My welcome was very warm. There was complimentary pick up from the train station, and oranges and candies waiting when I arrived. The old house/hotel was charming, with amazing views over the old town. It was inside the scenic area, which means it was an 8 minute walk to everywhere. The proprietress was very helpful with suggestions on where to go and what to do. My room was coziness itself! Breakfast was adequate enough to keep me fueled until lunch time. I would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing stay at the Hampton By Hilton TianmenShan. Room was comfortable and clean. Room amenities were of good quality. We arrived early and was checked in and provided a room promply. Front desk reception was helpful and polite. The cleaning staff on our floor (level 10) was also welcoming and helpful. Bonus is the free laundry facilities offered by the hotel, allowing for light travelling without worry. Excellent breakfast with varieties and options, catering for most preferences and tastes. On checkout, we were provided with a small jar of local tea leaves as gift - a nice touch. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay at the Hampton by Hilton Zhangjiajie TianmenShan. We would gladly choose this hotel when we return and would highly recommend to others.

Very good hotel/guesthouse. Very genuine and warm hosts. Helped me with planning and answered all my questions with regards to my time in Zhangjiajie. Location is just a few minutes walk to Tianmen Mountain. There is a bus station about 5-10 min walk that takes you straight to the zhangjiajie national park for 13 rmb. Countless food options and convenient stores right next door. Good stable wifi. Hot water was nice and stable and had no issues even with long showers. I slept well and had 0 issues with noise isolation at night. Only downside may be that it's a 5 story building with no elevator; the genuine love and energy from the host along with every other pro more than makes up for it. Absolutely amazing value for the money and will stay here again next time if when I'm in town

We are a couple to travel to Fenghuang Ancient Town, and we booked at this home stay for our 2-day trip. The location is about 7’ walk to the main attraction, which is convenient and reasonable walk. During our stay, the hospitality from the Homestay is exceptional to us. Especially, Ms Xiao Teng, who had been making sure our stay was a pleasant one. Thank you, thank you. In conclusion, with a very affordable rate, we have a good location and a great services that is very worth it. We will let friends and family know your place.

Bathroom shower handle broken. Despite asking form non smoking room, still got smoking room. Morning breakfast is not ready on time. Not expecting this from Sheraton.

This is the second time i come here to this hotel , and it won’t be the last time, there may be other hotels with similar or better views, but the service of the girl in the reception is the reason why i will always choose the Siman luxury hotel, she is so friendly so helpful so kind so serviable so professional , makes me feel home , i live in changsha i don’t need a hotel to stay the night, but whenever i need to feel home i come to this hotel thanks to her she is one of the best receptionists that all the hotels need , that girl deserves the best , and i love this hotel as long as she’s here , but the hotel it’s self is beautiful calm and comfortable clean and everything is in the order as well ❤️

Everything is really good: the location and staff, but now there is a big construction just in front of of the windows which is very noisy, starts early and finishes very late, the view is not as expected.

The room is quaint and elegant, offering undisturbed tranquility, where you can watch the clouds drift by and savor the peacefulness of the forest. The service is thoughtful and attentive, making for an incredibly pleasant stay that I won't soon forget. The owner is wonderfully warm and attentive, treating guests like friends, and even thoughtfully arranged airport transfers, saving me from travel worries. Perched among green peaks and swirling mists, it offers both poetic natural beauty and human warmth. This trip was incredibly relaxing and comfortable. When I return to Zhangjiajie, I would absolutely love to stay here again. Opening the window reveals the stunning beauty of Wuling, while closing it brings serene peace to the room. The room is clean, elegant, and boasts an amazing view. To sleep embraced by mountains and wake up with the clouds truly lives up to its reputation as a fairyland. A perfect stay.

Magnificent hotel. The rooms are incredibly spacious, quiet, and spotless, with great attention to detail and wonderful views. The staff were exceptionally kind — they even offered me breakfast for free, arranged a complimentary transfer to the train station, and provided bottled water. A big thank you to the entire team for the excellent service. I will definitely return to this hotel and highly recommend it.

I forgot to take pictures of the room, but it was very clean and the facilities were new. The room was spacious, and the hotel service was absolutely 5-star worthy! They called me half a month in advance to add me on WeChat and offer travel advice. The service attitude was incredibly good! The hotel's location is convenient, very close to the cable car entrance. We were late checking out after returning from Tianmen Mountain, and the hotel still helped us out. This hotel truly deserves a super 5-star rating! Everything exceeded my expectations, and the service definitely gets a thumbs up! Plus, the front desk staff had amazing smiles! Seeing their smiles always brightened my mood! Thumbs up! Better service than the Wyndham Grand!
