+ Functional and clean rooms near everything
+ Good value for around 40 Euro or 1500 baht per night at this excellent location
+ Very friendly and helpful staff
+ Unlimited eco-friendly water refills
+ Decently sized swimming pool
- However no shade or umbrellas at the pool
= Superior rooms a bit cramped, deluxe rooms much nicer
= mattress on the harder side
- Not for noise sensitive people, a room on the backside is preferable (they provide earplugs)
+ Returning guests can leave a bag at the reception free of charge
= You should not feel disturbed by the street *********** waiting for customers just outside at the nighttime

The hotel is a bit old but still nice and clean. The roof top is amazing. The hotel is too much guest friendly, working like a busy factory. Sleeping in the hotel could be problematic because of the noise outside but the hotel kindly provides earplugs. Otherwise, recommended.

The staffs are very nice, hotel is clean, room is large. Location near shopping mall and BTS. Very comfortable. But there is some noise from the road. It’s okay for us. Thank you for welcoming us, we will come back next time for longer stay.

This is a basic but well run hotel in a busy area. It's clean secure and everything works. It is not trying to be a luxury hotels but a good basic accommodation.

room was old and smoky, no window for one of the rooms we booked. able to smoke but no windows = no ventilations.
front desk was helpful but we needed to top up additional 200 bhat per night to "upgrade" to a window room.
not worth for the price of around $50sgd per night in bkk.
would not stay here again.

Nice pool, big room, hardwood floors, fairly centrally located. And the cable package played obscure b movies, which for this traveler, was a plus.
