Hotel Princesa Parc

Very good hotel, with great facilities and close to the bus. Fantastic breakfast.

The check-in process at the front desk was very slow. There was only one girl checking in. We had to wait for a long time before it was our turn. The hotel's outdoor parking lot costs 20 euros a day. The spa was closed for maintenance during our stay. I don't know if it was because it was the off-season and there were few people. During our stay, no one came to clean the room to change towels, etc. There was no garbage bag in the room trash can, so we had to bag the garbage ourselves. But the town is beautiful.

Very welcoming staff. The buffets are varied and very clean. Nothing to say, very, very soothing.

The rooms are very poorly heated we spent 2 nights without heating with my children of 3 children I was full of staff they say we can do nothing it's the automatic heating!!!!

Well, I have known the hotel for many years and they welcomed me as a client that I have been, they gave us A good room on the 5-star side, but not by booking through Trip. Also, I booked a room and then they made me pay for a second person, with an additional charge for my wife, and that to me is in bad taste. You guys look bad. The room they gave us did not have hot water and the breakfast was very expensive for me, 18 euros. So I decided to go down for just one day. They told me it was 9e but it wasn't like that. The hotel is very good, but we haven't been in a while, but I think we're going to stop going again, because the intermediaries are ineffective, and they're going to see who they catch being stupid.
