説是智能酒店，房間裏連電話都沒有，枕頭都是黃的，枕套都是破的，想打電話給前台讓前台換一個，就是找不到電話，和房間裏的小度按照提示牌的口令説給前台打電話，小度説沒學會，衹能自己下樓去找前台，前台直接給了個枕套讓自己換

非常氣憤！我在這家店住了十幾次了，雖然沒有辦會員但也是老顧客了，我昨晚訂了房間想讓前台給升級一下，前台説你沒這個權益升級不了。我説我以前一直住你們家，前台説以前不都給你你升級過了。ok，住哪都是住，升不升級問題也不大，衹是作為老顧客回頭客來説很寒心！給我開的第一個房間8603，被子一掀開，床單上大大小小的破洞！被罩的一角還黃黃的有沒洗下去的東西！床單下面全是長頭髮和小卷毛，真是噁心死了！！！衞生太差勁！下去給前台説給我換到了8608，結果枕頭下又好幾根頭髮！！因為已經1點半多了，不想再折騰了，開了一天高速非常累。想着洗個澡，我老公去洗澡結果淋浴間下水道堵了！水不往下滲，也很噁心！我當天晚上就沒洗，今早上起來洗還是堵住的，淋浴間的水都溢到外面的馬桶那了，還是堵住下不去！我也是做酒店的，不會因為故意挑事而找事！但是作為顧客來講，一個酒店連最基本的床品衞生都無法達標！簡直是差到不能再差了！酒店本身住客就多，如果被感染上什麼皮膚病請問酒店負責嗎！房間的小冰箱裏什麼都沒有，還插着電源，聲音無比之大，比空調外機還大，吵的根本睡不着，半夜起來把電源給拔了才能睡着。就這衞生問題，再也不會住這個酒店了！當然了，你們也不缺我這一個客人！
