Cleanliness was excellent..Location was great and accessible to shopping malls.The foods in their buffet breakfast were fantastic and the staffs were very accomodating and always ready to assist and even very willing to get the coffee and other drinks for you.Rooms were very spacious and very comfortable to rest. I can rate this hotel 10/10. I would like to spend another night or two if given the chance.

The soundproofing is absolutely terrible; you can hear everything from all directions. Other than that, there aren't many major flaws. The room size and facilities are decent, and there's a large bay window big enough for an adult to lie down on. The cleanliness is also excellent, and amenities are replenished when the room is serviced. Beyond that, there's not much in terms of service. The hotel breakfast is pretty good, with plenty of laksa, egg dishes, and fruit, but it can get repetitive after a couple of days. The location is very convenient for both the subway and buses, with Coconut and a food court right outside, which is a big plus.

My first New Year's Eve in Singapore, and I chose the Grand Hyatt – absolutely thrilled with my choice! The hotel is right next to Orchard Shopping Centre and Tang Plaza, making shopping incredibly convenient. Inside, the hotel boasts a rainforest-like garden, a swimming pool, and a poolside restaurant, making it the perfect hotel for a shopping and leisure trip to Singapore. The breakfast spread was incredibly extensive, and the staff were all very friendly. It was a truly delightful stay.

The hotel's location is excellent; it's just a few minutes' walk to ION Orchard, and the subway station is right next door. The supermarket nearby is also very convenient for groceries. The room even has a bay window that's big enough for a small child to sleep on. The housekeeping service is great, and they provide plenty of drinking water. I ate at the Stay Club supper spot to the left for three nights in a row – their skewers were delicious!

The hotel is located in Orchard Road, which is very convenient for getting around. This was my first stay since the renovation a few years ago. The room size is quite generous, and the bathroom design is very practical. There's a small balcony-like area with a tatami mat, which my child absolutely loved sleeping on. The front desk service was adequate – they were responsive to requests but not particularly warm, so the overall experience was just average.
