This hotel is conveniently located near the south station, so it's not a problem to get there even with heavy bags. It was also easy to find and access late at night. They also offer a free luggage storage service with lockers.

Stayed the night as I transferred at Brussels airport. Landed at Brussels airport and caught the shuttle to the hotel. Quick and easy to find the shuttle, arriving in about 20 minutes. Hotel is new, clean - rooms are spacious and comfortable. Caught the shuttle back the next morning after a light breakfast. Breakfast could have a few more options, but the hotel is an affordable option for those transiting in Brussels.

Only stayed a night as we had an earlier flight the next morning. The hotel is right across the airport. We had dinner at the restaurant which was tasty and we enjoyed the vibe. We really appreciated the coffee machine and the flavoured water machine down in the lobby. Also on each floor is a water dispenser which was super convenient for us. Would definitely recommend if you need to rush to the airport in the morning.

The hotel is really near to Brussels Airport, easy to go there since there is also a bus pick-up. But you should prepare how to go back to the hotel beforehand! The amenities in the room is really good, there is a dishwasher, hairdryer, and a big fridge. The receptionist is really nice and helpful!

Extremely convenient location, right opposite the Daheimen (Great Black Gate). The breakfast restaurant's windows face it directly, offering spectacular and vintage photo opportunities. The room was clean and tidy, service was warm and welcoming, and parking was incredibly easy. We were very satisfied. Great value for money, and the breakfast had everything you could ask for with a rich variety of options, perfect for travelers.

The location is great, right opposite Diegem train station (though it's a small station with only stairs, no elevators or escalators, which is inconvenient if you have large luggage). The hotel shuttle runs every half hour to the airport, which is very convenient. However, the check-in process took an incredibly long time due to a front desk error. They eventually gave me the wrong room card. As a solo female traveler, I swiped into a man's room, and he was understandably shocked and swore at me. When I returned to the front desk to explain the situation, they didn't seem to grasp the severity of their mistake. The staff just stuck out their tongue, mumbled an apology about getting the room number's last digit wrong, and showed no serious concern. In the end, they gave me a room on the first floor, right next to the one they initially assigned incorrectly. (I find this quite unsafe). I am very dissatisfied with such a serious error. (My room overlooked a construction site, but the soundproofing seemed quite good as I didn't hear much noise.)

I'm very happy with our stay at the Brussels airport Park Inn by Radisson that smelled nice, easy access to a nice reception lobby that is next to guests restaurant with a garden view that is so peaceful and beautiful. Marius, the kind chief concierge officer, received us kindly, provided us with our requests, an accessibility room for my sister, handicapped shower room seat, and an immediate response to everything the hotel could provide. All concierge services are available as soon as we request. I will come back to this hotel happily. My best compliments to all the staff of Park Inn by Radisson Brussels Airport. Excellent hotel, conveniently located near Zaventem Airport. The reception staff are all friendly and helpful. There's an option for early check-in for an extra €20. It has both underground and outdoor parking, with charging stations for electric cars. The rooms themselves are very spacious and modern, with comfortable beds. I'll definitely be back!!

Good value accommodation with the added bonus of a small kitchenette. Very clean and good gym and complimentary laundry facilities. The only comment is it's about a 10 min walk from the nearby Diegem train station which is not easy to manage with luggage in the rain. Better if you have your own vehicle or are coming directly from the airport. Bus stop to avd from the airport nearby but again the bus stops don't have shelter so not ideal waiting for the bus or alighting from a bus and making your way to the hotel. Limited gluten free offering.
