I have to give a shout-out to Shangri-La Yiwu! Evelyn's service was impeccable and consistently excellent. They even gave out zongzi for the Dragon Boat Festival. It was also my birthday during my stay, and without me even mentioning it, the hotel discreetly sent up a high-quality birthday cake! I accidentally left something behind when I checked out, and the housekeeping staff called to confirm my address and mailed it to me.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is the exceptional service from the staff. They made us feel right at home. They proactively upgraded our room, asked about our needs and sleeping preferences, and even informed us about potential construction noise nearby, offering good alternative solutions. The room itself was spacious with a good layout. Overall, I was very satisfied. It would be even better if the hardware facilities could be further upgraded. Five stars.

This five-star bay hotel is right next to West Lake, only about 300 meters away, making it super convenient to walk there. The Broken Bridge and Lingering Snow (Duanqiao Canxue) are also very close, and transportation to other attractions is excellent. The room hygiene is good, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. I've stayed here for two days already and extended for another day today. The experience has been great, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

This hotel is excellent, truly living up to its long-standing reputation. The rooms must have been renovated as they don't feel old at all. The staff are wonderful; the front desk proactively upgraded my room, and all other service personnel were very polite. The breakfast selection is rich and varied, with the desserts being a particular highlight. There's also a West Lake viewing area, so on days without rain, you can enjoy the lake view while eating. Even if it's too wet to sit outside after rain, a post-meal stroll to take in the full panorama of West Lake is still very enjoyable. All in all, it was a very satisfying stay.

The room was very clean, and the owner was incredibly welcoming. They helped us with our luggage to the sightseeing cart and up to our room. When we checked in, they even gave us a complimentary bowl of mung bean and lily sweet soup, which was delicious! Since we had to leave early, the owner thoughtfully prepared breakfast for us in advance, and it was really tasty. They also gave us a small gift for the Dragon Boat Festival. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and the view from the room was excellent too. Highly recommend!

The moment you step into the lobby, you're immediately struck by its grandeur – a forty-meter high ceiling adorned with exquisite crystal chandeliers and stately columns that exude a high-end, luxurious feel. The lobby also features unique Thangka decorations, blending Ouyue culture with ******* aesthetics, creating a distinctive charm. With sunlight streaming in, casting beautiful light and shadow, the atmosphere is simply stunning, making every photo look like a magazine spread. I stayed in a deluxe river-view room, and it was an excellent choice. The room was spacious and airy, with a well-organized layout. The overall decor was tastefully luxurious and elegant, spotlessly clean, and odor-free. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows were undoubtedly the highlight. By day, you can gaze upon the magnificent Oujiang River and the continuous mountain range, with boats gracefully passing by – a truly therapeutic sight. The hotel's service was particularly heartwarming. The staff were consistently warm and polite. Check-in was swift and efficient, and they proactively offered guidance and meticulous, thoughtful service. Their gentle demeanor and patience made the entire experience feel both dignified and relaxing. Facilities were also exceptionally well-appointed. A 25-meter heated swimming pool and a professional fitness center were all available, with new and well-maintained equipment. The 'O Café' Western restaurant and 'Shang Palace' Chinese restaurant offered a rich variety of authentic dishes. The hotel also features a children's playground, making it a great option for families traveling with kids. Overall, the experience far exceeded my expectations. The elegant environment, breathtaking views, and attentive service make it perfect for both business trips and leisure vacations. The overall design is simple and high-end, the public area is oversized, the billiard area, the children's ocean ball pool, the tea room are all available, adults and children can have fun. The room was clean and glowing, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the bathing pool was super atmospheric, and the fatigue of the day was instantly dissipated. The lawn and paths in the yard are very healing, the windows are green in the mountains and forests, and the air is fragrant with grass and trees. The boss service is super intimate, the details are full, the living is comfortable and at ease, I will choose here next time!

The Hyatt Place Hotel, located right inside Terminal 4 of Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport, offers unparalleled convenience for travelers with early morning or late-night flights. My husband and I had an Air China flight scheduled for 8 AM on June 19th. We spent the morning in Qiandao Lake, then took the 1:49 PM bullet train, arriving at Hangzhou East Station at 2:45 PM. From there, we seamlessly transferred to Metro Line 19, which took us directly to Xiaoshan Airport. Following the clear signs after exiting the station, we easily found the hotel and had a swift check-in – a truly perfect and smooth transition. As it's a new hotel, everything in the room felt brand new. After settling in and relaxing, we walked a short distance to Terminal 4, which is filled with restaurants and gift shops, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. At night, our room was exceptionally quiet. When checking out on the morning of June 19th, we received our packed breakfast (a friendly reminder: the packed breakfast bag contains a small carton of yogurt, which will be confiscated at security. You can drink it on the spot, but it's best to enjoy it at your leisure beforehand). We also used the complimentary fast-track pass provided by the hotel at the security checkpoint, which made the process quick and easy. Our stay was fantastic! Special thanks to Ms. Zhan at the front desk for her thoughtful service and help during check-in. She upgraded our room when possible and gave us recommendations for evening activities. What really stood out was when she offered us two warm, yes, warm walnut cookies – they were so comforting and delicious, like coming home, especially since we were a bit hungry! We extended our stay for another night, and Ms. Jia at the front desk was equally warm and attentive. The entire hotel, from its facilities to its soft services, feels grand and well-designed. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast and dinner buffets offer a wide variety of choices. I also appreciate their strong commitment to environmental protection, with trash cans that have ditched plastic bags – excellent!
