Gate Twenty Two Boutique Hotel

The young man at the front desk offered excellent service (I can't believe I forgot to ask his name!). The location is also fantastic, right in the old town, making it super convenient for food, drinks, and getting around for city walks. It's also close to the bus station, which is great for inter-city transfers. However, the room was incredibly, incredibly small, which was quite inconvenient. Plus, there were always tiny little bugs in the room. They probably flew in from the trees outside when the window was open. They weren't really bothersome, but still a bit off-putting.

Everything was superb - the service, the location, and the clean, cozy rooms.

It was good

Pros: Cleanliness, excellent breakfast, and efficient, kind, and empathetic staff. Cons: Location across from an amusement park that blasted music until 11 PM; even with the windows closed, it felt like being at a nightclub. The room's layout was absurd: a sink in the room (?!), and a huge TV blocking access to the only shelf and hanging space. The suitcase, if not too large, could only be opened on the floor near the door, blocking entry and exit.
