This stay exceeded my expectations! The room was meticulously clean, the Serta mattress was wonderfully soft, and the smart fresh air system significantly enhanced comfort. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the location offers convenient transportation. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and highly recommend it.

Facilities: The facilities are very clean, and the color scheme and textures are excellent. If any hotel decor makes me feel at home, this one definitely does it best. Cleanliness: The hygiene here is impeccable. Any requests can be made to the front desk, and they will be delivered right to your room door, which is very thoughtful. Service: The service is warm and attentive, making for a great experience. My favorite part was actually the breakfast, hahaha! This tomato and scrambled egg noodles dish was incredibly delicious, my Chinese palate was extremely satisfied, my friends. Also, the hand soap smells really good, I love it!!

The hotel has a great atmosphere and is conveniently located close to the subway station. It was a very comfortable stay with excellent facilities. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, and I felt very safe. Highly recommend, I'll definitely be back!

It was windy and rainy during the typhoon, but the room was surprisingly quiet. The soundproofing was better than expected. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is convenient, and there's a Lawson convenience store downstairs.

The hotel's location is ideal, making it very convenient to get to Wukang Road and Anfu Road. Dining and subway access nearby are also excellent. Plus, the laundry room has plenty of machines. The most pleasant surprise was the front desk proactively upgrading our room. The space was much larger than expected. The room was clean, and the bedding was fresh and comfortable, leading to a very sound night's sleep. While breakfast wasn't extensive, it had all the essentials, and refills were prompt. Overall, it exceeded our expectations, which is why we stayed another night after our Disney trip before heading home. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shanghai.

I had to extend my stay for an extra night because I couldn't finish everything the day before. There were no twin rooms available, so I booked a king-size, but the front desk staff was very kind and upgraded my room. The food deliveries by robot were super convenient, and they even gave me a small gift when I checked out. Highly recommend this place!

This was my first stay here, and the hotel has been newly renovated. The facilities are excellent, and both the environment and service are great. They even upgraded me to a suite and allowed a late check-out until 2 PM. Definitely a five-star review!
