Hotels near North Pattaya, Pattaya

I originally booked for 2 nights, the experience is very good, the children also like to live here, not far away is Pattaya Beach and Walking Street, and later decided to book here on the last day of this trip in Pattaya

We stayed here from the 31/12/19 to 3/1/20 and booked 2 rooms for family of 4 n booking was for private pool access. We found the rooms very clean, spacious with all toiletries. Then linens were fresh and clean. Minibar was free and was supposed to be stocked daily. However it was forgotten on our first day, but water was provided. My girls did not get any towels too on day 2 so housekeeping needs to be reminded, however they are very prompt with requests. We had breakfast deal and found the spread fabulous catering to many needs. The supervisor in the cafe was fantastic who kept the place spotless and managed the kitchen expertly and helped as necessary.Sunny side up eggs were made to requests which we all enjoyed. Facilities are fabulous and well maintained especially in morning. Pool was dirty in the afternoon with leaves and dust when we arrived . It was cleaned in the mornings only however it was just great to come back to relax in the pool after long day of sightseeing. It remains open till ten.Massage and spa is on site however we did not try it. This place is a bit removed from city life and the major hub but I liked it because it is provided more family friendly atmosphere with not much noise. Tesco ( food option) is near by (9 min) walk and so is the Terminal 21 (14min) walk. City life and walking street is close but due to very heavy traffic it may take 20 or more mins to get there by car. This resort provided safe family friendly atmosphere in Pattaya but allows adults to easily access n/clubs. Staff are very friendly and helpful and can organise taxi etc if needed. I would love to stay here if I came with my family.

Impressed from the time calling to inquire about the room on the night 31 Dec whether there are rooms or not, how many people, how much price, very detailed explanation and speak well until booking a room. Ask the number of people and the little children until the day of CI, the Front staff are very cute, speak well, work quickly, clean rooms, soft bed, clean, lean to the balcony. While going to Chen School, it is very dirty, asking for travel destinations, it is good to recommend. Can tell complete information, breakfast, aunt, housekeeper, very cute, talk, help pick up things because we are small, delicious food, medium taste, children can eat.

The image that comes in the app Does not match the cover that goes in the service In the app is building A, but when we go to stay in BC building, there are 3 buildings in total. As for where we stay, there is no swimming pool. We think that there is a lane to swim at all. Air conditioner is not cold Slept sweating all night..not impressed at all.

Decent hotel with decently sized rooms. Cleanliness is good, very comfortable bed, room is quiet - good quality sleep. Very good water pressure. Good WiFi. I dont' like the ''Dont' do ...!'' signs everywhere. Especially the one about toilet paper. Throwing used toilet paper into an open bin next to toilet is something SO disgusting! And you want to charge me 3000,- THB if I dont do it? Do your job and install proper pipes in your sewage system, like in any other civilized country. Breakfast is good, fresh coffee. Staff actually cleaning tables and being helpful.

Жили в этом отеле три месяца. Выбрали его для зимовки в Таиланде. Мы брали с собой собаку, поэтому возникали сложности с поиском жилья. Этот отель подошёл нам, но есть свои плюсы и свои минусы: Номер: небольшой, но здесь есть кухонный гарнитур с микроволновкой. Мы купили плитку для готовки и готовили сами. Кровать хорошая большая с приятным жестким матрасом шириной 190 см. Слышимость в отеле хорошая, поэтому если заезжали туристы с лающей собакой, их было слышно. Для тех, кто с питомцем, дают номер на первом этаже с выходом на собачью площадку. Наша собака была счастлива свободно выбегать и общаться с другими собаками туристов) Бассейн: есть небольшой бассейн, довольно красивый, окруженный деревьями. Бассейн постоянно чистят, купаться в нем приятно! Спортзал: здесь есть небольшой спортзал с тренажерами. Его наличие для нас было важным, мы периодически ходили тренироваться. Но кондиционера там нет. Это, в целом, не проблема, если тайский климат воспринимаете нормально. Обслуживание: хорошее. Каждый день, если устанавливаете табличку уборки, приходят милые уборщицы и быстро все убирают. Даже посуду моют. Бутылки стеклянные из под воды не нужно выкидывать, их меняют на свежие стеклянные бутылки с водой. Вода нормальная, можно пить. Пару раз в номере были поломки: один раз нагреватель сломался, другой раз вентилятор. Чинили все оперативно, на следующий или в тот же день. Когда сломался нагреватель, мне дали ключи от другого свободного номера, чтоб я спокойно помылась в теплой воде. Здесь следят за наличием Геля для душа, обновляют всякие принадлежности для душа периодически. Wi-Fi и интернет: здесь плохой интернет. При чем не только отельный интернет чем-то глушится, как будто, но и симочный. Не важно, Ais или True у вас, под вечер отель будто накрывают колпаком и пинг сильно вырастает. Это самый большой минус отеля, за это ставлю 4 звезды. Сауна: она есть в отеле, но не работает. Все три месяца она не работала и чинить ее вряд ли будут. Расположение: прекрасное. Рядом тренировочная площадка для гольфа, два тц (терминал 21 и централ Марина) в 15 минутах ходьбы до каждого из них. До пляжа Вангомат 10 минут на такси. В целом, хороший отель, если вы с собакой. Если без животных, то можно найти что-то поинтереснее.

Received a warm welcome on arrival, with efficient check in and friendly porter who was on hand to help with transport etc always cheery and helpful. Rooms were a good size and kept clean by the cleaning team as required. Found the bed comfortable the bathroom well equipped and well stocked with essentials. One note the shower is in a high sided bath so check first if you need easy access. Always hot water on hand. Location is a little away from the nightlife areas but you can be there in a few minutes by taxi or 10-15 on foot. Terminal 21; 10 minute walk away Lotus supermarket 5 mins and 7-11 store right outside. Beach 25 mins walk Well equipped gym and decent small pool on my block. I don't usually use hotel restaurants on my visits and so can't comment on the catering. Overall great value for money, nice staff, large clean comfy room and would happily stay again

The location is slightly further than the Pattaya city centre, but it’s in an acceptable distance. The hotel is very nice, good quality and worth the money. Inside the room is good, the bathroom it’s just a bit old. But overall I highly recommend this hotel.

They went in January 2018 (the tour included it in the vouchers). Plus. Very good option for such money. In the bungalow two rooms. It was a terrible for the room and breakfast, first start before check in were called for confirm. And seems like has no communicate each other about rooming price charge and hotel never let guest know about the type of bed as requested. the room booked it was not clean at all on the bed found small hair on it, told reservation to change, but still charging more just because all room had only twin bed so surprised. Everything in the room are so old facility can't use look quite dirty, air conditioning not work well. Look so ugly and had not any taste which is breakfast, bread, juice, egg, bacon not cook under control, bread so hard, juice like just water mixed with little syrup, fruit watermelon taste very poor too dry and harder, unbelievable this is was called the hotel. Not recommend to stay better choose hotel beside by street.
