LLCA23I really enjoyed my stay overall. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and I especially appreciated that the bed was already made and that a towel was included in the price, which was a nice touch. On the evening I arrived, it took me around 40 minutes by bus with traffic to reach the hotel from the centre of Andorra, which felt a bit long. The shower space was also quite narrow, and some water leaked over to my bed. Aside from these small details, everything else was impeccable and I had a very positive experience.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is very well located, just a few minutes from the centre of Andorra la Vella. The breakfast is like a buffet and they are filling it every time, which is great pq I went to others who only filled it once and the last one to get to the mouth had to breakfast. If you go in winter, like us, don't worry about the cold in the room, it makes even warm jajaja, it's perfect. The boy who made the check-in to us in the afternoon was charming.

AAnonymous UserThe check-in process at the front desk was very slow. There was only one girl checking in. We had to wait for a long time before it was our turn. The hotel's outdoor parking lot costs 20 euros a day. The spa was closed for maintenance during our stay. I don't know if it was because it was the off-season and there were few people. During our stay, no one came to clean the room to change towels, etc. There was no garbage bag in the room trash can, so we had to bag the garbage ourselves. But the town is beautiful.

AAndreaVery attentive and friendly receptionists. Nearby and free parking. Very complete buffet breakfast. The elevator is VERY small, SLOW and very old, I chose to use the stairs. The rooms are somewhat old but the bathroom (with bathtub) is large and renovated. It has a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and gel. Very complete.

NnKostEstuvimos en un apartamento, el apartamento correcto, camas comodas, todo limpio, con todo lo necesario para cocinar. 👍🏻
El spa, un poco dejado, con moho en las paredes en las partes de la sauna. Muchos niños pequeños, de 21 a 22 es only adults, se podria ampliar este horario.
En cuanto al desayuno a nivel de comida esta bien, el punto mas importante a mejorar es la limpieza de los platos, estan todos sucios, antes de poner los platos al friega platos hay que enjuagarlos y/o pasar la manguera con agua caliente, en algunos platos quedaba comida y manchas de jabón. Esto es inaceptable

GGuest UserVery warm, heating is sufficient, very clean, breakfast is many types, parking is free, although old, but it is very comfortable to live, the mattress is not soft, sleep comfortably. The price is worth it, suitable for self-driving. There is a distance from the city.
