Great ambience and beautiful view. So nature and clean environment. Worth to stay and nearby to attractions and beach clubs in Sentosa. Shuttle service also provided to go along the beaches ; Pahlawan beach, Tanjong Beach and Siloso Beach which is also convenient to take bus, train and taxi at nearby station. Easy access transportation in and out from Sentosa Island. Love the seaview and garden view from the rooftop and also just a walking distance to Beach Station in less than 10mins from the resort. This is my 2nd time staycation here and highly recommend for a short gateway and healing by nature in Sentosa Island.

Great stay at 5 stars Shangri-la Rasa, room and beds are clean. Twin rooms has bathtub + shower head above the bathtub which is a bit difficult for seniors. The walk to lobby for check in is upslope, alternatively can walk through the carpark and enter by the Sea Sports Centre gate, take lift to level 5. Part of Siloso beach is for hotel guest and has many cosy beach chairs. Spotted one adult peacock with two small peacocks in the evening hours. Breakfast spread is wide and good, can take away a cup of coffee or tea free. Many activities taking place on site too.

Had a very enjoyable stay at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was how cold and refreshing the air conditioning was, especially considering how hot the weather outside was. The location was also very convenient. The hotel provides a free shuttle service every 30 minutes to VivoCity, which made getting around very easy. There are also many restaurants within walking distance, along with supermarkets like Cold Storage and Little Farms nearby, so it was very convenient for food and daily necessities. Breakfast was enjoyable as well, with good variety and accommodating service. I especially appreciated being able to request a customized fried rice without soy sauce and gluten, which was a thoughtful touch for dietary preferences. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay with great convenience and excellent service. Would definitely consider staying here again.

I booked a deluxe room for two nights and requested a room with a good view. They arranged a room facing the Adventure Cove Waterpark. In the early morning, I could hear various crisp and pleasant bird calls and also saw a beautiful sunrise. For breakfast, I recommend eating at the Equarius Villas; the lush green environment there is lovely. The Ora Hotel offers a very ordinary buffet, and the breakfast restaurant's decor is more like a three-star hotel in China. The variety of dishes is slightly richer than at Equarius, but you need to take a shuttle bus back and forth, which wastes a bit of time. Overall, it was good. The room was spacious, and someone promptly refilled the mini-fridge water after it was consumed. The nearby waterpark is quite fun, with a wave pool and a unique coral reef pool where tropical fish swim around. It's worth visiting if you have kids aged 3 and above.

The hotel's location is excellent, close to restaurants and attractions. The rooms are also very refined and beautiful, and the hotel itself is lovely. The free first round of the mini-bar was a nice touch. While the facilities are great, the service falls short. To enter and exit Sentosa Island, you need a QR code, which they won't provide unless you specifically ask for it. On the first night, after dinner, I wanted to relax by the outdoor pool downstairs, but was immediately shooed away. They said the pool is open from 7 AM to 7 PM, and even just sitting there without swimming wasn't allowed. They immediately flipped over all the chair cushions. There's also no rooftop bar where you can relax (if there is one and I don't know about it, that's even more the hotel's fault). The second major issue was insects. The hotel had so many bugs, and I was covered in bites. The public restrooms were full of insects; I got at least four bites every time I used one... and there were bugs all around the pool too... it was so frustrating, and these were large, red, very itchy bites. Third, we were originally booked for a standard room but got upgraded to one overlooking the hotel garden. The room size and facilities were the same. However, every morning at 6:00 AM, there was construction noise. There's a banquet hall or similar room undergoing renovations downstairs, with drilling noises even at 10:00 PM. Then, at 7:00 AM, people start tending to the garden, with the sound of leaf blowers and cleaning. So, I keep wondering if it would have been better if we hadn't been upgraded? Wouldn't looking out at the cable car have been more beautiful? This is the only time I've ever been upgraded and wasn't happy about it. The soundproofing between the hotel rooms is quite good, though. On the last night, there were many people and children in the room next door, but I couldn't hear them once the door was closed. Also, the hotel refunded the deposit quite quickly. That's about it.

Booked this hotel last minute for a family trip with the little one to Sentosa, so my expectations were pretty low, but it turned out to be a decent experience. **Environment:** It's located on a small hill, surrounded by lush greenery, giving it a jungle-like feel. There are peacocks roaming around everywhere. **Food:** The breakfast was very rich and tasty. They had a good selection of hot dishes, including Western and Southeast Asian options, and the fruit was super fresh. They even had Yakult! This was the only hotel breakfast my child really enjoyed and ate well during our entire week in Singapore. **Service:** The front desk had Chinese-speaking staff, and the service from the front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff was quite good compared to other hotels we stayed at in Singapore earlier. The mini-bar snacks and drinks in the room were complimentary. **Facilities:** A bit dated. The soundproofing in the room was poor; hallway noises were very noticeable. **Cleanliness:** Pretty average. You could see water stains on the shower floor. If you're not too particular, it's acceptable.

This was my second time visiting Universal, and this hotel is the closest one to the park. The decor felt a bit outdated, and the lighting wasn't bright enough for my child to do homework, luckily I brought a small desk lamp. The bedding wasn't particularly comfortable, and the hotel service was just okay. Checking in took a while due to long queues, and there was a long wait to store luggage. The staff's service attitude was inconsistent – some were swamped while others just stood around. The rooms are small, and their breakfast policy is two adults, no children included, so you have to pay extra for kids. The main advantage is its proximity to Universal Studios.

The room was great, and from the bedroom window, it seemed we overlooked an aquarium exhibit. The butler service was excellent. On our first night, the butler was incredibly helpful, giving us a thorough introduction to the room and even preparing the sofa bed downstairs. They also made sure to replenish our drinking water by the bedside each evening. All in all, it was a really pleasant stay.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the beach, and the swimming pool on the 3rd floor offers great views. Plus, there's a shuttle service that goes directly to the MRT station and Vivo City, which is very handy. The front desk staff were very friendly. It's a great hotel to stay at when visiting Sentosa!

The location is excellent, just a short walk to Resorts World and about 10 minutes to Universal Studios Singapore. It's also conveniently close to the Imbiah and Resorts World MRT stations. The service was fantastic; we arrived very late, and the hotel kindly upgraded our room for free. It was very clean and quiet, and they provided complimentary drinks, coffee, and water.

GGuest UserThis was the best hotel experience. The service was excellent, very attentive and thoughtful. The welcome drink was delicious. I met Meixin during check-in, and she was very patient and proactive in helping me with an upgrade and then giving me a tour and explanation after I moved in. The room facilities were also comprehensive. The only minor drawback was the water; it took a long time to heat up, which was a bit inconvenient when showering. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to Universal Studios/Resorts World Sentosa, making travel quite convenient. There were plenty of dining options. The Italian restaurant for breakfast had seasonings that were generally too salty, and the tiramisu had a lot of water seeping from the bottom, which affected the taste, but the pizza was good. Cassia offered very authentic Cantonese flavors. The Pineapple Room above the lobby had great drinks, and the snacks were generously portioned. Meixin even gave me a peacock doll during check-out. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience. All the staff I encountered were warm and friendly, remembered guests' names, and actively offered assistance. Thumbs up!

IIsXinYunWhen deciding on Raffles in Singapore, I chose the Sentosa location over Orchard Road. This hotel is comprised entirely of villas, each featuring a private pool. The living room and bedroom are separate glass structures. The green patterned wallpaper throughout creates a very comfortable and immersive island vacation vibe. The staff uniforms are beautiful, and shortly after checking in, I even encountered a peacock 🦚. Night swimming after the lights came on was incredibly enjoyable. It wasn't hot or sunny at night, the water temperature was perfect (not cold), and there was no strong chlorine smell. I spent five blissful hours playing in the water – it was incredibly stress-relieving.

GGuest UserNice hotel, small but comfortable room. Quite quite self collection snack bar at check it. You can choose 5 items as per your preferences. There 2 big swimming pools next to each other. But that’s an issue because there is not enough sun-beds vs the rooms. People keep wondering around trying to find place to put their belongings and towels . Water in the swimming pool is not clean sadly. Breakfast is the saddest part of the whole experience . Very poor selection and not the best quality which was an unfortunate surprise. Overall we had a good time but there is room for improvement especially based on the 5* level the claim.

AAnonymous UserFacilities: There's a gym, but breakfast isn't buffet style. We had a really good brunch at a French restaurant near the hotel, and we got a discount for staying at the hotel. Cleanliness: It was alright, but some parts of the room were a bit old. Ambiance: It was okay. The lobby is quite small, and it's not a resort-style hotel. However, if you're visiting places like Universal Studios, it's pretty close to everything. Plus, it's very near the monorail, and there's a shuttle bus from the hotel to Vivocity, which is great. Service: The staff were very friendly. They even gave us a small gift for a special occasion, which was a thoughtful touch.

EElena HongOverall 4.1/5. We had a delightful experience at Sofitel, which presented both advantages and disadvantages. However, as a couple, we found our stay to be more enjoyable than some of the other feedback might suggest. The establishment features 2 restaurants, two of which offer Italian and Asian cuisine. Beyond these, there were no additional dining options. There is also a bar in the middle of the hotel, which we found to be an excellent setting for pleasant conversations as a couple, and the bar service was truly exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The location is quite favorable, being in close proximity to the Tanjong Beach Club and the Raffles Sentosa Spa. Currently, the hotel provides complimentary access to the Raffles Sentosa Spa, which we utilized as if it were our own private facility; we particularly cherished this aspect of our trip. A drawback we encountered was the ongoing construction from early morning until 6:30 PM. Despite paying a premium for a garden view, our room was situated in an area where construction was actively taking place. Additionally, painting was being conducted on various floors, which was noticeable throughout the day. Not direly unpleasant but still a bit of caveat. Regarding the staff, we found them to be very pleasant. However, it appeared that the establishment was understaffed, as evidenced by a two-hour wait for check-in, a situation not unique to us, as many others were also waiting. This likely led to some other complaints regarding the check-in process. We believe this is primarily a staffing issue, as the service itself was excellent. The hotel gives a commendable swimming pool, where we spent a wonderful time. The room itself was quite comfortable and featured a well-appointed bathroom. One surprising aspect was the absence of OTT, or other connectivity services such as HBO and Netflix. This was unexpected, as most hotels nowadays offer such amenities. Upon inquiring about Chromecast or other connection options, we were informed that none were available. Consequently, we were limited to the existing, rather outdated, channels. This was a significant oversight for the hotel. If they wish to enhance their services, they should consider current customer trends. Worth to notice. Overall, if asked about this hotel, we would certainly consider returning for a one or two-night staycation as a couple.
