It's suitable for family. Room is same in review tatami. Old fashion & traditional. I like the tea table & chair. Toilet is clean. It's just in the middle of Dotonbori street. It's crowded & abit trash on the street.

The room is pretty large. You can leave your bags after check out at the reception desk if your flight is in the evening.

Very clean and tidy room. Quite big as well however the toilet is small. The staffs are very helpful and polite.

Clean, cosy and warm

We are a family of 3 staying here... The space and view are great ☺️ It takes only 3 minutes to walk along the river to Dotonbori. You can easily eat, drink and have fun... The hotel staff are also very polite. But there is a nightclub downstairs, so if you are a female friend, you should be careful if they come up to "ask". They are still polite and not excessive, which is also an alternative feeling. Japanese breakfast is also OK, it depends on whether it suits you...

It seems to have suddenly appeared in the street lined with Dotonbori host clubs and cabaret clubs. It's a very convenient location for sightseeing. You can eat and drink in the Dotonbori area and then go straight to the hotel, and Nihonbashi and Namba stations are within walking distance. The facilities are old, but the tatami mats were clean and the futons were very comfortable. The bath area was old but clean, the amenities were plentiful, and the rooms were spacious. I noticed a strong smell of paint thinner when I entered the entrance. Maybe it was because they had just painted the hotel? That was the only disappointment.

The receptionist called a taxi for us in the rain and accompanied us with an umbrella. They were very hospitable. We will definitely come again.

Stayed one night, big bathroom no one is very clean

This is a ryokan with a large bath. I want to go again~~ ^^

I spent a day with my family yesterday. We prepared umbrellas in case it rained, and it was fantastic to soothe our tired bodies in the bathhouse after walking around all day. The disposable items provided were detailed and the bathhouse was so clean that even my wife and children from Pohang liked it so much that they told me to take a picture of the signboard and said they definitely wanted to come here again. Thanks to the very kind owner couple, my trip to Japan started off in a good mood^^

I made a reservation to experience the ryokan atmosphere on a family trip. The owner and staff were really kind and helpful, so I was grateful. The location was really great, with the Dotonbori River visible from the room window. The only downside was that the facilities felt a bit old and there was a slight musty smell coming from the tatami mats.

It's a room with a blanket on the floor, and the cleaning is mediocre. It seems like they only vacuum the floor and replace the duvet cover. There is a lot of dust and hair on the floor. The main bath is clean, but the room is spacious and you can see the water from the window, so it feels like you're sitting outdoors. Just across the street is the Wonder Cruise. The desk is very friendly. Cleanliness is a bit disappointing, but the location is friendly and I intend to visit again because of the large public bath.
