I made a reservation because it had a high rating. But the hotel's score definitely does not reflect the truth. The location is very bad and waiting for a taxi takes time. Additionally, the cleaning was inadequate and the beds were not comfortable. Also the doors and the balcony are constantly dirty.

I only had a one night stay buy it was pleasant. The room is clean and the bed and pillowes were comfortable.

Pool got no sunshine, room was good because of the bathtub. Breakfast buffet good. Bed was too hard even with a topper

When checking out, the staff didn't come to inform and made the guests sat and waited for a while. After waiting for a long time, the guest had to ask by himself.
The parking lot is unstaffed during the daytime. When I was about to drive out after checking out, there was a car blocking the way. There was no one to help. When I called the hotel staff, they told me to go inside the hotel and inform them again. Is that true? For what ? Such a brainless decision. Finally after waiting for approx. 20-30 minutes on a sunny day but still no one came to help. Suddenly a car (next to the blocking car) moved away, so I had to deal with the blocking car myself.
Never come to this hotel, no one is willing to help you.

Great luxury hotel. Good for the price. Nice rooms with wood floors. Nice shower and nice lobby with welcome drinks.

The hotel staff was very helpful especially Saowaluk(Am). During the songkran the hotel prepared for the guest complementary drink and snacks and many more.
When we come back to pattaya we will definitely stay here again.
