The room was great, and there were so many good restaurants nearby. The transportation was super convenient. I really loved it and would definitely stay here again next time. It's so easy to get to Mount Fuji and Disneyland from Shinjuku. Plus, there are several convenience stores and a McDonald's right next door. Loved it!

It’s an affordable hotel in Ginza. The room was too small for my large suitcase. Toiletries can be collected at the reception area. I personally appreciated the ice maker (because it is summer) since the fridge turns off when the key card is not in the room switch. I paid ¥1.000 to extend my check-out time to 12noon. There’s a city tax of ¥300 to be paid at the property. There is no safety deposit box.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient to get in and out. The hotel entrance is small, with the lobby on the second floor, but check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. The room was quite spacious, and the amenities provided were good. Breakfast was a set menu, and it tasted delicious.

1. The first time I walked to the hotel, it took about 10 minutes, mainly because I was new to the area and needed to find my way. Once I got familiar, it was much quicker. I had read other reviews saying the North-West exit was the closest, but honestly, the North-West exit is incredibly hard to find 🤣. I just exited from the West exit. The hotel is to your right when you have your back to the JR station (Takashimaya is on your left). After following navigation for 4-5 minutes, you'll see an elevated walkway. Take the escalator up to the walkway (I finally saw the North-West exit next to the escalator 🤣). Walk along the left side for about 20-30 meters, and you'll see a tall building with an upward escalator on its exterior. Take two escalator segments, and the hotel is through the automatic glass doors on your left. Alternatively, from the JR station West exit (just before you completely exit the concourse), the Newman shopping mall entrance is on your right. Go into the mall, walk to the end, and take the escalator up to the 2nd floor, which leads to the connecting walkway. However, if you're not familiar, it can be confusing, so I'd recommend sticking to the first set of directions I gave. 2. Check-in at the hotel is done via self-service machines. The staff is on hand to assist, and the machines also have a Chinese option, making it very easy. 3. I booked a twin room, and the room size is quite generous by Japanese standards, which was nice. The shampoo was surprisingly good; my hair felt super soft and smooth after washing. I would definitely book here again if I visit Yokohama in the future.

The room had everything I needed. And the bed was comfortable. The hotel has a laundry area, so I was able to wash and dry clothes. There was also a microwave in the lounge room, which came in handy on days I didn’t want to eat out. There are a few convenience stores close by, with a 7-eleven next door. It was really easy to walk to the metro lines and Kanda station was well linked to the rest of the city. The area was quiet at night, which I liked after a busy day.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk from the subway. There are plenty of dining options nearby, a 24-hour supermarket, and 7-Elevens are everywhere. The front desk staff, both young men and women, are very nice. They have a microphone that can translate various languages on the fly, which is very smart. Check-in and check-out are both self-service, quick and convenient. There's a magnetic sticker on the inside of the room door. If you want housekeeping, you just put up the blue sticker. If not, cleaning is done every three days. Small room amenities are available for self-service on the first floor as needed. The room is indeed a bit small, but this is Tokyo, so you can't be too picky. I'd likely choose this hotel again next time I visit.

Stayed here for an exhibition and it was incredibly convenient. The only downside is that the price was much higher than usual during the exhibition period. There's a direct train line to Shibuya and Shinjuku, which was great as I didn't have to transfer. The hotel's surroundings are quiet and close to a university, making for a comfortable stay. There's a supermarket about 800 meters away, perfect for grabbing food, and on the second floor of the supermarket, there's a drugstore that's quite affordable and never crowded, which I really liked. The hotel provides a very comprehensive set of amenities, including toiletries, facial masks, makeup remover, and skincare products, all of which were excellent.

Facilities: It's a chain hotel, so there aren't many facilities. Hygiene: Very clean, but you need to inform them in advance if you want your room cleaned. Environment: The room was small, but it was a connecting room, which was quite convenient. Service: You can pretty much self-checkout, so there's not much disturbance. Getting around is very convenient, as it's at a major subway interchange, and the Airport Express train goes straight there without transfers. Just ask at the airport subway station, and the staff will tell you the fastest train to take. Once you exit the subway, it's about a 10-minute walk with luggage to the hotel.

Not too far from the subway, with plenty of dining options, convenience stores, and pharmacies nearby. It's also a reasonable walk to Tokyo Station. I met a Chinese-speaking staff member who was very kind and helped me with check-in and luggage storage. The front desk area is compact. They provide complimentary toiletries and bagged coffee/tea. The room is small but has everything you need. It wasn't too noisy at night despite being street-facing. Plus, there's an extra electronic security door on the second floor, which makes it feel very safe.

This is a self-check-in place, which was very convenient. In the lobby, they had skincare products like lotion and emulsion from Kose, and even bath salts – perfect for a relaxing soak after a tiring day. The surrounding area is great too, with a bookstore founded by Mr. Lu Xun and a century-old tempura restaurant. Meiji University is also not far away.

Always a good idea to stay in Kayabacho. This hotel is on exit 7 of Kayabacho station (2 mins walk) Transport: You will have access to the Tozei and Hibiya line (Metro) Tokyo station is walkable as well. Nearby: Yoshinoya, Sukiya and Saizeriya. Lots of other restaurants but these are our go to. Check in is at 3pm. They do keep your bag if you come earlier and store it up to 10pm on day of check out. Breakfast is with the Pronto cafe linked to the hotel, not big breakfast but can get 2 cups of coffee.

Facilities: Relatively new, but the room is quite small. You can fit two suitcases, though. Hygiene: Clean. Service: The self-service machine is simple and convenient to use. Environment: Very quiet 🤫 in a residential area. It's about a 6-minute walk from the subway station to the hotel. On the way: Suitcase maneuverability (4/5)

The transportation here is incredibly convenient! You've got everything you need right outside the door – food, drinks, entertainment, you name it! Seriously, if you can think of it, you'll find it here. The convenience store downstairs is a bit small, but it still meets most guests' needs. And the ice cream? Absolutely worth getting one every single day!

The hotel is conveniently located directly opposite a Chiyoda Line subway station, with several convenience stores, restaurants, and a gym nearby. The TBS television building, which is quite beautiful, is also close by, making the area both convenient and quiet. The hotel staff were very helpful, assisting me with restaurant reservations. While the facilities aren't the newest, they are very clean.
