Strolling into the hotel with a baby and two large suitcase and the staff does not even help to open the door . Front desk were friendly , and check in was swiftly done. The suite room was great apart from the cleanliness . There were random hair everywhere, which shows a lack of attention to details . Though it’s a new hotel, the wall paper we’re already damaged , there were stains on the sofa and pillows of the lounger area. The room itself is good size for HK and see mainly selected this hotel because of the location which Is convenient to transport access and shops etc .

I was very happy to return to this hotel as the staff is great. I was given a large corner room so my stay was even nicer. The Christmas decorations were lovely 🎄

I loved my stay. The hotel is super convenient to get to by public transport plus the complementary shuttle services makes it breeze to get around. The room was spacious, clean with lots to offer, no to mention mountain views. The staff was willing to go above and beyond and the food was amazing. There is a water dispensers on every level, this save me so many plastic water bottles.

got a free upgrade for a family room, very spacious and comfortable with the river view, but the shower is a bit faulty.
Courtyard by Marriott Hong Kong Sha Tin

While not in situated in the center of the city and near to any particular places of interest, Courtyard by Marriot in Sha Tin provides for a pleasant respite from the hustle and bustle of the busy Hong Kong metropolis. The room is clean, shower’s temperature and pressure is decent, and the stay was generally pleasant. The hotel does not have a very good view out of the room but sleep was good on the medium firm mattress. Public buses and the train station about a 5-min walk away provides for easy connectivity to the city center.
