Very good location, where you can walk to Mongkok area for some shopping. Hotel staffs are very friendly and nice. The room is big and cleaning was done everyday. Will definitely stay in this hotel again when we visit Hong Kong again.

Metropark Hotel Mongkok is conveniently located just a 2–3 minute walk from Prince Edward MTR station, though be prepared to carry your luggage up a staircase. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Ricky at the front desk who gave a warm welcome. The room had a slight musty smell when the air conditioning was off, and the hotel placed multiple air purifiers along the corridor. It would be better if each room had its own. No complimentary drinking water is provided—bottled water costs HKD3 via vending machines, which is cheap for Hong Kong, but only local e-payments are accepted.

Excellent hotel for families, work or solo travellers! We stayed at Club room and all employees there were so welcoming and polite. During typhoon Ragasa they managed everything in such an orderly manner that, apart of noise from the wind, we didn’t feel any impact on the level of service at all.

The twin room we booked was reasonable cheap which come with daily cleaning n toiletries supplies. n nice renovations. . Best if all it come with phone chargers n tv. All restaurants n shopping centres are nearby. The cons is the main door should close silently as when someone go out or come in the door will slammed out loud. In the room the curb to the toilet is slightly higher as it might trip when going in to toilet.Overall this is nice n cheap hotel to stay as Mongkok is a vibrant area. Will stay again the next time when back in Hong Kong.

I love this One Dundas serviced apartment — this is actually my second time booking the same place! This time, I requested a bigger room, and it was even better than I expected. The moment I walked in, I didn’t even feel like going out shopping — the air conditioning was excellent, and the room had everything I needed.
There’s a nice kitchen with a stove, a large refrigerator, and an open bar where I could enjoy breakfast. The living room was cozy with a TV and beautiful city views. The bedroom was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and modern. The cleaner was so friendly — they refilled refreshing sparkling water every day and even took care of the trash regularly.
The location is super convenient — easy to get to anywhere!
Next time I go back to Hong Kong, I’ll definitely rebook this serviced apartment. Honestly, it feels even better than staying in a 5-star hotel. It’s warm, welcoming, and truly feels like home.

Small room, suitable for those who mainly want to travel, not a large accommodation. The room has a kettle, hair dryer, and a variety of plug-in toothbrushes. There are shampoo, shower gel, and towels. The bathroom is small but can take a shower just right.
Convenient transportation, can walk from Mongkok or Yau Ma Tei stations, easy to see the entrance to the building.
There is cheap drinking water for sale in the accommodation. You can call the accommodation from the phone in front of the room.
There was a problem with the hot water. At first, it was not warm, so I called the staff, who came to check it out quickly and helped solve the problem well. The staff recommended that I wait until there were fewer users for the water to warm up. Later, I waited until there were fewer users and was able to use the hot water as the staff recommended.
The staff came to collect the trash every day and cleaned the room.
The staff provided good service and were helpful.

Perfect room for solo travellers! Stayed here for 5 nights and the location was convenient and surrounded by a variety of eateries and transport options. Well equipped with amenities - air condition is strong and works great, functioning TV, hot/cold water is strong and bed is comfy. As a female solo traveller, I found it spacious and never felt stuffy or cramped.
Owner is very kind and helpful too!

I booked a single room, and the place had a really nice vibe. The location is incredibly convenient for tourists. It's right in the heart of Mong Kok, with plenty of souvenir shops just downstairs, and the MTR station is only a 100-meter walk away. The owner was also wonderful – very friendly and offered excellent service. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip. Considering the cleanliness and the nice environment, it offers fantastic value for the price. Highly recommended!

Very Small conjested room but we chose that so no complain. but the interior was not ambient, hall way was blocked with boxes and again language problem for communication.

Environment: Both the hotel and its surroundings were serene and tranquil. The view from the open window was beautiful.
Service: My interaction with the staff was limited, so I can't comment much on the service. My only minor quibble is the HK$12 price for a bottle of in-room water, which felt a bit steep. On the positive side, the 12:00 PM check-out time on the following day was very convenient.

GGuest UserThe hotel was spotlessly clean. There were three of us, and the staff even thoughtfully provided amenities for two extra people. The only downside is that its location is a bit far from the MTR station; after long days of extensive walking, an extra few hundred meters felt quite exhausting. The soundproofing was excellent, as we barely heard any outside noise. We were upgraded to a sea-view room, but it offered only a tiny sliver of the sea, and we were still quite a distance from the actual beachfront, so the view wasn't very expansive. Nevertheless, for a hotel of this quality and price in Hong Kong, it's truly a rare find.

GGuest UserI booked a double suite here a week ago. It was my first time in Hong Kong, and I assumed Mong Kok would be relatively unsafe. After reading numerous reviews of B&Bs, I felt even more apprehensive. So, I decided to stay for one night and then extend my stay if the environment was good. Arriving in Mong Kok, I was unfamiliar with the area, so I got lost for a while. Once I found my way, I discovered there were two entrances, one closed after 11 PM. There were also two elevators at each entrance, one for odd and one for even numbers. Upon check-in, the host was very welcoming. Perhaps because the double room was full or something else, they gave us a triple room with a window at no extra charge. The door had a combination lock, and the room was spotless, with spotless floors and immaculately white walls. There was no clutter on the bed, and the quilt was neatly folded. The bathroom was also spotless, with no odors or debris. It was a bit cramped, and the toilet had a long, lingering clatter after flushing, which I hope could be improved. There was also a small TV in the room, but the channel selection was a bit limited. The room also provided hangers, slippers, shampoo, and shower gel, but you had to bring your own toothpaste. Seeing this, I decided to renew my lease the next day. To my surprise, the double room seemed to be sold out. The landlord then asked me what I had paid for the room. Before I could find my bill, the landlord had already extended my stay for another night at 350 RMB, which was 2 RMB lower than the price on the platform! Overall, I personally felt the room was better than the promotional photos, exceeding my expectations. The landlord's service attitude also made me sincerely decide to write a positive review for her. 👍 I will definitely choose this B&B again next time.
