The mattress was low quality. You can feel the wires of the springs. We turned it over but the same. It really needs a good thick mattress topper. The air-conditioner was very noisy. There needs to be signs in the passage way that should instruct people to be quiet because people sleep here. Kids were noisy, slaming doors and talking loudly.

Excellent location in the heart of Cebu City at Fuente Osmena. Super convenient to go around, plenty of amenities and shops nearby. Room was well-furnished, with water dispenser outside. Highly recommend!

The location is excellent. Robinson malls, Shamrock, Osmena Circle, Cebu Capitol, and other businesses are stone throw away. The rooms are clean, beds and pillows are comfy. Staffs are very helpful and accommodating. Delicious free plated breakfast on the rooftop with city view. The only problem is the weak wifi connection in our rooms and poor cable connection.

Spent my required quarantine here for international arrivals. They are one of the approved quarantine hotels. And when I was searching for quarantine hotel before departure, they were the most responsive and flexible as travel covid protocols constantly changed; made my reservation via email. I opted for the package that included meals and airport transportation. Everything worked seamlessly -- from airport pickup to checkout. Hotel personnel were helpful and accommodating with our special requests, room was basic but clean and everything were in working order, beds were comfortable, AC noise acceptable, clean bathroom with good water pressure and hot water, and really great wifi which was a life saver while on quarantine.

Good location with wide range of amenities. Hotel and room itself are clean, well-maintained with good internet connection. I came with my spouse and small kids, employees (like Riza and Girlie) were helpful and attentive to our needs. My family felt at home during our stay. Everything was very convenient. Good value for money.
