Basic hotel good if you need somewhere to lay your head between flights

The stay was pleasant lot's of good food around the corner very much recommended if ur looking for cheap pleasant hotel

Very nice

No facilities, room lacked hair dryer and plenty of dusty spider webs all around the ceiling and sides of walls. Only a multi purpose body shower and shampoo available. Drinks were just 2 small packets of distilled water. Place looks really old compared to the China hotels I've visited at much lower prices and better amenities nearby. Room lacked proper lighting as well.

"Exceptional stay at Khotel! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Prime location near food spots, bus stop, and a supermarket. Rooms are spotless and service is fantastic. Plus, the added convenience of a washing machine downstairs for a minimal fee.

The room is so small. I have seen a lot of Cockroach in my hotel room. Not enough space to keep my belongs

The front desk was Chinese and had a very bad attitude! The location was also far from the subway station. I wanted to change hotels because of my skin sensitivity and the hotel's hygiene issues, but the store refused to refund me, so I had to stay there. Later, I told the Ctrip butler the reason and the butler was very responsible to help communicate with the store. I will continue to use Ctrip and will not stay in this hotel next time I go to Singapore!

The receptionist was really nice, I forgot my wallet when I grabbed it at SGP but the hotel helped me until I got my wallet back 😭 Big Thanks for this hotel ,all money $ & important items in wallet If it's not there, they don't know what to do tqsm 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

it’s super ugly and the service it’s damn useless

For the first time i went to a hotel that serve a very budget blanket, it's like a highschool hostel blanket. Very small to sleep comfortably for 2 person. I had to fight for the blanket with my bf bcs it's too small and it's cold inside. As for service, staff was really not friendly. Reminder! They will knock your door 1 minutes before yr checkout time. Pls be ready🤣
