Hotel's located within walking distance to the famous Yellow Crane Tower and HuBu Alley, both top rated tourist destination of Wuhan city. Also, its breakfast area's located at the penthouse, with a fascinating view of the river and the tower, so no matter what room you booked, will still get a chance to have a glimpse and take picture of the surrounding scenery.

The location is quite strategic to yellow crane tower and tan hua lin. There are a lot of restaurants near the hotel and mini market as well, made it convenience to find food.

Very good service and good location. Breakfast is good and staff 007 provided a good service at the restaurant. Laundry room is available to use for free of charge.

The location is close to subway and Yellow Crane Tower and the street foods. The room is clean and staff are friendly. The experience is very pleasant.

Helpful staff at check in. Room was average size. Comfortable bed,with fresh linen each day. The lady housekeeper kept the room clean durian my daily absence and wished me good morning with a smile each time I saw her. When I checked out she acknowledged me farewell with a wave and warm smile. Breakfast was mainly Chinese as expected in a Chinese hotel, but there was adequate Western style food on offer. All the food was fresh and hot. Overall a good experience with the added bonus of only a short walk to the Yellow Crane Pagoda and ferries across the Yangtze River.. I took advantage of the free Metro and Bus travel for senior citizens.

Location is great. Staff is helpful. But only 2 lifts serving the whole block.

Pleasant to stay in this hotel. Excellent location. Easy accessible to scenic spots. The front desk personnel 小文, 小玉, 小圆, 小樱are very helpful and polite. They are willing to take extra miles to help. The restaurant staff 007, and the cleaning lady are very courteous and helpful too. Worth for money stay. T

Very near to the Crane tower, and the location is convenient to many places. Breakfast is OK with variety to choose. Stuffs are super friendly too and patient in explaining the direction of scenic areas

We stayed in Kailaixi Hotel in a family room with 3 beds. The room was cleaned every day, has a huge window and good sound-proof. The location is great - we could enjoy the Yellow Crane Tower and the Yangtze river bridge from our room window, it takes 5 mins to get to the subway station. Everything is great about the hotel, just a little drawback — poor WiFi, especially in the evening. The variety of food for breakfast is impressive, although there is not much Western food, mainly Chinese. Restaurant staff, namely the lady "007", is very friendly and she treated us kindly and taught us to use chopsticks! Thank you, "007"! There is a lot of free stuff in the hotel — water, snacks and good coffee in the lobby. All in all, the Kailaixi Hotel impressed us a lot! I can't see any rude disadvantages, and I personally can't see much difference between Kailaixi, which is 3-star hotel, and any other 4-star hotel. I think Kailaixi hotel deserves 4 stars!

The staff and service was amazing, nothing was too much for them especially front desk name Gua. He pointed out places of interest, helped to booked a tour for us. We don't know the language well and he took care of everything, even on his off duty he texted us the name n ph no. of the tour guide and reminding the guide to take care of us. We are so grateful to him.
