This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around and exploring. The room was spotless and well-equipped, making for a really comfortable stay. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, handling check-in efficiently and thoughtfully – it made me feel very welcome. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of Chinese and Western options, all delicious, and so many choices that I was satisfied every morning. The biggest surprise was the hotel kindly gifting us a Wuhan cultural and creative refrigerator magnet as a souvenir; it's beautifully designed and meaningful. Such attention to detail really made my trip special. Overall, it's great value for money, with excellent service and a perfect experience. Highly recommend – I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Wuhan! The room was clean and tidy, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. What surprised me most was the Wuhan Hot Dry Noodles at breakfast; one bite and I was instantly amazed – it tasted just as good as the famous old shops on the street! Later, I heard from a staff member that it's made following the classic recipe from Wuhan's Cai Mingwei, no wonder the taste is so authentic! Being able to enjoy such genuine Wuhan breakfast food right at the hotel saved me the trouble of searching for places, which was incredibly convenient! Whether for leisure or business, this hotel is highly recommended. It's comfortable to stay in and allows you to experience the taste of Wuhan all in one go. I'll stay here again next time I'm in Wuhan!

Right from the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm welcome. The front desk staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and their smiles were genuinely infectious. The sofa was perfectly comfortable – not too soft, not too firm – so I could relax without getting tired. The breakfast hot dry noodles were fresh and flavorful, and the convenient laundry pick-up and delivery service really made for an excellent stay. My experience here was absolutely top-notch!

The room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is on the top floor. There is a non-legacy restaurant downstairs. The taste is good. High cost performance. River view room. Convenient location and convenient travel

The gym at this hotel I stayed at was a pleasant surprise! Upon entering, it was spacious and bright, with neatly arranged equipment, making it incredibly comfortable to work out. The aerobics area had treadmills and elliptical bikes, while the strength area also had a full range of barbells, dumbbells, and other equipment, meeting all your fitness needs.

We were visiting relatives. The hotel is just right next to where my relatives live. The room is clean and staff are friendly. Will come back again when we are in that part of town next time.

The hotel service is meticulous, the whole staff smiles and greets, and the attitude is gentle and courteous. The special noodles are solid, the taste is authentic, and a bowl of delicious noodles is full of happiness. The laundry is sent back to the service, no need to worry about taking care of clothes, comfortable sofas are suitable for rest, Wuhan Station Mercedes-Benz commercial car free pick-up, zero burden travel, the overall experience is excellent.

Our initial stay at the hotel was reasonably good. However, on the second day, when we return to the hotel, we had a rude shock. The whole hotel was plunged total darkness and half of the main entrance to the l9obby was pad locked. We were told by the staff that there was a major power failure and the situation cannot be rectified. There was no electrical supply for the lights, lifts etc. To make matter worse we were told that we have to checkout as the hotel has stopped operating. I approached and asked if he could make alternative arrangements for our accommodations as we have another 3 nights to go. He told me a flat NO to my request. Our room was on the 12th floor, and we had to climb up the stairs to our room to pack our luggage to check out and to climb down the stairs to the ground floor. I have never encountered such an event of a hotel where the management was so irresponsible to their guests. We had to find our own accommodation and transport to the new hotel. I had to frantically search for a new hotel at the lobby in the dark. NO ASSISTANCE was offered by the management of the hotel. Such a hotel should be banned from operation and a SEVERE penalty be imposed on them.

This stay experience is really far beyond expectations! The hot dry noodles for hotel breakfast must be praised. The alkaline water surface tendon is smooth, the hemp sauce is mellow and not greasy, the sour radish is crisp and refreshing, and the taste is fragrant. The young lady who served was very kind and smiled. When asking for directions, she patiently gave me a hand-painted route. The whole hotel space is clean and bright, the decoration is simple and elegant, the stay is too comfortable, I will choose here next time~
