The hotel's overall service and ambiance are excellent. The breakfast has a strong Southeast Asian/Middle Eastern flavor, and all the fruits are delicious. There was no bottled mineral water; drinking water was served directly from a tap in a glass. Also, even though I had fully paid on Trip.com, the front desk asked for my credit card to swipe at check-in. I was in a hurry at the time and didn't check properly. After returning home, I found out they had charged me 1,000 Thai Baht, and I have no idea what the charge was for. 😂

The hotel's location is fantastic! There's a 7-Eleven right downstairs and it's practically next door to MBK Center. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. This was my first trip abroad, and I'm so grateful for the perfect experience I had here – it definitely makes me want to visit Thailand a second time! You can also easily walk to Chulalongkorn University and the night market. A truly perfect hotel.

Lovely room and service. Location is very convenient as it is connected to MBK center and walkable to National Stadium BTS station. I highly recommend this hotel for those who plan to watch concert or sports events at National Stadium.

Request for high floor and they gave us level 26. First time staying so high in a hotel room. They also prepared the anniversary decoration for us. Best thing is they checked us in when I reached around 2pm. Breakfast was delicious. Thank you very much for the services relented.

Everything about the hotel was fantastic, from the service to the overall experience. The only slight downside for me was the body wash provided, as it felt a little too watery and I had to use quite a large amount each time during showers. Other than that, it was a really enjoyable stay.

The service and hygiene were excellent, and the location was super close to Siam Center. There's a 7-Eleven right next to the lobby, which was really convenient. The breakfast was decent, pretty standard, but it would be even better if there was a wider variety of options. My only minor complaint is that the hotel doesn't provide bottled water, only a water dispenser. I hope they can improve that.
