This was an amazing stay in Taiyuan! Checking in as a foreigner was a breeze. The front desk was super accommodating and were happy to help in English. The bathroom was super clean, and the shower was outstanding. The bed was super nice and I slept like a baby. Will happily stay here again!

It was a great experience to spend a day at Courtyard by Marriott when traveling. The waiter Xiaocheng was great.

The hotel service is very good, the hygiene and environment are all good. The bed is very comfortable to sleep in. The only problem is that the air conditioner is noisy even at the minimum air volume. The hotel parking lot is not built like a five-star hotel. I thought I was in the wrong place. I hope there will be improvements and more signboards.

A few hours before check-in, the hotel called to inquire about check-in requirements. The lady was very smart to hear that I was traveling with the elderly and needed a quiet location, so she specially noted that we had a high-rise room. When we arrived at the lobby, there was a waiting employee to greet us. After check-in, the young man took the initiative to help us carry our luggage to the room. During the period, he saw that I was traveling with the elderly and specially took care of our executive lounge treatment. My elderly family was very happy! This fairy employee is BIN WANG/Brother Wang Bin! Thank you! The boss of Courtyard, please give him a chicken leg hahahahaha At the beginning of this trip, I hesitated about the newly opened JW Marriott. Thinking that it had only been open for a month, I was afraid that there would be a decoration smell that the elderly could not adapt to, so I chose Courtyard. Now I am very glad about this decision hahahaha. Although it was only a short two-night stay, I will choose Courtyard in Taiyuan in the future (especially when I stayed at Datong Yungang Hotel later. Compared with Courtyard, Brother Wang Bin’s service awareness is amazing!

It's OK. I didn't expect that for a few hundred yuan of consumption, there would be a welcome gift of fruit and a spa voucher. My husband went to the spa and found that the northern brothers were very open and walked around without a bath towel. He was a little shy and went back to the room. The shower and bathtub in the room were also quite spacious. Later, I took a bath in the room and relaxed. The hotel room was very quiet and had a good rest. There was a Harley motorcycle at the door, which was quite memorable.

The hotel has complete facilities, good sanitary conditions, convenient shopping nearby, and very good front desk service. It is definitely the best among Marriott hotels and I will stay there again.

I chose Courtyard by Marriott because it is not far from Taiyuan Station, Taiyuan South Station and Taiyuan Airport, which is convenient. The overall design of the hotel is good, and the New Year decoration affects the beauty of the original design. The front desk and room center services are very good. The Chinese restaurant is also good. You can eat local knife-cut noodles and head for breakfast, especially the one in the breakfast restaurant named Han Wanqin, who is very beautiful, has temperament, and the service is also very good!

The room is clean and spacious. It belongs to Marriott. The breakfast is great. There are various fruits, Chinese and Western, as well as mutton soup, welcome fruits and souvenirs. The parking lot is also large and parking is very convenient. Very good experience, the overall feeling is warm and comfortable, the lobby is also very good, worth recommending

The robot does not deliver food, only express delivery! ! ! When I went downstairs to pick up food, I met a robot in the elevator. Was it delivering express? ? ? I would like to know how many hotel guests would buy express delivery? ? This is also the first time I have encountered this. To order all takeaways and drinks, customers need to go downstairs to the door to get them themselves in the freezing cold! ! During my stay, I went downstairs several times to get meals and caught a cold. The room fee was more than 700 yuan a day, and I was even made sick! This is really very inhumane!

The room is clean and tidy. The service attitude of the housekeeper is also very good. The high-speed rail was delayed, and Thirty helped me to delay the check-out. Thank you very much 🙏. I will come again!
