The afternoon tea offered by the hotel had a rich variety of options, which was a great experience. The front desk staff provided meticulous and thoughtful service; they even proactively helped securely store a forgotten item, handling the situation with great care. Overall, the stay was pleasant and comfortable, offering good value for money. I highly recommend it.

I focused on taking pictures of the food. The breakfast was quite rich, and they also offered complimentary afternoon tea and a late-night snack when we checked in. We weren't expecting much from the hotel, so this level of service made us very satisfied. The toiletries were great: a Dyson hairdryer and Natura Bissé products. All very pleasing, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom was well done. However, my room's bathroom didn't have a sliding door, so it felt a bit cold when I stepped out of the shower cubicle. At first glance, the overall cleanliness of the room was satisfactory, but a closer look revealed areas that could be improved. The staff were always friendly and greeted us with a smile whenever we passed them in the hallway. Overall, I was very satisfied and would consider staying here again on my next visit.

I stayed for two nights at the Fairfield by Marriott Shanghai Xujiahui (No. 831 Zhaojiabang Road). I checked in on the 15th (arriving at the hotel from Pudong International Airport at 5:30 AM, my pre-booked room wasn't ready yet, so I rested and freshened up in the lobby). The young staff member was very warm and attentive, offering me slippers and a cup of coffee. I had a three-day, two-night reservation and checked out on the afternoon of the 17th. On my first day, I encountered a minor issue that initially worried me. However, after I reported it to the hotel, the staff handled it promptly and sincerely, resolving the problem right away. After that experience, I felt completely at ease for the rest of my stay. The service was thoughtful, the room was clean, and the comfort level was very high. The Xujiahui location is incredibly convenient for getting around (there are several good restaurants about 50 meters away). It's suitable for both leisure and business trips. A hotel isn't just about good facilities; the way they handle issues through timely communication truly reflects the quality of their service. Overall, I was very satisfied with this stay. The next time I'm in Shanghai for business, I will definitely choose this Fairfield again, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

The hotel's location is excellent, just 3 subway stops from Shanghai South Railway Station. It's only a few minutes' walk from Exit 10 of Xujiahui Station on Metro Line 1, making transportation very convenient. Across the street is Xujiahui Park, which is full of lush trees. There are also many large shopping malls nearby. Hotel breakfast is served until 12 PM.

Booked a bit late, so my original room wasn't available, but the hotel kindly upgraded me to a suite for free. Everything was clean and in good order. They also offer free parking with staff guidance. Overall, a great stay with a very convenient location. The room was spotlessly clean, and the facilities were new. The hotel staff were also very friendly – highly recommend!

This is our second time staying at the Courtyard by Marriott Tibet Hotel for my child's college entrance exam. It's perfectly located right next to Xuhui Middle School, the examination site, and we also stayed here for the spring exam earlier this year. The hotel is incredibly thoughtful: they had 'Zhuangyuan' (top scholar) door couplets, 'dingsheng gao' (a traditional pastry symbolizing success), and oranges... so much attention to detail and a real sense of occasion. My child got into an early admission program for college, so the Courtyard by Marriott Tibet Hotel truly is a lucky place! 👍👍

Beyond standard service, she added many heartwarming touches, treating guests sincerely and patiently, perfectly showcasing the hotel's high-quality service. The hotel's location is superior, and the environment is elegant. Coupled with such excellent front desk service, it's definitely worth returning!

The 24-hour service was attentive; even arriving late at night after exploring, check-in was quick. The location is super convenient, right by the subway exit, and close to all the attractions in the Wutong District. It's small but has everything you need. While the lobby and corridors felt a bit dated, the room itself was very clean and even had voice-controlled lighting, which was handy if you got up at night. The only minor drawback was that the AC would blow directly on my head while sleeping, which was a bit uncomfortable, but lowering the fan speed helped, so it wasn't a big issue. I'd recommend it for a trip to Shanghai.

I spent five days in Shanghai after the May Day holiday, and I'm so happy I went during the off-season – I got to do everything I wanted! The hotel's location is excellent, the price was moderate, and the service was good. Having a laundry room was super convenient, and the hygiene was also well-maintained. Plus, I even got a 200 RMB discount thanks to a Xuhui District consumer voucher. All in all, it was a very satisfying trip!
