    Comfortable and quiet for a single solo traveler. Clean room with basic amenities. Convenient and charming location in Ningyocho with nearby combinis and shukodos (small family run restaurants that serve a variety of inexpensive Japanese dishes, such as curry, ramen, soba, udon, and tempura).

    Fast seamless check-in and check-out. Good location that is near two train stations with two convenience stores close by. While the hotel seems a bit dated, it has clean and quiet soundproof room (surprisingly cannot hear the somewhat heavy traffic in the area and corridor - good for light sleepers). While the "Small Double Bed" room and bed may sound or seem a bit small, it is still quite comfortable for larger size Asian adults. Towels (daily change of towels provided) and slippers are provided, along with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothbrush and toothpaste. Other items of an amenity kit can be obtained at ground level. Essentially, it is nifty and has everything a traveller needs. Free coffee offered at the lobby in the morning. Good laundry facilities (200 yen for washing about 5kg of laundry with detergent provided and 100 yen for 30 mins of drying).

        The room for TWO was SMALL! Extremely small. My husband and I couldn’t even walk beside each other in the room. Add our 3 suitcases to the room and we couldn’t reach the kettle to make tea. This room is ideal for ONE. It’s advertised for two though. So frustrating. I don’t recommend.
