed is bit bad. Breakfast buffet is exact same everyday, expected a bit more variation. But taste wise not bad. The major throw off was in the highlights it was mentioned that they offer free laundry for 2 items daily - not done. Gym and Office terrace was advertised - it's not there. Complimentary high-tea was offered and it was not given.

I had a wonderful stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to help with any requests. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. The hotel’s location is perfect, with many attractions within walking distance. I also enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffet, which had a great selection of both local and international dishes. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

Had a great experience at Holiday Inn once again. I had stayed there earlier in April 2025. Great ambience and excellent service by the staff. Like last time, we got an upgrade for our room. Room service was excellent and we were promptly provided with an extra chair on request. Breakfast spread is delectable, and most of the staff there is very courteous and helpful. Teresa recognised us from our last trip and went the extra mile to make us comfortable. Head Chef Prakash Yadav, Restaurant Manager Vinay, Restaurant Beverage manager Krishan Kumar made it a point to go to each guest to make them feel welcome. The apple jalebis merit a special mention. Special thanks to reservation supervisor Amrita Gharti for all her help in making our stay a memorable one. Checkin was super easy and smooth thanks to Swati. And so was the late check out courtesy Akanksha. Highly recommended
