"I brought my parents to Wenzhou for a few days, and unexpectedly, the best memory they have of this trip is staying at this hotel. The staff here are incredibly welcoming, from the front desk to the restaurant servers. We bought a watermelon and asked the restaurant to cut it for us, and they did it without a second thought. The 24-hour sweet potato, tea, and snack service is truly heartwarming. Plus, there's free laundry and drying service, a simple lunch, and afternoon tea. For the price, this place offers excellent value for money. Thank you all, I'll definitely recommend it to my friends."

Hotel near In Xishan Scenic Spot,Tongxiang
The Wuzhen Guesthouse (Wuzhen Minsu) is a charming waterside guesthouse located in Wuzhen, a canal town located in between Shanghai, Suzhou and Hangzhou. Made up of a collection of local residences, the Wuzhen Guesthouse straddles the southern and northern banks of the Shihe River.The 292 guest rooms range from standard rooms, single rooms, triple rooms and family suites and face either the river or the ancient street. Décor consists of the traditional style found in lower reaches of Yangtze River; white walls, simple wooden furniture and blue and white batik fabrics. Some rooms feature four poster beds. Despite their ancient style, all rooms are equipped with modern conveniences, including free broadband Internet access and guests also have the opportunity to experience local life with the residence landlords and their families.

"We stayed in Room 37 at the Wuzhen Homestay over the weekend. Its location inside the West Scenic Zone is its biggest advantage, making night excursions incredibly convenient. There's no need to rush for a shuttle bus out of the scenic area; you can enter and exit freely, and when you're tired, you can just head straight back to your room to rest. Even after 10 PM, I could still stroll on the bridge in my pajamas, enjoying the evening breeze and watching the lights of the riverbanks reflect on the water—an experience that would be hard to have if staying outside the scenic area. The room's hygiene was good, the bedding was clean and odorless, and facilities like the air conditioning and hot water all worked perfectly. The old wooden stairs made a slight creaking sound when walked on, which is typical of older houses and didn't detract from the overall living experience. The homestay is uniformly managed by the scenic area, not privately operated, and all staff are scenic area employees. The service is standardized and consistent; inquiries about routes, performance times, and other information were accurate, with no pushy recommendations. A hand-drawn map wasn't provided at check-in, but the front desk had official guide maps that were clearly marked. For breakfast, there were two set menus to choose from: noodles or wontons. Both were freshly cooked, hot, and substantial. Overall, staying within the scenic area was hassle-free and convenient, offering great freedom for night tours and a high degree of standardized service. I highly recommend it with five stars and would prioritize staying at a homestay within the scenic area again on future visits."

"The room has double-layered soundproof windows, so it's not noisy at all, and you can even see planes taking off and landing 🛬. The breakfast was great, making my transfer stress-free, as it's only a five-minute walk to the check-in counter. A big thanks to Allen at the front desk; he was very friendly and patient! "My overall experience at the Hampton by Hilton Taizhou Jiaojiang was very good; it's a great place to stay when traveling. The location is excellent, making it easy to catch a taxi, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. As soon as I entered the room, I found it to be very clean, with housekeeping doing a thorough job. The bed was just right—not too soft, not too firm—and very relaxing to lie on. The breakfast buffet in the morning offered a good variety, including many local specialties that I really enjoyed. The hotel also has a self-service laundry room and a gym, which is very convenient if you need to wash clothes during a spontaneous trip. The front desk staff were friendly, and both check-in and check-out were efficient. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I'd definitely recommend considering this hotel for your stay in Jiaojiang."

"The self-service laundry room is definitely the highlight of Zhejiang Hotel. My daughter's seven-day summer camp just ended, and we were continuing our trip after picking her up. Being able to get all our dirty laundry done at the hotel was incredibly convenient. The laundry room is spacious, with plenty of washers and dryers, and a well-thought-out layout. They even provide detergent, an ironing machine, and sewing kits – everything you could need. The hotel's location is also super convenient, right next to a subway entrance. It only took 50 minutes to get from the airport to the hotel, which was even faster than taking a taxi. It's also very close to West Lake and Wulin Night Market; you can just grab a shared bike and be there in a few minutes, much easier than dealing with traffic in a taxi. The room itself is spacious, with two 1.35m beds, which was still plenty of space for a family of three even with an older child. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hangzhou."

Hotel near Wugongshi Wharf/Putuoshan Airport,Zhoushan
"After coming out of Putuo Mountain, I lived in Atour. There was a hotel shuttle bus in the parking lot of the pier. The front desk lady called me in advance to confirm the arrival time and arrange the pick-up. The decoration style of the hotel is simple and new. It seems to have been opened for less than a year and it is very quiet at night. It is necessary to take a taxi to the city. The nearest restaurant is on the pier. Fortunately, a taxi is not expensive. When I went to the laundry room, a staff member told me how to use the washing machine, because I had to go out in the afternoon, I could wash and dry it to the room, save the waiting time, and I could go out and stroll. There is late night porridge in the evening, but unfortunately I went down a little late and didn't eat it. I hope to try it next time I come to Putuo Mountain. Breakfast is good, eat very full, you can also take out coffee, I drank two cups, and there is a reminder to tell me how to do bean curd latte! When I checked out and left the store, I also sent water, but I didn't take it when I caught the plane hahaha. My mother likes the pillows that sleep very much. The front desk is very enthusiastic to tell me the style, and also told me that there is a discount for the coupon, and the service is like! Next time I travel with my family, I will live in Atour ~."

"The room was pretty good, and the breakfast was excellent with quick refills. They offer shuttle service for early morning flights, and it's only about a ten-minute drive to the airport. The hotel is also very close to the subway station. The only downside is that they rarely let delivery robots bring food up; you usually have to go down and get it yourself, unless you specifically ask. Also, there aren't many takeaway options nearby."

The room has a charming, antique feel with a distinctive incense aroma, creating a rich cultural atmosphere. There's even a calligraphy experience available in the room. The mattress is very comfortable, and everything is clean and hygienic, especially the bathroom. Breakfast was incredibly varied, and the pastries were particularly delicious. I also want to thank the hotel staff for providing me with an extra complimentary breakfast.

The hotel is located in a very quiet place in a busy city. It is not very big. It has its own tea garden and offers tea picking and tea frying experience activities. The guest room facilities are a little old. There is no curtain in the wash area of the twin room, so the privacy is a little worse. It is more suitable for family stay. The hotel service is good. The staff I met during the stay were very polite. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but the taste is OK. The location is more suitable for self-driving. There is also a bus stop nearby during the traffic control period. Not far from Lingyin Temple.

The three-day and two-night trip was contacted by the handsome butler Xiao Yin on WeChat one day in advance to recommend nearby restaurants and places to visit. We set off early the next day. The May Day hotel room was full and had not been cleaned yet. We could get the room card after dinner. The butler service was really nice. He helped with the luggage and parked the car. The shuttle bus personally sent us to the room. Along the way, he briefly introduced the location of the park and the location of the hot spring. The car was parked very close to the room. The fruit and drinks in the small refrigerator in the room were unlimited and free. He also gave my daughter a park doll. My daughter said she liked rafting, and Xiao Yin also gave her a rafting ticket~ In short, the service was very attentive. Next to the hotel is the Jialebi Amusement Park. When checking in, you need to scan your face. When entering and exiting the amusement park, you need to scan your face. There is a special passage for hotel guests. There are many amusement facilities inside, and there are many exciting projects, such as the big pendulum, pirate ship, roller coaster, and bungee jumping. I have to mention that my father was not feeling well on the first day. At 8 or 9 o'clock in the evening, the housekeeper Xiao Yin accompanied us to the hospital after work. It was really considerate. I brought my parents and daughter to stay. The old one was not feeling well, and the young one had to be dragged to the hospital together. It was really much better to have someone to help. There was no thunder in the park. The three performances after 19 o'clock in the evening must be seen. The iron flower is really shocking. I have seen many iron flowers, but this one is really unique~ I give a super five-star praise to the handsome and careful Xiao Yin!

First, about the service. As soon as I parked the car and opened the door, there were so many mosquitoes, probably because it was mid-summer. The parking lot security guard was very enthusiastic and helped us carry our luggage and handbags into the lobby in the scorching heat. 👍 Moving on to check-in, the staff were quite welcoming, providing a map and explaining the various attractions within the park. We took a shuttle bus to what they called an upgraded, detached room, which my daughter affectionately called a 'little wooden house.' Oh my goodness, cobwebs were everywhere! The room's pointed ceiling design meant I couldn't blame the cleaning staff for not reaching all the cobwebs. 🕸️ The facilities outside the door hadn't been washed clean by the rain. This hotel, despite being clearly popular, somehow exuded an air of desolation. Upon entering the room, the air conditioning was powerful, which was a plus. However, there was a persistent musty smell, like moldy AC and a moldy room, that stayed with us until checkout. It made me want to leave immediately. This odor was a stark contrast to the fresh bamboo forest outside. I can't imagine how anyone could stay for two nights; all I wanted to do was escape quickly. I must say, the air in the garden after the rain was absolutely wonderful. The only exception was the giraffe interaction area, which was incredibly smelly, to the point my daughter had to hold her nose. The bamboo forest cable car is highly recommended – definitely give it a try. As for the mini beach converted from a reservoir, I'm not sure what to say; it just felt like a filler. Another thing to mention is the locker rental at the beach entrance, which costs 30 for each use. The small radishes for feeding the giraffes were 8 tiny pieces (the staff said 10), probably equivalent to one large carrot, costing 30 a bag. Even coming from a first-tier city, these prices felt exorbitant. The bamboo forest cable car, even with a 40 coupon, still cost 168 for 2 adults and 1 child. Almost all activities inside require separate payment, and the prices are a bit on the high side. Breakfast was a bit noisy due to a live broadcast and everyone wanting to take pictures with the giraffes. Plus, with the windows open, it got very hot during the meal. For dinner, since it's far from the city, be careful when ordering from the restaurant. The boiled fish had a plastic taste, and the free-range chicken was undercooked and had a strong ***** smell. The prices weren't cheap either. Overall, children might only enjoy feeding the giraffes, but as an adult, I felt like I wouldn't come back. We checked out at 12 PM, but I wanted to rush out by 10 AM. If you're bothered by small insects or have high standards for cleanliness, I'd advise caution.

I initially thought this wasn't a new hotel, so the price was very budget-friendly. But to my surprise, besides the affordable price, the hotel rooms still felt five-star quality, with a very comfortable king-sized bed. Plus, the hotel's location is right next to West Lake; opening the window offers a magnificent panoramic view of the lake – amazing! Finally, I have to give a special shout-out to the hotel service. After booking on Ctrip, a staff member from the hotel's reservation department (I think her name was Shao Linfang) immediately contacted me. After understanding my travel purpose and preferences, she arranged a room with a fantastic view and prime location – excellent! This hotel will definitely be my first choice for future business trips to Hangzhou.

My three-day, two-night stay was the perfect introduction to a resort-style hotel. Both the hotel's facilities and services were impeccable! ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥 ✅ First, let's praise the hotel's excellent location: who knew the exclusive access to Xan Shan Peninsula was such a privilege?! (Pictures 1-16 show the hotel facilities and surroundings, unedited photos) The hotel also boasts a very large garden and surrounding attractions perfect for photoshohoots. It's just beautiful, beautiful, beautiful! Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach Xan Shan Botanical Garden (honestly, not much to see, but there are daily parent-child activities), Lover's Gorge (great for couples to take photos), the hotel's exclusive lighthouse (Picture 7, very atmospheric), and the hotel's seasonal fruit orchard (high parent-child interaction, with different fruits available for picking in different seasons). When the weather is good, you can take many beautiful scenic photos. When it's cloudy or rainy, you can experience the unique humidity of the Jiangnan region and the fresh air provided by the lush vegetation. ✅ Next, let's talk about the hotel facilities. The hotel is divided into three buildings, A, B, and C. Building B offers the best lake views, with a complete panorama of the lake's beauty. The layout is very reasonable, with convenient connections between all areas. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design. The indoor and outdoor pools are regularly disinfected with chlorine balls, and the water is clear and sparkling, perfect for children to play in. The hotel also has a swim shop with affordable items, which is very convenient for guests who haven't brought all their swimming gear. Every day, the hotel has an activity schedule listing the names and locations of various parent-child activities at different times throughout the day. There's a wide variety to choose from. There's also a super large indoor children's playground, which is cleaned very, very thoroughly. I really want to thank the cleaning staff for their hard work here. ✅ Dining (Pictures 18-19) The hotel has a Chinese restaurant, a Western restaurant, and a Japanese restaurant, offering a rich and diverse selection. Set meals can also be purchased in advance on your phone. The hotel even provides a free shuttle service to nearby farmhouse restaurants (PS: the prices are very, very, very affordable, and the vegetables are freshly grown and incredibly fresh). The most commendable aspect of the dining is the complimentary breakfast buffet. The variety is incredibly extensive, and they even adjust the dishes daily to better cater to different guests' preferences. Soups, desserts, freshly squeezed juices, freshly made guokui (griddle cakes), mini-hamburgers, and more! You can also scan a QR code to order noodles and freshly made wontons. I always end up eating too much every day, darn it! ❗️They even consider the need for liquid food for infants and provide various flavors of rice cereal. In addition, whether it's the minibar in the room and the complimentary welcome drinks (Qiandao Lake beer), the incredibly seasonal, crisp, and sweet fruits, or the thoughtful turndown service, every detail showcases the hotel's humanistic care. It's truly commendable (Picture 17). ✅ The absolute most praiseworthy aspect is the high-end, meticulous, and thoughtful service staff. Special thanks to: Ada and Joey at the front desk for check-in, Connor and Cindy from concierge, and our butler Landy. As soon as we got out of the car, concierge Cindy greeted us warmly and proactively helped with our luggage, leaving a deep impression. The young man at the front desk who handled our check-in was also very enthusiastic in confirming our booking and upgraded our room for free. Throughout our stay, Connor drove us to and from nearby restaurants, the lighthouse, and Lover's Gorge. He was practically on duty all day until 10 PM, driving steadily and with a truly excellent attitude. He was super cool! Finally, and most importantly, our very, very responsible butler, Landy. She first introduced us to the locations and functions of the different venues, and informed us of the breakfast times. From the moment we added her as a friend, she consistently upheld her initial message: ”Please contact me anytime with any questions.” Whether it was day or night, she would respond and answer immediately to any query, booking vehicles, and even introducing nearby attractions and routes (with accompanying pictures for us to decide whether to visit). During our stay, there was a miscommunication during the cleaning staff's shift change. We had requested no cleaning the day before, but someone still entered the room and tidied it thoroughly. This unannounced entry made us a bit anxious when we returned to the room in the evening. Our butler immediately called us to calm us down and quickly contacted housekeeping. Soon after, we learned it was a thoughtful turndown service. We had initially considered contacting the duty manager to investigate, but we declined. This butler Landy truly, truly deserves praise. Her immediate contact and quick resolution smoothed over the issue, and left us with an extremely satisfying three-day, two-night experience. Her warm and thoughtful greetings every evening and morning made us deeply feel the hotel's excellent staff training and abundant humanistic care! 👏🏻 See you next time, Freedom Intercontinental Palace!

I thought a hotel this big would have good hygiene, but I never expected the bed hygiene to be so terrible. It was truly disgusting. I booked two rooms, one for me and one for my parents. In my room, I found very dirty hair on the bed the night I checked in. By the next morning, my parents' pillows had moldy stains. Since we checked in quite late, past 10 PM, my parents were too tired to notice that night. When they woke up in the morning and saw the pillows, it was absolutely repulsive. I only saw it when I went to my parents' room at checkout. When we reported it to the housekeeper, they actually claimed it was hair dye fading... That's just ridiculous! We sleep like this at home all the time, and our hair doesn't fade. Plus, both pillows had it, and my dad has short, un-dyed hair. How could both pillows be like that? Initially, I was angry that the cleaning staff clearly hadn't done a good job and weren't paying attention. But then the housekeeper actually blamed it on our hair fading... I was truly speechless. In any case, I definitely will not be staying here again.

I booked two rooms this time. The suite was quite good, very spacious, and although the facilities were a bit old, they were well-maintained. The king room, however, was very ordinary. The lighting was poor, the room was stuffy, and the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted manually. The bathroom was incredibly cramped. The room service was good. Housekeeping did a thorough and meticulous job. When we called for amenities, they were delivered very quickly, and their response was prompt. Dining, though, was a mixed bag. The buffet restaurant had excellent service, especially from Jiang Qinqin. My family raved about her warm and attentive service every day, insisting I mention her by name. She genuinely went out of her way for the guests. On the other hand, choosing the hotel's in-house Japanese restaurant for our first dinner was arguably the biggest blunder of the entire trip. There were only two or three tables occupied that day, yet the food service was incredibly slow. After we urged them twice, the server completely lost it, burst into tears, and asked why we were rushing her. She then declared she was quitting the next day, got into an argument with us, and even boasted that she was the highest-ranking person there and we could complain all we wanted! I truly don't understand how a single hotel can have both an excellent restaurant supervisor and a restaurant manager who goes crazy and yells at guests. The hiring standards of this hotel are truly astonishing. After this experience, I can only say I will try to avoid Pan Pacific hotels in the future. The baseline is just too low; I can't put up with that kind of treatment.
