Our stay at Geuligobom Dokchae Pension was truly exceptional. This self-catered traditional hanok house offers an authentic experience of living in the heart of a hanok village. Located on a quiet street, it provides a peaceful retreat, yet just around the corner, you're immersed in all the tourist highlights of old Jeonju. The nearby restaurants are delightful, adding to the charm of the location. The house itself is spacious and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable self-catered stay. The bathroom, complete with a jacuzzi, is a wonderful touch. We highly recommend Geuligobom Dokchae Pension for anyone seeking a genuine and relaxing stay in Jeonju.

For the price, this hotel is perfect and I honestly don’t know how they are even making a profit. The rooms were clean and spacious enough to fit 3 people. I liked that there was a sink and a sofa near the windows. Its going to be a drive several blocks down to the hanok village but taxi fares are very cheap compared to the US. Expect maybe like 6000 krw to the hanok village from the hotel. The restaurant (현대옥) across the hotel serves jeonju bean sprouts soup and that is really really good. All in all, this is no ritz carlton but its 1/20 price and it really is much much much better than the low cost hotels u would expect in the US.

I’ve stayed here a few times and like it because it is clean and cozy. Aside from it being a bit noisy this time due to early morning guests, it was comfortable as always. I left my charger behind, but they kept it safe for me, so I was able to retrieve it. I was upset because I lost my earphones at other places.

The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and very comfortable. It was also very quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast had fresh and delicious fruit, and the vegetables were tasty too. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and thoughtful, making it a great choice. It's right next to Qunshan Bus Station, so transportation is very convenient.

We stayed for one night as a family of four, consisting of a middle schooler and an elementary schooler. The facilities were impeccably clean and excellent. We booked a room with a terrace, and the natural light and atmosphere were superb. The children also really loved the terrace. The room condition was clean, and I believe there was nothing to complain about regarding the service. While the location isn't entirely perfect—since it is about a 20-30 minute drive from major tourist attractions in Jeonju—I consider its location in the Innovation City commercial district, with well-equipped amenities nearby, to be a strong point. If you are planning a comfortable and relaxing family trip, I highly recommend considering this accommodation.

The hotel was nice, but when I made the reservation, I specifically asked for a room away from the elevator, yet they assigned me one right in front of it, which was noisy in the morning. I checked in later than planned so I just used the room, but it was annoying that my request wasn't honored. I booked the hot spring + spa package, but the spa water was too cold, so I didn't even use it after paying. The germanium hot spring water was great, though. I'd only recommend the spa for families with children.

The accommodation itself is quite decent and good. However, all the facilities are paid, and the price is quite high. Also, there was a lot of dust under the sofa, so I think you need to pay a little more attention to cleaning. Other than that, it was a satisfactory place.

Every time I went to Jeonju, I used a single room, but this time the sound of the system air conditioner was so loud that I often woke up and worried. ㅠㅠ

It's a traditional Korean-style inn, and it was great for experiencing the atmosphere. I stayed there during the cold winter months, but the underfloor heating worked well, making it warm and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and easy to use, and the facilities were well-equipped, with water provided and a TV with YouTube and Netflix. On the other hand, perhaps because the walls were thin, we could hear noise from the next room late into the night, which sometimes disturbed our sleep. However, the property clearly instructed guests to keep quiet after 10pm, so I felt that ultimately it was up to the guests' manners on the day.

The reason why the hotel location is good There is plenty of food around. The facilities were clean and the room was spacious. I think there's enough parking space. We will use it again next time.
