lyf Farrer Park Singapore (SG Clean)

Lyf Farrer Park is a modern concept hotel located conveniently 2mins walk from Farrer Park MRT station (Exit G). City Square Mall is located just opposite the hotel and it is 10-15mins away from city centre. This hotel is pretty new as it just opened in Feb 2022. The facilities are all new and everything is clean. It is most suited for those who are staying for a long time as it does not have daily housekeeping (cleaning every 3-5 days) and you are able to wash and dry your clothes at the washing and drying machine located at level 1 ($4 each). The only facilities that are in this hotel are washing, drying machine and iron, a gym located at level 1 and exercise facilities at level 4 and a communal kitchen at level 4. Tbh, the communal kitchen is quite cluttered and the induction cookers are oily. Hotel could consider getting an external vendor to manage the place while at the same time, teach guests on how to cook. As for the hotel room, I booked a one of a kind (studio) and the room does not have a tv. The shower facility and the toilet bowl is separated and the sink is right next to the main door. I think this separation is good for those who have family members that hog the toilet for a long time. I stayed in the hotel for more than a week and the only reason why I am making a review is because there is not much reviews about this hotel when I was deciding on which hotel to book. Hopefully, my review will be useful for those who are thinking of booking this hotel. The hotel staffs are all very friendly and approachable especially Edward who is always smiling. I will recommend ppl to book this hotel because this hotel is still relatively new. Ps, I saw someone who made a review about the noise from the temple next to the hotel. To be honest, I believe all the rooms are not facing the temple and I could only hear the ringing of bells sound when I stop doing what I am doing and listen intently on it.

Room was spacious and cozy for two, really clean. Toiletries all provided, just that for refill, you have to go to the reception to get it yourself. No tv in the room (but we brought our computer to watch shows). Shared kitchen is available at level 4, to cook/make hot your food. Overall good stay. However as they still in the midst of doing some minor renovations works, expect to have loud noise from morning - afternoon. Other then that, 5 stars!!! 😊 will definitely be back again!

hotel was quite new as was launched in feb 2021. Staffs at reception were exceptionally nice and welcoming as well. All two of a kind had televisions, one of a kind no tv. Also have a bbq grill at lv 4 garden but still not operating yet cause not ready. Room was bigger than i thought, kitchen is quite equipped fully, with pots pans, all utencils, cutting knives and even have washing liquid. Only thing lacking was door stoppers for the heavy doors, and a chopping board lol. and bed is big enough to fit 3 adult male too. Tv is castable, samsung just use smart switch dont even have to use google cast. iphone abit trickier but can just cast with qr code given on screen too. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, preferred here over lyf funan. lyf funan quite small.

Lyf Farrer Park just open it doors for us to enjoy and admire. Room are new, neat and clean. A place for "Just to be myself for few days" with no disturbance and easy to wander around the nearby areas with "zero fuss". MRT station and shopping mall just a stone away. :)
