Stayed for two nights. There are restaurants and supermarkets around the location. Parking is very convenient. The room facilities are modern and the breakfast is rich in variety. The only drawback is that there is only one bottle of water in the room every day.
It is indeed a first-line sea view. It is a little far from the train station, but it is very convenient to watch the sunrise at the seaside. The room is indeed small and old, and the floor is full of scratches. The sanitary conditions are acceptable, and the breakfast is also pretty good.
I want to complain about the front desk waiter. On the second day of my stay, I was already in the elevator and he chased me to ask if I had a key... It was a bit strange.

Towels and bedsheets are a bit dated with some smell.
The location is in an area not so suitable for families with children.
Room is a bit small but acceptable.
Shampoo would be better to have a new set instead of a big old bottle.
The hotel is like in a movie, a historical building, beautiful design, everything has a high-class feeling. The room was small but comfortable. Convenient bathroom. There is parking, easy to get to. Good breakfast. Spa with good filling pool, jacuzzi, different showers, hamam, sauna. . The outdoor pool is very small.
The price is very good, the environment is beautiful, and the girl at the front desk is very enthusiastic. The f1 legendary driver Sena used to stay in the last night before the accident and stayed in the 200 room.
The manor hotel with its own Michelin restaurant, the environment is very good, especially suitable for leisure vacation, room hardware and software are impeccable, UBER taxi to the town center is very close. The attitude at the front desk was so-so, no smiley faces throughout.

JJoe RossiterBooked this hotel as it was situated just off the main dual carriageway and had good road links to Cesena and Forli for trains and good links back to Florence and Pisa for the airport.
The hotel is located in the heart of the town and the entrance isn’t visible from the road. It has its own carpark for €6 per night but there are lots of parking spaces around the town, white lined spaces are Free!! Blue lined space you have to pay for, so check the lines!
Check in was easy and the staff were friendly and informative. The room was spacious and clean, there were two plugs one either side of the bed so being an adapter and extension cable for extra plug space, little mini bar that was reasonably priced and cupboard space with a little safe in.
The swimming pool was warm and the roof opens in the summer. The attendant was knowledgeable and excited to explain that the pool is warmed by the natural springs and that smell of sulphur was from these springs and good for the skin. Pool was long enough to swim in and had bubble jets and falling water.
There is also a bigger thermal spa available but we didn’t have time to make use of that.
Breakfast was a good selection of cold meats and cheeses, pastries and cakes etc, no hot option though. The only negative for breakfast was, staff served all the food, this was challenging with the language barrier and meant you had to ask for anything you wanted….
Town was lovely, lots of little shops and a few restaurants and bars. Towns folk were friendly and helpful and the little market was nice for local products. Lots of walking and cycling routes in the area too
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is relatively close to the train station. When I first arrived, I took the wrong exit and ended up walking around for twenty minutes to get to the hotel. The surrounding streets are very messy and feel unsafe, with a large number of Black people. I wouldn't recommend it for solo female travelers. However, the hotel facilities are good, like a student studio apartment. There's a chain ramen place called Mic Ramen opposite the hotel; definitely don't eat their rice! My partner and I thought the ramen was good, so we ate there for three days. After eating their rice, both of us got food poisoning for two days. I had diarrhea until 2:30 AM, and he, having eaten more, was even worse, with vomiting and diarrhea about seven or eight times. The next day, he couldn't even walk straight! We bought medicine and it took several days to recover.

FfanWe are business travelers and our clients stay this hotel many times . It a standard 4 stars hotel , clean , staff and environment are good .
Unfortunately this time had a bad experience on it .
Never happened in this 4 star hotel .
The staff given the room key and well check-in for our clients at Italy time 9:00pm , Once they entranced into the room . The room was occupied. We immediately run to the front desk , the stafff use 1 hour to handle the case and said not available the triple room .
We didn’t said we must the triple room , we are 2 persons
At least settled down for us at night time . She use 1 hour slowly motion to handle the case . And said we have 2 single room for us but need extra EURO20/per room means extra total EUR 40 more . At that moment we only accepted because at night 10pm . We never see this non professional skill on any star hotel . We are happy on their management. They want to understand what happened on their staff . Management will to listen and known what are the mistakes on their staff . Thank you for their management officers.
AAnonymous UserOur room was not cleaned very well. On one of the towes there was lipstick from a previous guest. Many of the elements and details in the room were off or broken, which is not to be expected from a 4 star hotel. The windows had no nets to stop the flies. The person at the front desk asked me for a credit card for a deposit for the mini bar in the room. Although I told him I do not intend to use the mini bar, he insisted to provide a card in order to be able to check in and as I did not want to leave my card with anyone, he wrote down my card details. The room temperature can’t be controled and it was so hot, that at one point I woke up middle of the night and thought I had died and went in hell. There is nothing near the hotel so the only water you can buy is from the mini bar and it was extemely overpriced. The breakfast was pretty much the only thing on point as the waiters were very nice and polite! All in all, for the price which was the cheapest the hotel is an acceptable option in case you value your money and can close your eyes for a few things.
GGuest UserThe location although 7 km from the city center that seems near it is not! You have to walk 15-20 min to the nearest bus station and then there are only 2 buses running every hour to reach city center. If you miss the first one then you have to wait another 25 minutes for the second one!
If you are planning your trip on foot avoid this one. If you rent a car there is a parking lot outside in the courtyard of the hotel and several more just outside the hotel on the street. Both parking spots are in the open. Hotel offers a closed parking spot in its basement but on pay.
We had to change room the next day of our arrival as there was a noise coming out of the ventilation system. A supervisor came to inspect the room and after verifying our sayings offered us a room 2 floor down.
During our stay one of the three lift was out of order and it was a nightmare to come down in the morning during peak hours. All three days we were getting to lobby by stairs.

GGuest UserLocation is very near to the bologna centrale station ~ 5 mins away. Good especially if you’re lugging a lot of luggages but quite a walk away from the main piazza shopping area ~ took us around 15-20 mins.
Room provides 3in1 cappucino and milk creamer! Not all hotels provide these. There are English Tv channels. There is pillow menu even! Room is clean, kettle is cleaned sparkly too.
Toilet light went faulty during our stay; flickering. We called reception to inform and she was supposed to call us back to let us know if their technician was still around at work to come and fix it or not but she may have forgotten to return us back the call. Checking out the next day so we didn’t bother but for guests staying longer you may have to call back reception to check….
GGuest UserWish I could give a 10/10 stars for room service and 2/10 for bar. Una hotel has the top notch room service, literally the best one I have ever experienced, which also raised my bar for later trips. Personalized pillows for cervical spondylosis, strict hygiene standards, definitely recommend.
However the bar is a bit too annoying. I craved for hot water but there’s no kettle in the room, which is totally fine, so I went to the bar downstairs and asked for a cup of hot water. The water was disgusting with a taste of rusty pipes, and the mug was so dirty with TEA STAIN from bottom to top. I really don’t understand why did he do this to me. I politely asked him if I can have a cup of hot water and thanked him for this, there’s no reason he should serve me a filthy mug.
BBadar ChaudhryI had a wonderful one-night stay at this hotel. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches like two complimentary water bottles and essential amenities provided. The buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering a great variety of fresh and tasty options. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient during both check-in and check-out, making the entire experience smooth and pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!
