5/5PerfectNot first time stay here. Very efficient service. Check in and out took less than 5 mins. Staff understand hence Didnt have to pay refundable deposit. Very understanding. Will definitely come back here again.

4/5Very GoodFantastic location and spacious room. Decor feels a bit old but still good. Complimentary snacks and drinks offered per stay. Swimming pool and spa under renovation, or else stay will be more enjoyable.

4.5/5ExcellentThe check in staff is very helpful. I told her that its my wife and I anniversary and she provided us with discounted upgrade. Although many of the facilities is on renovation during my stay in Grand Hyatt, i dont really use them so i am not affected. The amenities in the rooms was somehow lacking. We could not find the in room slippers so we requested for 1.
