Excellent! Facilities: A very new hotel with a modern, youthful style. There's even a kitchen in the common area. The single room isn't huge, but it's cleverly designed and doesn't feel cramped. Location: Superb! It's just 30 seconds from Ginza Line Kyobashi Station and 2 minutes from Asakusa Line Takaracho Station Exit A4, which offers direct access to Haneda Airport. You can walk to the heart of Ginza, Yurakucho, and Nihonbashi in about 10 minutes. For a run, Hibiya Park and the Imperial Palace are roughly 1.5 km away. A quick tip: if you have large luggage when heading back to Haneda, avoid Exit A4 at Takaracho Station; navigating the stairs and crossing platforms will be exhausting. Service: Reliable! There's a Chinese staff member at the front desk who is very flexible and accommodating. Receiving Amazon JP packages was incredibly smooth; they even delivered the last package directly to my room, which I really appreciated!

Just 700m from Tokyo Station, a hub for all train lines. The G and A lines are only a few meters away, offering direct access from both Tokyo airports. Plus, there are station elevators, which is a lifesaver if you have luggage. You can easily walk to the Ginza shopping street. A convenient and safe location for solo travelers! 👍🏽👍🏽

This is a hotel I've always loved. Its location in Kyobashi is super convenient for catching the Narita Express bus and for shopping in Ginza. The prices can fluctuate quite a bit, and it's interesting to see that the front desk staff are from all over the world. It's usually my go-to for business trips if they have availability. My only minor gripe is that the AC always gets turned off after housekeeping, and Japan is ridiculously hot and humid right now.

Given that it's Japan, the room was inevitably very small. However, compared to other local hotels, the staff's service was excellent, and they spoke English very well.

Although the room was small, it was very well-designed! I worked comfortably leaning against the bench. There was also a large counter space next to the sink, perfect for putting things. I was here for a concert, and the hotel was super convenient for getting to Tokyo Dome, just a 25-minute subway ride away. Ginza for shopping was about a 10-minute walk. Getting here from Narita was easy too, either by Skyliner and then subway, or by taking a bus from Tokyo Station (which was about a 7-8 minute walk from the hotel). The staff spoke good English, so communication was a breeze. Next time I'm in Tokyo alone, I'll definitely choose to stay here again :D Btw, I had a box of merchandise shipped to the hotel before I arrived, and when I checked in, a handsome Japanese staff member helped me carry it up to my room (sorry, I didn't catch his name, it sounded like Ta**mi or Ka**mi – a big thank you and shout-out to him 😊)

The room was clean, and the location was surprisingly quiet despite being in a bustling area. It's about a 10-15 minute walk from JR Tokyo Station, or you can take the metro to Kyobashi. The gym on the second floor was a pleasant surprise!

A friendly hotel in terms of both its interior design and its approach to guests. The room was small but ergonomic, clean, and comfortable. Excellent location near Tokyo Station and the subway, with Ginza just around the corner.
