The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk from the subway. There are plenty of dining options nearby, a 24-hour supermarket, and 7-Elevens are everywhere. The front desk staff, both young men and women, are very nice. They have a microphone that can translate various languages on the fly, which is very smart. Check-in and check-out are both self-service, quick and convenient. There's a magnetic sticker on the inside of the room door. If you want housekeeping, you just put up the blue sticker. If not, cleaning is done every three days. Small room amenities are available for self-service on the first floor as needed. The room is indeed a bit small, but this is Tokyo, so you can't be too picky. I'd likely choose this hotel again next time I visit.

Hotel is just behind Ginza 6, location is good for shopping and a short walk to Ginza station. Room is small but clean and basic for 1 person. Functional. I booked it for the day without staying overnight as I have a late flight and would need the room to rest and shower before my overnight flight. Would recommend for single traveller staying in Tokyo for a few nights.

I visited during the ***** New Year and considered many stations along the Yamanote Line. I ended up choosing this place, and I really liked it. My memories of Japan will continue, thanks to the help of all the staff. Both Kanda and Akasaka were great.

The room had everything I needed. And the bed was comfortable. The hotel has a laundry area, so I was able to wash and dry clothes. There was also a microwave in the lounge room, which came in handy on days I didn’t want to eat out. There are a few convenience stores close by, with a 7-eleven next door. It was really easy to walk to the metro lines and Kanda station was well linked to the rest of the city. The area was quiet at night, which I liked after a busy day.

Love the location is the Toyocho metro exits just in front of the hotel. There are also many restaurants nearby. My favourite being the family restaurant downstairs - Sangarita. There is also a McD within 50 m. Convenience stores are all within walking distance. Only less than 20 min train ride to Tokyo Station. Not forgetting easy check in and check out via the self service kiosk, self service amenities at lobby, and there is also laundry machines provided. Breakfast choices were decent and available from 6.30 to 11am, at the Pronto restaurant downstairs. Room size is sufficient for me alone, very comfortable and quiet stay.

My flight was canceled due to a typhoon, so I decided to stay in Yokohama for a few days and stumbled upon this hotel. Finding the hotel for the first time was a bit tricky, but once I got my bearings, I realized how incredibly convenient it was. The easiest way to get there is from Yokohama Station's West Exit. Head into NeWoman, take the escalator to the 2nd floor, walk straight through NeWoman, exit, and continue along the pedestrian bridge. Take two escalators up to the 4th floor, then turn left, and you'll enter the hotel lobby. The entire path is covered, protecting you from the elements. The hotel lobby doubles as a very popular cafe, with the front desk to the left. You can self-check-in, and there are always staff members available to assist. The room was new and quite spacious, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. My room faced west, so I had a perfect view of the beautiful sunset.

This hotel is super convenient! It's right by a subway station and a convenience store. It's also really close to central Shinjuku, and you can walk to Kabukicho Ichibangai in just over 10 minutes. Self check-in is a breeze, and you can store your luggage here too. Plus, you can grab complimentary toiletries and bath amenities from downstairs. There are also a few small restaurants right across the street, which is really handy for meals.

This was my first time staying in Ningyocho, and it was perfect! The transportation was convenient, it was quiet and not too crowded, and there were so many great restaurants nearby. The staff spoke fluent English and were very friendly. The single room was a bit small (just enough space to open one suitcase), but the value for money was excellent, especially considering all the amazing food options nearby! I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The location is super convenient, right outside Roppongi Exit 5. The front desk staff were really welcoming, and the room was clean and tidy. I loved the eco-friendly touch with a used clothing recycling box right by the elevator! 👍 However, the breakfast was a bit disappointing. You have to exit the hotel and go around the corner to reach the restaurant entrance, which is a bit inconvenient, especially when it's raining. The restaurant itself felt a bit cramped and dated.

I chose this hotel for my trip to Japan because I mainly wanted to explore the Odaiba area, and the price was right. It's super convenient with shuttle buses to both Haneda Airport and Disneyland, and those two places were indeed very accessible. 1. **Transportation**: The hotel is a bit of a distance from Odaiba. Initially, we walked a bit to take the subway from Ariake, but then we discovered Kokusai-Tenjijo Station, which is closer to the hotel, and used that afterward. However, the hotel is quite far from other parts of Tokyo, so most trips took about an hour. On the plus side, it's not far from a subway station, and Japanese subways are convenient and comfortable, always having seats, so it wasn't too bad. 2. **Hotel Amenities**: The hotel is located inside a park, offering a great environment. There's a supermarket on the hotel's upper floors and another across the street, which is quite handy. For dining, there are options in the exhibition center across the street, though they close a bit early. The best part is the wide array of self-service toiletries at the front desk – absolutely perfect! They even have sunscreen and cooling towels for summer outings, which is a huge plus. 3. **Hotel Services**: They offer luggage storage, but only for the same day. Since we were returning after two days in Hakone, we were able to store our luggage for the entire duration. They also provide third-party luggage delivery to the airport for 2000 yen for large items, though you need to scan a QR code and book in advance. The Disneyland bus needs to be booked at the front desk in advance and is free. The airport bus can also be booked; it's not free but not expensive either – it cost about 60+ yen one way for my child and me. However, the experience of taking a Japanese bus is truly excellent. As for Chinese service, it's very limited, almost non-existent. The hotel also has a restaurant, but we didn't try it. 4. **Room**: The hotel room was quite spacious and very clean. I've always wondered why water stains in Chinese hotels are so hard to clean, but here, everything was spotless. We could open both of our large suitcases, and there was also a sofa and a desk, perfect for my child to study.
