An absolutely wonderful stay! I was pressed for time and didn't have a chance to do much research, but after seeing great reviews on RED (Xiaohongshu) and Doubao, I went ahead and booked it on short notice. To my surprise, the experience far exceeded my expectations: 1. Facilities & Location: Everything was fantastic—from the room decor and hotel location to the quality of the buffet. 2. Unexpected Perk: At 88 stories high, the hotel is the tallest building in Shenyang. Overlooking the entire city from the top floor was incredible; everything below looked like miniature toys. Such incredible value for money! 3. Service Experience: Since it was a last-minute booking, I called the front desk beforehand with a ton of questions about the location, proximity to the Mukden Palace and the Marshal Zhang's Mansion, as well as room types. The staff answered each question with great detail and patience, which saved me a lot of trip-planning time. I even made a point to ask for their names—their warm hospitality truly reflected the hotel's heart. Huge thumbs up! Kudos to the front desk team: HELEN, TILDA, and VERA.

We had to scramble to Jinzhou due to medical emergency from overseas. We happened to book this hotel in a great hurry and it was truly the only thing that helped us preserve our sanity at a very fraught time. It was also our first time using trip.com as I could not find much options in Jinzhou on ***********, my long time app of choice. I was worried about how things would turn out since I didn't know if I could trust trip.com or fully research my options as we had to rush to pack as well. As it turned out, I'm 100% sure that no other hotel in 4th tier Jinzhou city could have given us the experience, comfort and ambience that Manxin Hotel did. I don't say that lightly as a seasoned international traveller who's stayed at many types of hotels/guesthouses/motels over the years, it takes *a lot* to impress us enough to earn my praise and endorsement in a review. Manxin Hotel felt like a small boutique hotel feel with 3 floors of rooms. It was only opened in Jan 2024, so it really feels nice and new with a high ceiling foyer /lounge area. The rooms are huge with huge floor to ceiling windows. Although it's next to a train station, the triple glazed windows amazingly cut out most of the noise. The beds were very comfortable, with great toiletries, great Laifun hairdryer and free drinks replenished daily. Even the tea bags they provided were of great quality. We stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks so we were very happy to be able to use the complimentary washing machine service which saved me the hassle of having to hand wash my clothes daily in my room! There were some drainage issues in the shower but the hotel staff did try to sort out the problem. There's also a spacious gym available for those who are fitness fanatics. The hotel breakfast had great variety with quality coffee (not easy to find good coffee in China). They even had a singer in the foyer 3 nights a week. Though I usually love listening to live music, the singers were students who were not quite able to deliver a performance befitting the old world charm and ambience of the hotel foyer. Any hotel can have the best of facilities but often fall short on the service front. Since we were staying there for 2 weeks, we often had to deal with the hotel staff on a daily basis. We found them to be very competent, sincere, friendly, understanding and helpful for the most part, willing to do all that they could to assist us during our time of considerable distress and strain due to our family emergency. Even the housekeeping staff and the lady clearing plates in the breakfast area were warm and helpful! As foreigners , we would sometimes need help with paperwork, scanning, photocopying, and other assistantance communicating with the outside world to make arrangements for international medical evacuation, WeChat/Alipay tutorials etc. We will always be grateful to the staff for all their efforts to assist in our time of need. In particular, we would like to thank Sales manager XY Yang and duty manager Hong for their tireless assistance and consideration. If we were to go to Jinzhou again, Manxin hotel would absolutely be our only choice.

I came to Shenyang with my elders and chose the Northeast Asia Hotel. The hotel hallways are smooth, making it easy to get in and out, and the room has good natural light. At night, the view outside the window was soft, and my elder stood by the window for a long time, admiring it. The room was very clean, with no dust. The front desk service was very patient and explained everything slowly whenever we had questions. The transportation nearby is convenient, making it easy to get around. The sound insulation in the room at night was good, so we weren't disturbed. Our family felt safe and comfortable staying here, and all the facilities worked well. It's very suitable for traveling with elderly people and is highly recommended.

We arrived quite late, and the room type we booked was no longer available. They gave us a complimentary upgrade to an executive suite, which exceeded our expectations. The sea view was absolutely stunning! The room was clean and the service was attentive; anything we needed was delivered promptly. Traveling with a baby, we appreciated the kids' shower gel and toothbrushes, and there's also a children's play area. They even provided a high chair in the room. Highly recommend for families with children.

The room furnishings and facilities are a bit old, lacking modern amenities, but overall, an old Ferrari is still a Ferrari. The 'old money' vibe is truly fitting, and you can tell how grand it must have been in its heyday. What truly stands out is the service. Both the concierge and housekeeping staff are incredibly responsive, proactive, and thoughtful. This was a stark contrast to the Grand Hyatt where I stayed the previous two days (which honestly had nothing going for it besides the sea view and location). Special shout out to Vicle Li De and Eric Sun Yong from the concierge team – they proactively helped with luggage and guided me during check-in and check-out, all with great patience and meticulousness. Truly excellent. The breakfast is also worth trying. Although the offerings were largely the same each day, the quality was exceptional. The beef noodle soup was outstanding; I had several bowls every morning. The coffee beans were also of superior quality. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I'm already looking forward to my next stay.

What a surprise, I booked it for one day at first, fearing it would be uncomfortable. I didn't expect the boss and the front desk service to be so good. So I booked another day. The air conditioner in the middle room was broken, so the boss took the initiative to change the room. The cleaning lady was as warm and welcoming as a family member. She took such good care of our family that we felt embarrassed. The hotel is not far from anywhere and has its own parking lot. I had a great time staying in Shenyang this time. Thank you to all the hotel staff and thank you for your service.

I went there expecting a top-notch bathing experience, but I was sorely disappointed. First, let's talk about the room. I booked the last available tatami room. It was spacious enough, with an indoor hot tub, but no window. The ventilation system made a lot of noise when turned on, and even with the air conditioning set to the lowest, it still felt stuffy. The room included two hot spring tickets, valid until 6 PM the next day if you checked out before 10 AM. Breakfast was at the Breeze Restaurant in the villa area, priced at 119 yuan per person, and the quality was very poor. It opened at 7 AM, and when I arrived shortly after, they were still slowly putting out food. There weren't many options, but the most memorable was the bacon – just a few burnt-looking pieces on the plate, I couldn't tell if they were leftovers or just overcooked. If breakfast is included in the room rate, you might as well grab a quick bite, but otherwise, it's definitely not worth the price. The hot springs were very basic – no food, no drinks, and no fruit (I'd seen reviews mentioning occasional fruit, but I didn't see any). A bottle of plain water cost 8 yuan. I went on the afternoon of check-in, around 5 PM, and it was quite crowded. The next morning, it was even more so. In short, I won't be going back.

The hotel's location is excellent, super close to Venice Water City! 👍 The environment is great, facilities are comprehensive, and the front desk service was very satisfying. This was my first time booking a B&B, and I'm so pleased. Didn't get enough of Dalian, so I'll definitely book this place again next time! 👍

My stay at Le Méridien Shenyang, Heping exceeded my expectations. The hotel was meticulously clean, the bedding was very comfortable, and the room was spotless. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and check-in was very efficient. Any issues were communicated and resolved promptly, especially by the service manager, Joyce, who handled things with great professionalism. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and its location made getting around very convenient. It's truly perfect for both leisure and business travelers. Highly recommended!

With a few improvements in comfort, cleanliness, breakfast options, complimentary recreational activities, and pricing, it would provide an even better guest experience.
