Good value for money

I had a good rest in the clean facilities.

It was only used to spend a night between consecutive business trips. I didn't feel uncomfortable in the room and the shared washroom, toilet, and shower room. It wasn't dirty. For breakfast, they served hot sandwiches. It was delicious. Drinks are in the form of a drink bar consisting of tea and water in plastic bottles, and orange juice in packs. It was a good time before work in the morning. If you don't eat breakfast, you may never meet your employees. Check-in uses the information provided in the email, so it may be stressful unless you are comfortable relying on the staff at the hotel.

The check-in method is not clear enough. I saw two groups of people rushing to receive letters at the door and trying to find a way to check-in by themselves. I thought I could find the door password from the platform, but in the end I had to fill in a lot of information and upload photos, etc., and then wait for the hotel to return. Only pass the password to check in, and I will not comment on other parts, after all, you get what you pay for.

The location was good as it was within 10 minutes of subway stations where you could use the Tokyo Pass, such as Akihabara and Kuramae Osachimachi. As for the service, you shouldn't expect it except for the breakfast service on the 1st floor. As for cleanliness, I have a sensitive nose, so there was a lot of dust and I had to constantly ventilate it. The facility is built like a container box, so there is no elevator if the soundproofing is poor. If you are planning a trip with more than 2 people, we do not recommend it.
