The hotel was advertising with a swimming pool, and at the arrival we heard it was closed and converted into sports room, both were not accessible now, which was very sad, and the bathroom was not very clean and well maintained. The comfort of the bed was great, and the dinner in the restaurant was very good.

The hotel is relatively close to the airport. By bus, it takes 5 minutes to get there, but the ticket costs 6€, which is not cheap at all. By taxi, it costs 10€. And walking, it's about 15-20 minutes because you have to go all the way around the airport. The facilities are old. There's no hairdryer, no heating, and you can hear EVERYTHING!!! YOU CANNOT LEAVE YOUR LUGGAGE AT RECEPTION!! BE CAREFUL WITH THIS... The best part about this place was the breakfast.

Best for a quick break for business trip, nice and easy, no hassle

Close to Brussels South Charleroi Airport. We requested hotel shuttle which was 10 euro per person and were sent to hotel in 15 minutes. The bathroom is kind of small, except this all is good.

Nice spacious rooms and with kitchenette and refrigerator is certainly a plus point We were very happy that we could have a joint space to play a company game with friends Breakfast is complementary (not very clearly when booking) to pay but certainly the hardship worth The only point of decline during our stay was the absence of a cleaning round (we had booked 2 nights), not so much that a cleaning round was so urgently needed but the room of our friends had been cleaning ... Very close to the main street. Clean an beautiful inside. This is a fitness center at the ground floor but we haven't made use of it. It was amazing to see my name on the TV when I stapped into the room. The reception is very friendly and provided service at a professional way. Highly suggested.

Nice hotel. As you are used to from Van der Valk Hotels. Unfortunately there was heavy construction work which had a negative impact on the stay. However, the employees tried very hard to make the guests as pleasant as possible. They did a great job!
