Room was dirty. Sheets had stains on. Tables had thick layers of dust. Reception advised someone would sort this but they never did. No member of staff had the same answer in regards to food and menus. One evening we had a kids meal delivered to the room but the following night we were advised that’s not allowed! However, nice selection of food for breakfast.

Upon arrival the service from staff were warming and very welcoming. It is a beautiful hotel and my son loved that we stayed in the hotel which is part of Chelsea football club. It is very clean, high standard and only a couple of minute walk to the nearest underground. Great location and the hotel room is a very good size. We’d definitely book again and it was a fantastic value for the amazing location!

Really disappointing still not Received £50 deposit taken on 20th April have rang trip.com and hotel but the reception where rude and didn’t want to deal with my refund avoid

The manager Neill was above and beyond a true gentleman and someone that Hotel really needs to keep hold of, I think he's a manager but regardless of title he was the one running around trying his best to sort the impossible and in the end I felt that sorry for him I jhelped him out and kept the room. The air con wasn't working and the room was very hot ....that is the only letdown in the hotel Neil and the people on reception ( young girl especially) will be the only reason I would return Nice hotel It is very dated and needs quite a bit of spending to sort AC faults and back of house issues Fantastic location, especially as we were on the match Price wise, very good I will absolutely return here if I stay down again I would seriously look for a different carpark nearby. What is a lot cheaper ( £72 for fri night to sun morning is too expensive) THIS IS NOT THE HOTELS CARPARK so it's not their fault

It was the worst hotel I have ever been to, the room heating was faulty they had to change me the room twice after many calls to reception to complaints about the room being cold and the heating not working. The receptionist provided me with an electric heater but that was not enough to heat the room so they changed me to another room where the air condition was faulty again the receptionist came to the room to check the heating system and found out it was faulty so they change my room three-time the last one was ok but I was already exhausted of changing room it was 23:40 when I finally got an ok room to stay in the chair at the room are dirty and the smell is not gradable.

Hello. We are newlyweds who stayed at hotel for 2 nights and 3 days from October 14th to 16th, 2023. I am writing this email because I had a very unpleasant experience at hotel. First of all, we are Koreans, and we are not good at English. We were going to arrive before the check-in time on the 14th and leave our luggage. I'm a longtime Chelsea fan, so I had a hard time visiting this hotel with my wife's permission Unlike other hotels, we didn't leave our luggage for free and guided the deposit. My wife and I thought we could get it back later, but it was a paid early check-in. My wife and I may be at fault for lacking English, but the guidance method was very inappropriate. The most upsetting thing about my wife and I was that the room that was assigned was for the disabled. We visited the hotel on honeymoon, and we are not disabled. It's terrible to think about the experience of seeing a room and bathroom full of convenience equipment for the disabled when I opened the door excitedly. It was a hotel that I found really hard to persuade my wife, and it was a long-loved Chelsea hotel, but we were all so sad, angry, and hopeless. My wife and I were not disabled and even visited in Chelsea tracksuit. I still don't understand why the hotel lobby staff did that. On the one hand, I thought that it might be discrimination to complain that we, not the disabled, have been assigned a room for the disabled. So we went back down to the lobby and asked for a room with a bathtub, but the lobby staff kept sighing, "What's wrong with you?" Seeing her sigh, I was sure this was Asian discrimination. Dealing with her uncomfortable expression, I was sad to see the rainbow-colored wall outside the lobby. Chelsea are a team that has worked hard and responded to racism for a long time. That was one of the reasons why I love Chelsea. But this experience made me despair, and my wife angry.
