Very near the Furong Waterfalls 2 days before, the hotel staff started communicating with us through We chat. The complimentary travel from Furongzhen to the Inn is a big help. They helped us purchase tickets to the ancient town. The inn is located inside the ancient town, hence the need to purchase a ticket first before we check-in. The Furong waterfalls are near the area. The cultural show at night is a big plus. Breakfast is served in the seating place with the view of the river.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It's just a 5-minute walk from the hotel entrance to the shuttle bus that takes you to Tianmen Mountain. If you're doing the A-route, you can take the cable car directly up the mountain from there. I booked this hotel specifically for the breakfast, and it didn't disappoint – it was truly abundant, offering Western and Chinese options, as well as cold dishes and fruit. The only minor issue was that the shower pressure wasn't great. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

Very good hotel/guesthouse. Very genuine and warm hosts. Helped me with planning and answered all my questions with regards to my time in Zhangjiajie. Location is just a few minutes walk to Tianmen Mountain. There is a bus station about 5-10 min walk that takes you straight to the zhangjiajie national park for 13 rmb. Countless food options and convenient stores right next door. Good stable wifi. Hot water was nice and stable and had no issues even with long showers. I slept well and had 0 issues with noise isolation at night. Only downside may be that it's a 5 story building with no elevator; the genuine love and energy from the host along with every other pro more than makes up for it. Absolutely amazing value for the money and will stay here again next time if when I'm in town

We are a couple to travel to Fenghuang Ancient Town, and we booked at this home stay for our 2-day trip. The location is about 7’ walk to the main attraction, which is convenient and reasonable walk. During our stay, the hospitality from the Homestay is exceptional to us. Especially, Ms Xiao Teng, who had been making sure our stay was a pleasant one. Thank you, thank you. In conclusion, with a very affordable rate, we have a good location and a great services that is very worth it. We will let friends and family know your place.

Bathroom shower handle broken. Despite asking form non smoking room, still got smoking room. Morning breakfast is not ready on time. Not expecting this from Sheraton.

I'd say this is the best value-for-money hotel I've experienced at this price point. The moment you walk in, you're greeted by a stunning river view. The place was spotless, and it even came with a spacious balcony. In the evenings, the balcony caught a wonderful breeze, making it incredibly refreshing to sit out and enjoy the night view with a drink in hand – truly relaxing. We brought our little one along, and they absolutely loved it too! I'll definitely be choosing this place again for my next visit.

The staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful, equipped with a translation device and always active in assisting us. The room was excellent, and the bathroom was nice, though it didn’t have a bidet spray. The location is very close to the Tianmen Mountain cableway — just about a 5-minute walk. I would highly recommend everyone to stay here. You can also leave your luggage for safekeeping. //I recommend choosing a room on the non-city view side, as it’s much quieter and you won’t hear the traffic noise at night.

Service: The service was excellent. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful. After we shared our itinerary, they gave us a detailed explanation of the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park routes, which was very helpful. They also provided pick-up and drop-off services to and from the East Gate, making everything hassle-free. Any questions we had were answered quickly on WeChat. We had to wait a while before heading into the scenic area, and they even brought us tea. In the mornings, cleaning staff would greet us in the hallway. The room also came with complimentary fruit and soft drinks. Upon checkout, they even gave us a souvenir. This was hands down the best service we've experienced in our 10+ days of travel. Cleanliness: The room was spotless, making our stay very comfortable. The shampoo came in single-use bottles, and they even provided body lotion. Facilities: The room layout was well-designed, with separate toilet, shower, and sink areas. The air conditioning heated up the room very quickly, making it warm in no time. The small sofa and lounge chair were very comfortable. The air conditioning was quiet, and the room was peaceful, ensuring a good night's sleep. Highly recommended! I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Zhangjiajie.

The hotel staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and provided excellent service. The room was exceptionally clean, and very spacious. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail, like the disinfected slippers individually packaged in special bags. Besides the standard towels, they also offered disposable face towels and bath towels, which was a nice touch. The shower was amazing! Beyond the regular showerhead, there were also jets on the sides, which was a pleasant surprise and my child absolutely loved it. The kettle was also quite unique and I really liked it. Breakfast was incredibly varied and satisfying; the noodles were especially tasty. Overall, it was a perfectly wonderful experience.

The hotel is quite large, and there are plenty of dining options nearby, which is convenient. It was interesting to pass by the hotel after taking the Tianmen Mountain cable car down in the evening. Facilities: Excellent, with a gym and laundry room. Hygiene: Spotless. Environment: Clean. Service: Enthusiastic.
