Although the decor is a bit dated, the hotel's location is excellent. It's right opposite Duan Bridge and a 15-minute walk to the train station. They also offered complimentary afternoon tea and local specialty souvenirs, and the overall service attitude was good.

I would like to express my greatest gratitude to the Chinese staff at this hotel for being very hospitable and also very nice. 🙏😊 They also have free laundry services along with opportunities to shop at local high-end shopping malls with great restaurants and culinary experiences that can rival those in any Western or European country. 🛍️🍜 This hotel is great, and along with the staff, I recommend it for long-term stays. 👍🏨

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and dining. The room was spacious and bright, impeccably clean, with top-notch hygiene. The bed was just the right firmness, ensuring a very restful sleep. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and thoughtful, and they were super quick to respond to any requests. The overall atmosphere was warm and comfortable, perfect for both leisure and business travelers. It's definitely on my rebooking list!

Ambiance: It wasn't yet the season for air conditioning, and as it's a fully enclosed hotel, the room temperature was a bit high. Service: Attentive, meticulous, and patient. This included room service, the hotel front desk, restaurant service, hosts, and guest relations like Ellie, all demonstrating the high standards of a five-star hotel. Notes: A small suggestion – the scent at the hotel entrance was a bit too strong. It triggered my rhinitis; the fragrance was indeed a bit overpowering.

The hotel has a traditional Chinese aesthetic, and its location is fantastic. The room was spacious and bright, and housekeeping kept it spotless. The room attendant was very kind and approachable. The facilities were excellent, including a smart toilet and electric curtains. The front desk staff were attentive, thoughtful, and always willing to help.

The front desk service at Shenyang Zhongjie Dashuaifu Hotel is excellent! The staff even offered to bring up gifts for us during the holidays. It's super convenient that they have free parking available the next day. From the 26th-floor observation deck, you can see the industrial area. When we checked out, we accidentally left our toiletries behind, and the front desk actually called us to arrange for them to be mailed to us. We are incredibly satisfied! Plus, there's a Zhaoshang Shopping Mall nearby for dining and shopping, which is very convenient. We will definitely come back if we have the chance. They did a really, really great job. It's about a 5-minute walk from the subway station and around 15 minutes from the Imperial Palace and Dashai Waterfall. We'll definitely be back, highly satisfied!

I had booked a high-speed rail ticket back to Shenyang, so I went downstairs to check out early. While waiting in line, both reception desks were busy with guests, including wedding inquiries and group check-ins. Even though there were staff available, they didn't approach to ask if anyone needed anything. Since I had to rush to the station to check out, I had to hand over my belongings to the delivery guy who had pre-ordered them. The hotel receptionist told me I couldn't keep them at the front desk and told me to wait at the hotel. After repeated requests, I asked another colleague, who directly told me they could keep them. I left my contact information and asked to staple them to my pocket in case I took the wrong item. The receptionist told me they didn't have a stapler. The check-out service was completely resistant to customer requests. I don't know what was going on, and I was in a hurry to leave, which was really frustrating.

Plus, it's right next to MixC shopping mall, offering a wide array of shopping and dining options, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. 2. **Spacious and Comfortable Rooms:** The guest rooms are generously sized and well-appointed. The bedding and mattress are quite comfortable, perfect for families or extended stays. 3. **Excellent Hallway Soundproofing:** Even when people are passing by or talking in the hallway, the soundproofing in the room is excellent, ensuring an undisturbed night's sleep. 4. **Reliable Security:** The security measures are effective; you need a key card to access the elevators, which gives great peace of mind, especially at night. 5. **Varied Breakfast with Plenty of Western Options:** The Western breakfast items (like bread, eggs, bacon, etc.) are of good quality and meet basic needs. There's also a decent selection of Chinese dishes. Cons (Needs Significant Improvement): 1. **Lack of Enthusiasm from Restaurant Staff:** The servers were slow to respond and lacked proactive service. Their attitude was cold, which falls short of the service standards expected from the Hilton brand. 2. **Serious and Disappointing Room Cleanliness Issues:** * **Uncleaned Wardrobe Stains:** Upon checking in at night, even with dim lighting, we could clearly see large, uncleaned dragon fruit stains in the wardrobe. The color residue was obvious, suggesting a superficial cleaning job. * **Trash Left on Windowsill:** There were potato chip crumbs from a previous guest left on the windowsill, along with noticeable dust accumulation. The attention to detail in cleaning was completely lacking.

On New Year's Eve, December 31st, compared to other hotels that were drastically raising their prices, this hotel was very affordable and offered great value for money. The staff were all excellent. Definitely worth every penny! Thumbs up!

I drove to Zhongjie and saw this hotel had its own parking lot, so I booked a room after parking. The location is indeed excellent; Zhongjie Street is right downstairs, making it super convenient to get to Toutiao Hutong, and the Forbidden City is also very close. The subway station is right outside the hotel too. I was initially worried it might be noisy, but when I returned to the hotel around 11 PM after exploring, it was surprisingly quiet. The pillows were great – I slept really well!
