DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Chongqing - Nan'an

The service was attentive and meticulous. During my stay, I received a warm welcome from the duty manager, Lewis. After checking out, I realized I left something in the room, and they thoughtfully arranged for SF Express to mail it back to me.

I booked this for a friend, and they were really pleased! They specifically asked me to leave a good review for the hotel, and especially wanted to thank a duty manager, Manager Song, for helping them out with a small issue. The hotel lobby is grand and bright, and the location is excellent and easy to find, right in Shanghai City. It's super convenient for dining and entertainment nearby, making it perfect for visitors from out of town!

Although I encountered several minor issues during this stay, such as waiting almost 20 minutes to check in, discovering a leak in the room after entering, and having trouble with the room card not working for the elevator, I was initially a bit disappointed. However, the duty manager's handling of the situation was exceptionally impressive. Their attitude was sincere and patient, they responded quickly, actively coordinated a room change, communicated appropriately throughout, and made every effort to compensate for the rocky start. The new room was clean and comfortable, with good bedding and bathroom facilities. The location was convenient for getting around, and the in-room supplies were well-stocked. While there are definitely areas for improvement regarding the hardware, the excellent service attitude largely offset the initial negative experiences. They didn't pass the buck when issues arose but genuinely addressed the guest's needs, turning the entire stay into a very pleasant one. I highly commend the hotel's service and will choose to stay here again for future trips. A big thumbs up to Risa for her continuous care! 👍

The room was great, and the front desk staff were highly professional and provided excellent service. The mall downstairs is under renovation, with many areas cordoned off, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, it was still a good experience.

The hotel's location is convenient, the environment is quiet and refined, and security is excellent, creating an overall fantastic ambiance. It's suitable for both business trips and vacations, with every detail reflecting a high-end quality. The value for money is exceptional. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit. They promised complimentary cookies, but we never received them. Plus, there were plum pits on the floor when we checked in.

The hotel's location is excellent, close to the subway, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions. The warm cookie upon check-in was a lovely touch, both heartwarming and a pleasant surprise. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, with soft bedding and good soundproofing, so I slept very soundly. The staff were friendly and attentive; Kio from concierge and the front desk staff were all very responsive and provided detailed service. The breakfast selection was rich, and the authentic Chongqing noodles were outstanding. It’s also very convenient for dining and shopping with commercial areas nearby, and the facilities are well-maintained. It's suitable whether you're visiting Chongqing for tourism or just a short stay, offering great value for money overall. I'll definitely prioritize this hotel again on my next visit to Chongqing.

This hotel I booked for my business trip was a real gem! ✨ It's right next to the business district, and the subway station is just a ten-minute walk away, making it super convenient for getting to attractions or catching high-speed trains – no detours or hassle at all. I was pleasantly surprised as soon as I opened the door; the room was much more spacious than I expected, with a well-organized wardrobe and a small desk. The bed had the perfect firmness, and after two nights, all my backaches and pains were relieved. The cleanliness was exceptional; I couldn't even spot a water stain on the bathroom counter, and the bedding felt clean and smelled like sunshine. The front desk service was attentive, and check-out took only a minute. Kevin from the concierge team provided excellent service, and luggage storage was very efficient. For business trips, this high-value hotel is just perfect. I've already saved it and will definitely be back!
