I'm very satisfied with this hotel! The facilities are complete, and the hygiene is good. The room is bright and spacious! A special thanks to Evelyn at the front desk – she's beautiful, generous, and enthusiastic. I was also very pleased with Alice at the front desk, who was kind and approachable! They both gave me a wonderful check-in experience! I love China! The breakfast was also very much to my taste and quite good! And having unlimited coffee and tea was perfect for me as a foreigner! It was great! I'll definitely be back next time! It's been wonderful for someone who's lived in China for over ten years!

The biggest advantage of this hotel is the exceptional service from the staff. They made us feel right at home. They proactively upgraded our room, asked about our needs and sleeping preferences, and even informed us about potential construction noise nearby, offering good alternative solutions. The room itself was spacious with a good layout. Overall, I was very satisfied. It would be even better if the hardware facilities could be further upgraded. Five stars.

This five-star bay hotel is right next to West Lake, only about 300 meters away, making it super convenient to walk there. The Broken Bridge and Lingering Snow (Duanqiao Canxue) are also very close, and transportation to other attractions is excellent. The room hygiene is good, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. I've stayed here for two days already and extended for another day today. The experience has been great, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

This hotel was comfortable and very close proximity to the train station. It is just literally a road across from the hotel and we lobby realised on our last day. Walking to the West Lake was a close 10min walk. It was not a strenuous walk as you will be going through a mall with lots of food and shops to get to West Lake. The male staff at the reception who checked us in was polite but the ladies were more welcoming. There were 2 lady staff at the restaurant for breakfast who were extremely caring and nice to my son. They would ask me if I wanted to pack some food for him as they noticed he did not eat much. This is a lovely gesture other hotels do not usually have. I love our tatami room as it combines into a huge bed that is comfortable for 3-4 petite people. The only downside is the Laundry room where it is located in a room where the door can be closed. This made me feel unsafe as there was one night where 3 other male guests came in with a top and underwear. Though there are CCTVs but just felt the laundry room would be better if it is near the reception area which is similar to one of the Shanghai hotel I stayed in. The dryer was weak and took many hours to dry my clothes therefore I observed for many nights, the dryers would constantly be in use for long periods. Overall Hangzhou service is so much better than Shanghai. Everyone is caring and lovely. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was very clean, and the owner was incredibly welcoming. They helped us with our luggage to the sightseeing cart and up to our room. When we checked in, they even gave us a complimentary bowl of mung bean and lily sweet soup, which was delicious! Since we had to leave early, the owner thoughtfully prepared breakfast for us in advance, and it was really tasty. They also gave us a small gift for the Dragon Boat Festival. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and the view from the room was excellent too. Highly recommend!

The lobby also features unique Thangka decorations, blending Ouyue culture with ******* aesthetics, creating a distinctive charm. With sunlight streaming in, casting beautiful light and shadow, the atmosphere is simply stunning, making every photo look like a magazine spread. I stayed in a deluxe river-view room, and it was an excellent choice. The room was spacious and airy, with a well-organized layout. The overall decor was tastefully luxurious and elegant, spotlessly clean, and odor-free. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows were undoubtedly the highlight. By day, you can gaze upon the magnificent Oujiang River and the continuous mountain range, with boats gracefully passing by – a truly therapeutic sight. By night, the city lights sparkle, and you can enjoy the breathtaking city skyline and mountain light show right from your bed, fully immersing yourself in Wenzhou's urban romance. The guest room details were thoughtfully executed; the high-quality bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and all essential toiletries, as well as office and living supplies, were readily available, ensuring maximum comfort. The hotel's service was particularly heartwarming. The staff were consistently warm and polite. Check-in was swift and efficient, and they proactively offered guidance and meticulous, thoughtful service. Their gentle demeanor and patience made the entire experience feel both dignified and relaxing. Facilities were also exceptionally well-appointed. A 25-meter heated swimming pool and a professional fitness center were all available, with new and well-maintained equipment. The 'O Café' Western restaurant and 'Shang Palace' Chinese restaurant offered a rich variety of authentic dishes. The hotel also features a children's playground, making it a great option for families traveling with kids. Overall, the experience far exceeded my expectations. The elegant environment, breathtaking views, and attentive service make it perfect for both business trips and leisure vacations. Great location and very convenient area 👍 However, the hotel does feel a bit old, and cleanliness could be improved. Still okay for a short stay because of the strategic location.

天氣熱了剛好一家三口出來玩，這個房型還是比較驚喜的！出門步行八九分鐘就到山間小溪，水特別清，帶撈魚網就能溯溪摸小魚、踩水玩，小朋友天天惦記往溪邊跑。房間雙陽台對着整片竹海，玩完溪水回房泡私湯，解乏又舒服。兩張床空間很寬裕，床墊睡着軟硬剛好，管家還能免費借溯溪鞋、水槍，帶娃玩水度假首選這間。

I stayed at your hotel before my flight from Xiaoshan to Xinjiang. The soundproofing was excellent; I couldn't hear any airport noise at all. The hotel also offers a service for a fast track through airport security, which is a fantastic added value! I'll definitely consider staying here again next time.

We stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton for a self-driving trip during the National Day holiday. Parking was convenient and free, the service was warm, and the accommodations were comfortable. We were extremely satisfied. The hotel is very close to historical and cultural attractions like Quzhou Ancient City Wall, Shuijingmen Scenic Area, Kong Family Temple of the Southern Branch, and Quzhou Museum. We went exploring in the evening, and the ancient city was bustling with activity – it was fantastic!
