This is our second time staying at the Courtyard by Marriott Tibet Hotel for my child's college entrance exam. It's perfectly located right next to Xuhui Middle School, the examination site, and we also stayed here for the spring exam earlier this year. The hotel is incredibly thoughtful: they had 'Zhuangyuan' (top scholar) door couplets, 'dingsheng gao' (a traditional pastry symbolizing success), and oranges... so much attention to detail and a real sense of occasion. My child got into an early admission program for college, so the Courtyard by Marriott Tibet Hotel truly is a lucky place! 👍👍

The name Guisu Homestay truly lives up to its reputation! Nestled in the Wutong tree-lined streets of Yueyang Road, the location is superb, offering a fantastic atmosphere for leisurely strolls. The interior is clean and refreshing, and the environment is quiet and elegant. The butler service is attentive, with smooth communication throughout our stay. It's a tranquil oasis amidst the bustling city, allowing us to fully experience the charm of old Shanghai. Our stay was absolutely perfect, highly recommended!

This stay at Fairfield by Marriott Shanghai Xujiahui was fantastic, the room facilities were great and I was very satisfied overall. The room amenities were practical, with plenty of charging ports by the bed, and the electric curtains were a breeze to use. The TV supported screen mirroring, which was perfect for relaxing and binging shows. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and all the toiletries were well-stocked. The mini-bar offered free drinks, which was a nice way to de-stress after work. The desk and chair were comfortable and made working easy. The cleanliness was top-notch, and all the equipment worked perfectly. The hotel also has a self-service laundry room and a 24-hour gym, making it super convenient for travelers. The overall experience was excellent, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xujiahui.

Manager Service: This definitely deserves a good review. The owner's service was super good. The guesthouse doesn't provide bottled water, but the owner ordered some for us. All other issues were also resolved one by one. Facilities: Since it's in the old town, the facilities are a bit old. The shower has a filter, but the water pressure is very low. The washing machine works. The top bed is very soft, and the bottom bed is hard and old (the owner might want to consider replacing it 😂). If you check in before 10 PM, you can't avoid the noise of residents upstairs going up and down; the sound insulation is really unbearable. The owner was very kind and offered to switch our room, which we appreciated. We also understand that for this price in the old town, it's quite good. So, if you're sensitive to noise, you might want to avoid it (I'm a light sleeper, and the upstairs residents started moving around at 4:12 AM, but it was only for a short while 😂). Hygiene: The owner really needs to talk to the cleaning staff; there are quite a few dusty corners. Location: The location is quite good, right in the city center, and it's very convenient for finding food.

Location: Very close to the West Bund Grand Theatre. I stayed here to watch the play 'Prima Facie', and there was even a tie-in event where I could check in and get a complimentary themed coffee. It was a lovely experience! Service: The service was excellent, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. They provided all the services I requested, and even lent me two umbrellas after I had already checked out the next day. Facilities: It seems to be a relatively new hotel, as the facilities are very modern. I had a pleasant stay.

《A Leisurely Day at Donghu: Relax, Swim, and Savor》 Donghu Hotel offers elegant twin rooms that are warm and tranquil. The wooden floors, bathed in soft light, complement the clean and refined bathroom. A day spent here feels utterly relaxed and unhurried. Breakfast is simple yet nourishing. Warm soy milk soothes the stomach, while corn, sweet potatoes, and steamed buns provide ample carbs. Stir-fried seasonal vegetables, alongside braised meats and nuts, offer a balanced and wholesome meal, preparing you for the day ahead. In the afternoon, I headed to the hotel's pool for a refreshing swim. The crystal-clear water shimmered with ripples. Underwater, the water enveloped my body, stretching my shoulders and back, relieving the fatigue from prolonged sitting. Switching to breaststroke, the kicking and pulling stretched my core and limbs, my heart and lungs rising and falling rhythmically. Sweat dissipated with the water, washing away all my accumulated weariness. After my swim, I moved to ”Xiji Gangjiu” to try some Cantonese dim sum. Each dish was a delight. Garlic oysters are nourishing and rich in protein, while spring onion chicken replenishes vital energy. Fresh shrimp and coriander dumplings are light and appetizing. Beef balls with choi sum provide excellent protein and dietary fiber, and the two-tone water chestnut cake is delightfully sweet and refreshing. The combination of seafood, poultry, vegetables, and grains was well-balanced—fresh, not greasy, and wonderfully wholesome. A dip in the 'azure waters' stretched my muscles and bones, a 'Cantonese feast' nourished my body, and the elegant room provided a sanctuary for my mind. With a perfect blend of activity and rest, and nourishing food, a day of leisure at Donghu Hotel brought a deep sense of peace, relaxation, and freedom.

Facilities: The facilities are complete. The hairdryer is a Laifen, which is very comfortable to use, and there's plenty of hot water. Cleanliness: Very good, the room was spotless. Environment: The environment is quite nice. This king room has a garden view outside the window. The hotel's location is very close to my company, making it convenient for coming and going. Service: The service was excellent. Due to time constraints, I requested a late check-out, and the staff member processed it directly. I received a welcome fruit platter, and the room was elegantly decorated with incense and flower arrangements.

I've stayed here several times, and overall it's pretty good. This time, I want to talk about some specific details: 1. **Smart Home System**: While the overall control is good, some details are a bit 'awkward.' For example, the lighting only has mode control; you can't control individual lights, which can be inconvenient sometimes. 2. **Natural Lighting**: Due to the floor level, the room's natural light is a bit insufficient. Combined with the dark interior decor, the room feels a bit dim and gloomy. 3. **Central Air Conditioning**: The central AC only has single-mode heating or cooling. On days with fluctuating temperatures like recently, the room can feel quite cold, requiring two duvets. 4. **Apartment Style Service**: Although the front desk responds quickly, the floor service staff are understaffed, including the robots, leading to them being overwhelmed at times.

This hotel has a unique charm, featuring a distinctive European old mansion style. It's truly one-of-a-kind, and its location is superb, with the entire street lined with charming cafes and restaurants. The hotel itself offers a lovely afternoon tea that's quite delicious.
