They don't provide conditioner and body cream. Also they don't even have a phone in the room to get in touch with the reception! Neither slippers and toothpaste. No spa ,no pool. In conclusion definitely NOT a 4-star hotel. So disappointed! (Couldn't even charge my phone as there isn't a USB available in the room)
