Excellent hotel everything is in the room

There is a lot of noise from cars at night near the road, and the soundproofing in the room is average.

There was no problem with the room, but the Ctrip platform was terrible. I booked the wrong date and refused to change it. I put the responsibility on the hotel and then on the agent. I asked Ctrip for the agent’s contact information and said I didn’t know who it was... and then in the early stage They also said that they were communicating with the agent, but the result was that after a day's delay, I'm sorry... I'm sorry, we can't handle it... Please don't step into this rubbish Ctrip platform that never solves the problem.

It was clean, the front desk staff were friendly and I had a pleasant stay. It was very cost-effective.
