Best Western Plus Nexen Pattaya

It was okay. It has a pool, and I only stayed one night as a transit hotel. The room was spacious. The best part was that there's an old man selling beef noodles right outside the hotel entrance at night – it was incredibly delicious! I had one bowl and went back for another... There's also a restaurant nearby with good food.

The location is a bit average; it's about a 20-minute walk to Terminal 21, but it's relatively quiet. There's an excellent restaurant called Mamamia behind the hotel that's cheap and tasty. The linens in the room were quite old and stained. The handheld shower kept falling off; it was fixed the next day after contacting Trip.com. However, the shower door didn't close properly and wasn't repaired, causing water to leak out, so you had to be careful wearing the hotel slippers. The light in the shower stall also fell down, and since I didn't report it, it wasn't fixed. On the morning of the 29th, we went for breakfast, and one of the waitresses didn't inform us that part of the breakfast was à la carte until we saw her taking orders from other guests. The staff on the following two days were all very good.

This hotel offers great value for money. There's a 7-Eleven right next to it, along with plenty of restaurants and massage parlors. The rooms are spacious. While the breakfast selection is a bit limited, it's decent enough, especially considering the overall good value.

The hotel facilities are very new, and the front desk in the lobby offers Chinese-speaking service. Its central location makes it convenient to get anywhere. The room was meticulously clean, and even with my filter shower head, the water quality was excellent.

This place is genuinely comfortable, clean, safe, and quiet. Plus, there's a 7-Eleven and street food stalls right outside, which is fantastic. The pool and front desk staff are also very nice. The value for money is absolutely incredible!

## Environment: There's a 7-Eleven right outside, plenty of small eateries around, and a very affordable brunch spot called Eak fish balls that's popular with locals – definitely worth checking out! ## Transportation: Most of the time, you'll need to take a taxi. It's quite close to the North Pattaya bus terminal (for buses back to Bangkok/airport), just a 5-minute taxi ride away. It's about 1km from the shopping centers and the beach. Bali Hai Pier (for Koh Larn) is a bit further, roughly 3-4km. ## Room: The surroundings are very quiet at night, and the soundproofing is good. The city view room's window is particularly soundproof, so you barely hear any outside noise. All the facilities are new, and the TV is huge – you can even watch some local Thai news for a real experience, or cast your own content! Very well-equipped overall! ## Service: Staff at every position greet guests politely. I also had a great experience with the laundry service, and by the way, no deposit is required! Overall, I feel it offers excellent value for money and a very comfortable stay.
