This hotel is super conveniently located right by Wenzhi Street Station on Metro Line 8, and there are tons of great food options downstairs. It's a new place, so no weird smells, and the lobby always smells lovely. The front desk staff are really warm and attentive. The room itself was bright and spotless, with a fantastic three-part bathroom (separate wet and dry areas) and even a Laifen hairdryer. You can choose between buckwheat or memory foam pillows, which is a nice touch. The double-layered soundproofing made for a really quiet and comfortable stay, and the smart home features throughout the room were a breeze to use. Breakfast had over 40 different items, and the 'Cai Mingwei-style' hot dry noodles tasted incredibly authentic. Plus, free parking, free laundry with room delivery, and the concierge service was very thoughtful. All the facilities are brand new, making it excellent value for money. I was really satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend it for travel.

The hotel has a great location, right by the subway exit. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the place was clean with a good atmosphere. The facilities were comprehensive, and it was convenient for dining and entertainment nearby.

Close to Wuhan University and the subway. Most importantly, the lady at the front desk is nice and kind, with a nice voice! Come again next time!

The gym at this hotel I stayed at was a pleasant surprise! Upon entering, it was spacious and bright, with neatly arranged equipment, making it incredibly comfortable to work out. The aerobics area had treadmills and elliptical bikes, while the strength area also had a full range of barbells, dumbbells, and other equipment, meeting all your fitness needs.

I was on a business trip in Optics Valley. I stayed at this hotel for the first time. It was really good. The lobby was very clean and tidy. I just entered the door and heard the greeting at the front desk. Because I came for the first time, I was not familiar with the surrounding area. The front desk lady was very patient to inform me how to take the car where I went. How to take the subway, how to take the bus, when to traffic jam, when not to traffic jam, where to eat around, where to have fun, left a deep impression on me, so I decided to come over for a business trip in the future, I will live in this store, and oh, this store's breakfast, hot dry noodles are really delicious, Wuhan I love you!

The room had great natural light and a good separation of wet and dry areas. The smart toilet was very comfortable to use. The beef noodles for breakfast were authentic and delicious. The front desk staff were gentle and welcoming. Parking was convenient, and the robot delivery service was very handy. The bedding was soft and the soundproofing was excellent. Laundry service was available for return to the room. The staff were smiling throughout my stay. Overall, the value for money was outstanding. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

Our initial stay at the hotel was reasonably good. However, on the second day, when we return to the hotel, we had a rude shock. The whole hotel was plunged total darkness and half of the main entrance to the l9obby was pad locked. We were told by the staff that there was a major power failure and the situation cannot be rectified. There was no electrical supply for the lights, lifts etc. To make matter worse we were told that we have to checkout as the hotel has stopped operating. I approached and asked if he could make alternative arrangements for our accommodations as we have another 3 nights to go. He told me a flat NO to my request. Our room was on the 12th floor, and we had to climb up the stairs to our room to pack our luggage to check out and to climb down the stairs to the ground floor. I have never encountered such an event of a hotel where the management was so irresponsible to their guests. We had to find our own accommodation and transport to the new hotel. I had to frantically search for a new hotel at the lobby in the dark. NO ASSISTANCE was offered by the management of the hotel. Such a hotel should be banned from operation and a SEVERE penalty be imposed on them.

The hot dry noodles are super delicious, super authentic, the front desk lady smiles very thoughtfully, come out to play with friends, live very happy, come over next time, the bed is very comfortable, the light is very comfortable and bright, awesome
