Ibis Properties in Xi'an

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff at the front desk, both the ladies and gentlemen, were incredibly friendly and loved to chat. They gave us such a warm welcome the moment we walked in, which was so heartwarming. Plus, there were cold and hot drinks available right when you entered. After walking back to the hotel, the plum juice in the lobby was just what I needed – so refreshing!

Stayed two nights in Xi'an at this hotel and it was really great. They have a laundry room and are pet-friendly. The room was clean, and the shower was fantastic. Remember to park your car at the hotel and take a taxi for getting around – it's the most convenient way.

This was my first stay at an Ibis hotel, and what impressed me most was how clean and tidy everything was. Although the bathroom was a bit small, it was spotless. The room didn't have a shower cap, but you could pick one up at the front desk. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I slept really well. Hot water came quickly. The shower head and breakfast weren't particularly great, but the overall cleanliness and tidiness more than made up for these minor shortcomings. The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic and friendly, even giving out small gifts.

The room is big but no soundproof, trolley and machines/elevator run all night. I got room#8602 with window but it's just another unused space with another door to pathway, feel uncomfortable/unsafe. Smoke smell from neighbor room can get through room easier. Room floor need to be more clean, toilet floor is so slippery. Reception can't speak English but has good service to try communication.

There are a few Ibis in Xian. I choose Ibis Daminggong due to impressive reviews and our stay was truly enjoyable. The customer service at Ibis Daminggong is truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure their customer’s stay was comfortable and enjoyable. There was once we were late to pick up our washed laundry and the staff even helped us fold our clothes! Ibis Daminggong breakfast offers a wide array of delicious food, such as milk, coffee, fruits, desserts, cold dish, hot dish and even ShaanXi Chinese Hamburger. We enjoyed the breakfast so much! We have stayed in Ibis China, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and this is the best Ibis we have stayed in so far! We truly enjoyed our stay in Ibis Daminggong. Will definitely stay in Ibis Daminggong if come to Xi’an again.

The room is oversized, the facilities are perfect, the staff is warm and thoughtful, there is free parking, there is a shopping mall next to it, and there are food across the road. It is a pet-friendly hotel and will stay next time.

The location is good, a few hundred meters from the subway, and it is convenient to go everywhere. It is very cost-effective not to take a taxi. The carpet in the corridor is a bit old, but the room is clean. The smell of hand sanitizer and shampoo is very good. The service is warm and standardized. It's just that the breakfast is average. During the four days I stayed, the lady always said that we were not on the list and did not check with the front desk. I could only check the coroutine order to prove my innocence. Other guests at the scene also reported this problem, which shows that the process is out of touch. I hope it will be improved.
