The hotel is a bit remote, the service during Ramadan was very poor, no active cleaning, the balcony was flooded when it rained, and the room card needed to be swiped at the front desk every day. The bathroom is in the corridor and has a strong odor.

Hotel is clean, with full service provided , rate is very affordable, room is spacious,service is very professional and staff helpful and attentive all of them ,front office, HK & F&B, Hadeel at reception especially welcoming and cheerful at service .

The general manager of the hotel along with his team Abdullah, Hussein and all the team were very welcoming and obliging during my 8 night stay at the hotel. Cleaning staff were excellent also. Would highly recommend the hotel. Travelled from Ireland to Saudi Arabia.
