I booked a twin room and had a great night's sleep. My smaller suitcase fit perfectly on the sofa, and there was plenty of space for larger luggage on the floor or even on the bed. The breakfast was delicious, with a Western-style spread. What truly stood out was the professionalism, attentiveness, and excellent service from every single staff member. The hotel's location is also very convenient for getting around and finding places to eat.

It was pretty good; if I were to visit again, I'd stay here. It's affordable, clean, convenient for getting around, and easy to get supplies. The room is quite small, perfectly fine for one person, but it would definitely be a squeeze for two. The bathroom step is quite high, which might be inconvenient for elderly people with mobility issues. There are many great eateries nearby, including a fantastic and cheap BBQ place that I went to two days in a row.

Great stay at Sotetsu Fresa Inn! The location is super strategic — the metro station is only about 3 minutes away, which makes getting around Tokyo very convenient 🚇✨ The room is clean, comfortable, and perfect for a good rest after a long day exploring. Location is 5* as it's 1-2 mins away from Kayabacho station and 10 mins away from Nihombashi (for those who are going to Narita or Haneda airport) However, we had discovered quite a lot of bugs in our first room. We had 1-2 bugs upon check-in but we thought it's a small problem. However, when we got back to the hotel after a day trip, we found that there were more... We went down to the counter at 5am for the room change in the end as it was becoming unbearable with the live bugs situation... We told the male receptionist that we could only do room change at 12pm because we won't get enough sleep but the female receptionist ended up knocking our door early in the morning... Overall service is below average (we've stayed in other Sotetsu Inn before but the service was okay). Quite disappointed at this hotel because the station was really close by.

The room is a bit small, but it's fine for two adults to sleep in. Opening a suitcase is a bit tight, but the location is excellent! It's convenient to go anywhere!!!
