Sokha Angkor Resort Reviews

The hotel has beautiful premises inside and outside. It's very clean, and the staff is exceptional. We enjoyed the breakfast very much and especially the noodle soup station where they make everything to your liking; also a variety of delicious bread. It's a good location, about 16 -18 minutes walk to the Pub street or you can take a tuk tuk as there are plenty of them. We preferred walking. We had dinner one night and lunch in the hotel's restaurant and the food was tasty. On arrival we asked to change our room to the one overlooking the garden and pool as the view in the front of the building overlooking the road wasn't that great. We had of course to pay the difference but it was much nicer. It's a shame that the hotel wasn't very full during our stay. We enjoyed staying 4 nights there and definitely would recommend this hotel.

Our room was large and luxurious with a nice balcony overlooking the beautiful large pool with Angkor Watt design. The breakfast which came with our room was a first class 5 star buffet breakfast. The staff was great and very attentive to our needs. Especially Mr Borey who gave us great advice on the tours and restaurants in town. Hotel was very conveniently located on the middle of town. Aldo, mgr Mr Loung gave us a late 2 pm checkout as we had to leave for our 4:30 flight at about the time. A great stay and we highly recommend this classic hotel ! Mark & Ann

It's an old five-star hotel, but the room is comfortable, the air conditioning is very good, there is no sound at all, the swimming pool is huge and fun, and the hotel is located in the city center. It's only a 1-minute walk to the shopping mall (direction to the Emperor's Palace). All in all, it was a good stay experience.

I only ate at the hotel once. I was alone, but the cleanliness and service were good enough that I didn't feel uneasy (I think they come to MedMake early).

A well-known local hotel with a Southeast Asian style, good facilities and equipment, and decent service, mainly for safety. The swimming pool is also very close to Angkor Bar Street. You can get there by tuk-tuk for 3 US dollars.

Many hotels were fully booked on New Year's Day and there were many Soka rooms, so we had three connecting rooms to save the day. The service environment is very good!

It is a tourist city with a good location. It is a 10-minute drive from Angkor Scenic Area and a 15-minute walk from the night market, which is convenient. The facilities are a bit old, the rooms are not big, and the restaurant is slow to serve food at midnight. There is also OnePlus SOHKA Hotel in Angkor for reference.
