Overall, it was pretty good. The newly opened hotel facilities and environment were also very nice. However, the room I was assigned had no signal. They later said it was because there were exams nearby, but I don't know why there was no signal at all at night either. I couldn't make phone calls either, but the Wi-Fi worked, haha. I waited a long time to check in, almost until late at night. I can understand that there were exams nearby. However, after checking in, I found that the toilet seat was still wet. When I wiped it with paper, it was green. I don't know if it was disinfectant or something. I hope that the hourly room service can check how many rooms are available for the day before making reasonable arrangements, instead of making guests who check in wait for hourly rooms to check out.

The hotel has a great location, very close to the subway station and several bus stops nearby. It's also close to the Bell and Drum Towers, making it convenient to visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. There are plenty of takeout options if you don't want to go out for breakfast. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the lobby offers hot water, coffee, and soy milk. The reception staff are young, friendly, and professional; they even gave the children Halloween candy and balloons and heated up our food for breakfast – very kind of them. The hotel provides disposable toiletries, which is quite convenient.

The hotel belongs to Huazhu Hotels Group. It's new and very clean. What impressed parents most was the room design, which is perfect for families with children. All the furniture has rounded corners, a thoughtful touch that surpasses some five-star hotels. The toilet seat is heated, making even simple tasks like toileting very comfortable. The location is very convenient, close to the subway and near the ”Song of Everlasting Regret” performance (the performance is absolutely amazing, the stage design is breathtaking, you must see the second show, and definitely get a seat in the central area; it's best to get a VIP pass, otherwise the queues are incredibly long, and tickets must be booked well in advance). There's a good restaurant along the street that serves rice in wooden buckets and fish. My advice for traveling with children is to stay wherever you end up, avoid driving at night or rushing, and give your child enough sleep so they have the energy for the next trip. The hotel offers room service breakfast, and the price is excellent value for money!

Quite new equipped w/ elevators, washing machine, small pantry facilities. The hotel provides a lot of electric sockets including USB and type C formats. Registration is simple and fast. There are many restaurants and convenient shops next to the hotel. South Gate city wall, bell tower, drum tower and Muslim street are in walking distance. Metro line 2 and 6 just in steps connected me to other parts of the city.

The big bed is set in 1.5m, the room is a bit small, it is a little inconvenient to open the suitcase at the door and then open the door. The sink is a bit small. When washing your face, the water will drip down your arms to the ground, but the overall is still very good. The toiletries are disposable and relatively clean. Auntie cleans the room every day and puts new toiletries. The room has a large glass. The sun is very comfortable. It is the street outside. It is quiet to close the window when you sleep at night. There is a self-service laundry room downstairs. There are two washing machines and dryers. There will be more people after 10 o'clock in the evening, it is recommended that you wash your clothes earlier. The door is the bus station, there are bicycles, not far from Xiaozhai subway station and SEG, just a few minutes walk! There is also a convenience store next to it, there is an ice cream super delicious!

The family room is very spacious, easily accommodating four people. There's a living area where you can spread out your luggage. The shower has great water pressure and comfortable temperatures. Downstairs, there are plenty of dining options, and the washer and dryer facilities work well. Two small suggestions: There's a parking lot downstairs, but during the day, the entrance/exit is often blocked by street vendors, making it hard to get in. It would be helpful if the hotel could coordinate with property management to have someone guide traffic. The small bedroom in room 8431 (which is controlled by the living room AC) has a leaky air conditioner. It would be best to have someone check it out.
