The hotel environment was fantastic, the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was spacious and bright. The bathroom ventilation system automatically activated when the lights were turned on. In the evenings, sitting on the balcony with drinks and food, enjoying the hotel's night view was beautiful. The hotel pool was clean, and I loved the potted plants around it. The fish swam freely in the fishpond, which was very relaxing. The hotel was reasonably priced, and the stay was excellent. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family!

This hotel is practically connected to Terminal 21, the famous shopping mall in Pattaya. You can walk out of the hotel and be at the mall's Gate 1 in about 30 seconds, which is incredibly convenient. It's also very close to the popular Pattaya Sunset Rainbow Road, just a 5-minute walk away. That's also where you hit the Pattaya beach. The sand quality there isn't great, so if you're looking for good photos, it's better to take a boat to one of the nearby islands. All the hotel's recreational facilities are on the F floor, including a pool table, gym, and even a block room perfect for toddlers. Overall, it's great!

Hotel was surprisingly quiet for the high season, so I slept well. The wi-fi worked well but had to log in many times. The TV gets many movie channels. The water was strong and hot in the shower. On the bad side, the hotel could use some new bedding and towels. The sheets had multiple stains and looked very old and worn, the towels too. The bathtub had what looked like a rust stain. They don't have any hand towels. Overall, I think it's fine for the price, especially if you want to be near the bus station just don't expect anything too nice.

The hotel reception has staff who speak Chinese, and the environment is very good. Breakfast is just okay, but there's a fantastic boat noodle place near the hotel. I booked a city view room, and while the windows couldn't open, which made it a bit stuffy, it wasn't too bad. There's a 7-Eleven right outside, which is super convenient.

For its price, this hotel is an excellent choice. The bedding is changed daily and is very clean, and they offer both high and low pillows. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit. I stayed on the second floor; the third floor is on the same level as the pool. I'd recommend avoiding the ground floor, as I imagine it feels a bit like a basement, though I didn't stay there myself. The pool is on the third floor, and the open space below is the parking lot. It's very close to the North Pattaya bus station, about a 10-minute walk. Terminal 21 is a 20-25 minute walk, which I find acceptable if you don't mind walking. It's perfectly fine to walk to Terminal 21 at night, and the beach is about the same distance. The location is quite convenient. I highly recommend it and will stay here again. If you turn right out of the hotel and then left out of the alley, there's a self-service laundry shop nearby. It might not show up on maps; it's next to a restaurant with Chinese subtitles. Location was near to T21 but you need to know how to cut thru the bushes. No washing machine in the room and the nearest one will be about 15 min walk. Facilities are aged with aircon dripping but was rectify quite fast next day with the technician.

The bathroom doesn't have a separate shower and toilet area, but it's quite spacious. The hotel has an eco-friendly policy, offering disposable amenities for guests to pick up at the front desk. The Japanese and American breakfast options were extensive and delicious. It's not a long walk from the North Bus Terminal, but it's best to buy bus tickets a day in advance as same-day tickets can be hard to get. For cosmetics and toiletries, there are pharmacies nearby, some of which are cheaper than 7-Eleven or Lotus's (which is also within walking distance). There are many restaurants in the area, and the ones I tried were all clean, hygienic, and didn't disappoint.

Pretty good, excellent even! The only downside is that transportation nearby isn't very convenient, so you'll need to take a taxi everywhere. The environment is lovely, and breakfast was great too. I'll definitely stay here again next time.
