The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic, making for a really good experience. The room was spotless and came with complimentary water and tea bags. The night view of the Yalu River Broken Bridge from here is beautiful. The front desk staff were truly very warm and friendly.

The room facilities are complete, including a kettle and a good bathroom sink. The hotel front desk staff's service is one of the highlights of this hotel. If you encounter any major or minor issues during your stay, you should prioritize asking them for assistance or solutions.

Top-notch service at Xihou! Seriously, Xihou is the hotel with the best service I've ever stayed at. The front desk is staffed 24/7, so service is available at all times. Every time I check in, the front desk staff greets me with a warm smile, making me feel valued and respected. Even though the room rate isn't high, the service is truly exceptional. Their genuine enthusiasm is so comforting. Whenever I ask the front desk to help with the TV or bring something to my room, they are always incredibly polite and even follow up by asking if I need anything else. Their attentiveness is so impressive that I feel compelled to stay here. Kudos to their amazing service!

This is my second stay at Shangri-La, and it was just as delightful as the first! They contacted me a day in advance to discuss check-in, and even prepared a special pillow and toiletries for my child. My license plate was also pre-registered. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was so comfortable I slept soundly. Selina from Guest Relations provided warm and attentive service, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite MixC City, accessible via an underground pass, and parking is convenient. Breakfast was plentiful, and the Horizon Club offered exquisite à la carte dishes. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Shenyang!

The hotel environment is clean and elegant, with an overall ancient aesthetic that perfectly matches the taste of people from bygone eras – classy yet still full of character. The service is excellent; any issues can be quickly communicated via WeChat, and responses are super fast. The robot is also very cute! Most importantly, the room is spotless, and the view outside the window is beautiful. I had a great two-day stay and will definitely recommend it to my friends!

This hotel is located very close to the Middle Street Grand Marshal's Mansion, which is a fantastic location. The design is also very nice. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful, even allowing us to store our luggage after check-out. The complimentary bottled water in the room is unlimited, which is a great touch! The TV's screen mirroring feature was very convenient to use, and my kids had a blast with it. The best part, though, is the free underground parking. Being able to park for free in a bustling area like Middle Street saved us a ton of money, and it felt very secure. Overall, this hotel offers incredible value for money, with excellent service and a great atmosphere. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time! A truly excellent hotel, highly recommended.

This is a designer hotel, definitely from the master's pen. I don't know if the Achilles and Achilles are a design team. The hotel is good everywhere. This service is difficult to say. Maybe the northerners have a strong personality. Such a luxurious hotel has no service. It's a pity for this store. The design is so good, the room is big enough, the park is very exquisite, and the porridge at night is also very good. It can be said that the boss is very attentive and the team is very pulling. During my recent stay, I wasn't feeling well and had limited mobility, so I reached out to her just to see if she could help. Alisa was incredibly patient, gentle, and attentive throughout. Without a moment's hesitation, she proactively offered to pick up my takeout from the hotel entrance and even delivered it right to my room. Her attention to detail was exceptional! She not only solved my immediate problem but also made me feel incredibly welcome and cared for. Her professionalism and genuine care were truly touching, and I feel so lucky to have experienced such amazing service during the Chinese New Year of the Horse. Next time I'm in Shenyang, I'll definitely choose Hilton Shimao again, and I'll be looking for Alisa!

On New Year's Eve, December 31st, compared to other hotels that were drastically raising their prices, this hotel was very affordable and offered great value for money. The staff were all excellent. Definitely worth every penny! Thumbs up!

The surrounding area is very lively, and Zhongjie subway station is right next door. The room has floor-to-ceiling windows. Service: The front desk staff were very patient and thoughtful, granting me a late check-out as requested. Breakfast was excellent.
