Artyzen Habitat Taopu Shanghai

This was my second time staying at Artyzen Habitat Taopu. The hotel is close to the city center yet very quiet, and it's newly built. Both the facilities and the environment are extremely comfortable, and the staff were helpful with any issues. It was a very pleasant stay.

This Artyzen Habitat hotel is super convenient, really close to the subway, which is why I often choose to stay here. This time, the lovely front desk staff even upgraded my room. The experience was fantastic; the high floor offered a great view, the room was very clean, and all the amenities were well-equipped. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied.

The hotel staff were incredibly attentive. From check-in to check-out, everyone was smiling, and Jane, in particular, provided excellent service. She was very warm and polite, and the service was truly impeccable.

The room was great, quiet, and the environment was good. Plus, I could bring my dog! Jane at the front desk provided excellent service.

This stay exceeded my expectations! Facilities: Everything is very new, and it's clear that both the furnishings and fixtures were chosen with care and expense. Service: Pet-friendly, the staff were very nice to our dog, and accommodating when we had requests. It's close to the subway station, making travel convenient, and parking is free. The dinner at the hotel's ground floor restaurant was also good. Aside from being a bit far from the city center and the room's soundproofing being slightly less than perfect, everything else was absolutely perfect. I recommend the 'Exclusive Room' – it's spacious and expansive.

The hotel wasn't crowded, so we got upgraded to a suite. The room was huge and spacious, complete with a microwave, which was really convenient for reheating takeout. The location is great, and it's excellent value for money. Very satisfied!

The bathroom fixtures are as sharp as knives; I got two cuts on my hand while showering, and they bled. Parking is an outrageous 80 yuan per night. The room doesn't even have a comb, and the quality of the toothbrush and toothpaste is really disappointing. The main entrance is under renovation, and to top it all off, the service attitude is terrible.

Always great service. My only suggestion would be to improve the breakfast. Also, perhaps consider providing separate toothpaste kits for one-night stays versus multi-night guests.
