Rezen Select Hotels in Xi'an

I was extremely satisfied with the hotel. Firstly, I was traveling with a friend, and we're very particular about the hotel environment and cleanliness, especially the washroom area. The hygiene was impeccably maintained; we couldn't find any issues at all. Secondly, the hotel exuded luxury, and almost the entire room was smart-enabled. I initially planned to stay for three days, but because I was genuinely so pleased with this hotel, I changed my plans and extended my stay for an extra day. This is a four-diamond hotel, and I did my research beforehand; it's among the top ten on the reputation list for four-diamond hotels. Not only does the hotel offer airport pick-up and drop-off services, which saved a lot on transportation costs to and from the airport, but they also upgraded my room type for free. The room was cleaned daily, and the front desk even provided complimentary freshly brewed handmade coffee. Moreover, my sleep was incredibly comfortable; there was no noise whatsoever near the hotel, making it very peaceful and relaxing, ensuring my rest wasn't disturbed. Honestly, I highly recommend it and am very satisfied. I will definitely choose this hotel, part of the Li Cheng Group, again on my next visit.

The room itself was pretty good overall. It's super convenient for getting around, with bus and subway stations just a left turn outside the door. Plus, there's a Wanda Plaza right across the street, and tons of great food options nearby, which is perfect for tourists. The staff were all warm and attentive, always ready to help with any questions and very efficient. Definitely recommend!
