It is actually an ordinary apartment with some necessary facilities. If you just talk about living, Omotesando is downstairs, which is really convenient.
To find this place, you must first find the Starbucks next door, and then there is always a small shop with girls queuing on the left. Enter the building through the automatic door and walk to the elevator at the back.
The room is relatively clean, and there is a guy in charge of reception. He is ********* and speaks very gently and softly.
The room has towels, two bedrooms, and a kitchen. It is suitable for family travel. The main reason is that it is too convenient downstairs and has everything.

The room was large and luxurious. It was a pity that the outside of the window was the next building, but the others are satisfied. Breakfast was also original and I enjoyed it. My wife likes the service of the bear on the Ikkyu diamond. I was grateful that I could choose red and white wine, and I opened one. It is the same everywhere at the subway station, but it is difficult to know where the hotel is located even though it is on the ground nearby. Once I knew the location, it was fine, but at first I was lost.

The location is amazing, and the washing machine in the room too. The hotel is nice but the room doesn’t look like 4 stars, especially toilets. We had bad smell problem, they were super responsive trying to fix it but it was not possible.
Another problem is that you’ll not have your room cleaned every day, and this doesn’t sound 4 stars too.
The staff has been very kind and useful for any needs we had. Wifi is ok .

we loved our stay! the room were spacious for tokyo hotels. it was clean and organized. the staff were very professional and welcoming for check-in/out and attentive to any questions you have. the location was perfect since its close to subway stations and only 1 or 2 station away from shibuya or omotesando. we loved the bathroom in this hotel since the shower and tub are seperated so you can relax and soak in the tub for cold winter. we would definitely stay again for our next visit to tokyo. it was fantastic.

The hotel is centrally located in Roppongi and walking distance to many places. It is modern and definitely deserving a design award. The room I had was spacious for a Japanese hotel and had all amenities including fridge and Nespresso maker. My only gripe was that the work space is separated from the bathroom by a floor-to-ceiling glass window. Makes for a fun experience if you are sharing such room with someone... (1 point deduction). What I really disliked was the breakfast. Neither Japanese nor western, it seemed a confused mixture of flavors. I mean, I have never been in a Japanese hotel that has no rice cooker for breakfast or offers miso soup. This was for me a huge letdown and I strongly encourage any visitors to not pre-pay for the ”breakfast.”

La localisation est pratique pour visiter Tokyo cependant il s’agit d’un étage d’un vieil immeuble aménagé avec des chambres. Pas d’accueil physique, pas de réception donc pas de service en cas de besoin, pas possible de laisser ces bagages avant ou après le check out par exemple. L’espace cuisine à partager est minimaliste et sur une très petite surface dans le couloir. Le point le plus négatif est que le tarif est au moins aussi cher si ce n’est plus que pour un hôtel confortable avec tous les services. L’endroit peu dépanner si les hôtels dans le coin sont pleins mais sinon il est, il me semble, facile de trouver mieux.

We stayed a week at this hotel . I used to work near here but didn’t know that this place became a hotel . It’s a perfect location to visit many places. Walking distance to Harajuku - Omotesando , only 2 stops to Shibuya by tube ( Ginza line ) also Ginza & Asakusa are on the Ginza line. Gaienmae station is nearby from the hotel . By taxi , Roppongi is not far . We booked a Superior room which has a relaxing seating area with city view also well equipped bathroom with wardrobe space . Free drinks ( included in a room rate ) with enough water service from the fridge . It was a totally comfortable stay . Hotel has 4 restaurants and a rooftop bar . So you can enjoy different restaurants at the hotel . Also it has a nice terrace at the Belcomo restaurant & bar . ( there was a multi tenants building called Bell Commons previously , oddly most of taxi drivers didn’t know the hotel but knows Bell Commons) All staff are pleasant and tried to accommodate your request . It’s a different from chain hotels and large luxury hotels but it has a certain charm with character.

GGuest UserThis is really about a 3-4 minute walk once you leave Tokyo Station, take Yaesu Central Exit. Once you cross the big street outside the station, it is only one block to a set of lights, left a very short ways, then right 2 or 3 doors, check in is on the 2nd floor (2F). There are signs in English high up and near the entrance. We stayed twice this trip. Check in was prompt. We had a twin room, 2 single beds. The rooms were very clean small as expected, so 2 beds worked better, nobody sleeping against the wall. Everything we needed, fridge, two pillows each (soft and hard), kettle, tea, coffee, TV, good lights, wifi, hangers, pants press, great soaps, shampoo and nice towels. Also, pajamas. There was a microwave and ice near the front desk area. We stayed a second time and the both rooms were identical except for the view. The first one had a view of building construction underway next to our hotel with a small bit open to see the weather. The second was higher up and overlooked the new building next to it. Not sure if that view will stay like that. A hotel view of a building next to it is common in Japan. We only slept and showered there so no view was no issue for us. There are 2 Family Marts and a 7-11 about 3-4 minute walk away also, plus other restos, more for the afternoon or night but there is a nice soba restaurant (Komoro Soba) that is open for breakfast which we enjoyed. The front desk staff were very friendly and very helpful and the next time in Tokyo, we'll plan on staying there again.

GGuest UserWe stayed one night before and after we went to Izu. Two nights in total. Different rooms. We preferred room 201. The second time we went to the hotel, we knew it. We came out of the subway exit 20C. This time we found the elevator 🛗. We took the mall TOBU elevator to the ground floor. When we got to the ground, we navigated to the hotel map 7 and it showed that it only took 8 minutes to walk to the hotel. Ikebukuro Station is very big, so be careful not to go in the wrong direction. It takes a little longer to walk from the hotel to Mejiro Garden and Sky City 60 Observatory (one subway station is about the same as walking time), but it is also a way to understand Ikebukuro. There is also a Xiangyun Temple near the hotel. We had a very pleasant stay. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. The shower room is very large. Xiao Du at the front desk is very good. The room price is the cheapest of our trip. Because Tokyo accommodation hotels are relatively expensive. So this business hotel is still very affordable. If you come alone, it is the most affordable to stay here! There is no kettle in the room, but you can borrow it from the front desk. Communication is so convenient because it is a hotel opened by Chinese. The pictures are in chronological order from back to front. A very rewarding stop, Ikebukuro!

GGuest UserGreat location, great hotel, and wonderful service! Family of four, we booked a double and it was a nice room with two double beds. Although a bit small, it was fine for us and we were happy to have a microwave, etc that made it feel homey. The hotel was quiet, the a/c good, and the water pressure strong. The location is perfect, just a few minutes away from the Hachioji Eki and all the various conveniences there. Staff was very nice, check-in was smooth and quick, and check-out was as simple as dropping off our card key. We mistakenly left a pair of pajamas in the room and the wonderful staff was able to locate it and send it to us, already in another prefecture, the next day. Thank you so much!! This kindness will not be forgotten and we would love to return to this hotel the next time we visit the area.

It is suitable for a family of three to travel here, because many hotels in Japan have a limit on the number of people, and three people have to book two rooms. It is more suitable to book this apartment. It is not far from the subway station Kuramae Station and Asakusa Station. It is right by the Sumida River. It is very convenient to see the night view of the Sky Tree and go to Sensoji Temple. There are not many restaurants around, but the subway can reach many business districts, which is not a big flaw. The noise is not loud, and it is quiet to stay!

BBellaFirst so travel experience, and this was honestly quite good. The bathrooms were clean (aside from some hair here and there, but it’s a women’s hostel what do you expect) and cleaned daily, and the Wi-Fi was very fast. Got super dark in each pod which was perfect, and even in the summer, it wasn’t too hot (despite it saying there’s no AC there are some small units that keep the area a good temperature). I wish check in hours were a little more flexible especially considering that there’s no staff there anyway? But overall really good (close to many subway lines) and I would stay again for sure!!

GGuest UserIt was good that rich, convenience stores and McDonald's from the station were nearby, but the unit bus was too narrow. The door didn't close tightly, so the air conditioner came in, and the shower curtain caught on my body while taking a bath, which made me feel uncomfortable. If you are a tall person, you can't take a shower unless you bow. The toilet was impossible unless I opened the door. I'm sorry that the customer service was good.

AAdrianP647I booked the place after seeing pretty favourable reviews on other sites. Overall, the stay was fine. We were told that there’s a lift but was not told was that the lift does not serve both the 7th and 8th level. It was horrendous for us to lug up our heavy luggages up the stairs. As for washing, we were told that there was a washing machine but was not told that it was common for all to use. Also, we had to pay for each wash. That was fine until we saw that the dryer was broken and deep in winter, it would have taken ages for our clothes to dry. We literally gave up on washing our clothes. The cost of staying here was higher than others around Kuramae area which incidentally, provide better lodging and service.
