The issues you reported were reviewed and rectified on the same day. 1The double bed room with giant screen courtyard that you booked has an independent small courtyard in the room. The room area is also marked on the platform, so there is no discrepancy in size. 2. We decorate them uniformly, and the style of this room type is the same. Only the orientation is different. It is the same room type as the one you booked. You can check the photos on the platform to confirm whether the pictures uploaded on the platform are as different as the ones you took. 3. Regarding the problem of sewerage, we asked the engineer to come and check it that day. There is no problem with the sewerage in the room. Each room has a valve to prevent odor. It may be that hair or other things got entangled in the sewerage when you were washing. The water outlet causes the water to drain too slowly. 4. There is a large aisle at the door of the hotel room. When you are doing laundry, it is already night time. The hotel is here to ensure the quality of rest for the guests. At night, the main lights are turned off, leaving a few simple lights. 5. Each room's wardrobe is equipped with 5 hangers, which is a unified standard. If it's not enough, you can also tell our front desk guy. They will be sent to you. 6. Since the entire island of Gulangyu is accessible by foot, there is no means of transportation and everything is done manually, so resource transportation is limited. Each of our rooms comes with two free breakfasts, and we cannot provide a buffet breakfast like a hotel. But we also prepare meals according to portions, including simple meals such as porridge, steamed buns, steamed buns, and fried dough sticks. 7.
