There are few facilities and a narrow space, but the price at this location is relatively cheap, the service staff are polite and courteous, and there are many local Japanese office workers here.

The room is a standard single room. This is my second stay here. The breakfast is still very good. The restaurant also provides free drinks before 8pm, which can be freely mixed and drunk.

Initially, you need to understand that this is a hotel with very small rooms. But otherwise everything is great. At 12 meters, everything is somehow surprisingly conveniently located - except that the second tier of the bed is not needed there at all. The lower tier is almost a full double bed. There is room for two large suitcases, the shower and toilet are small but comfortable. The breakfasts are wonderful, but when there are a lot of people, the space is small and uncomfortable. It’s probably a bit difficult there during peak seasons - on the other hand, don’t go close to closing time and vice versa early in the morning All the hotel employees are very polite (like everyone else in Japan) Of the minuses - there is no adapter for a European socket The window in our room is rather decorative - there is a wall of another building 30 cm away

It's spacious. I think it's a good environment to work in. The sofa and double bed are spacious. I was able to smoke, so it was good☺️However, there was a big step to the bathroom, and there was no support bar. I have a bad back, so I won't be coming back😅

It was attractive that it was close to the station and cheap! The room was clean and had plenty of amenities. The breakfast was also delicious. I was glad that I could use the money I saved on accommodation for fun.

The location was close to the subway and easy to get to Umeda. The staff are all friendly and breakfast is free, which is great. The bathroom and room are too small and it's a bit noisy because it's near the road.

I felt that it was the most uncomfortable hotel I have ever stayed in and the worst cost performance. Because it is a business hotel, it may not be suitable for couples, but even considering that, I think it was terrible. First of all, there is no extension phone in the room. If you want to contact the front desk, you need to get dressed and go down to the first floor. It was really annoying. The front desk is staffed only by women who look like newcomers, and it takes a long time to check in. I would like it to be smoother. Also, I am not dissatisfied with the fact that it is a unit bath, but it is very narrow. I bumped my foot just by washing it normally. Moreover, there are places where it is sticky, mysterious hair has fallen, and it is an impression that there is no sense of cleanliness. There were many inconvenient points such as no place to put a towel inside, no place to plug in an outlet, no trash can. I thought it would be nice to spend money on this kind of place rather than the quality of water (healthy ionized water or something). But the biggest problem is dinner. I was told that it was a plan with dinner, but when I made a reservation, it wasn't a plan that said, "You can eat dinner at the hotel." You can get a coupon that can be used at nearby restaurants for 1,000 yen per person. (Dinner for 1000 yen?) I was a little worried because there was no mention of dinner on the website or in word of mouth, but I don't think dinner is not prepared. Moreover, even though it was New Year's holiday, I had to walk for a considerable amount of time in the cold because the shops I went to were closed because of lack of information sharing with restaurants. (Even if you look at Google Maps, it doesn't say it's closed, so it may be a problem on the restaurant side.) Please be careful if you are considering booking a plan with dinner. I think this is clearly a lack of explanation on the hotel side. As a result, I don't think it's a hotel where you can stay for more than 10,000 yen. If it's cheap, I can't help but think, "I've cut waste to the maximum (although I think it's cut too much)", but the price is high and the cost performance is bad. I wonder why the reviews are so high.

It was close to the station and very clean! Also, security was good and breakfast was included, so I was very satisfied!

Breakfast meals were very good. Room is too tight for 2 persons. Very tough to access/store luggage.

It was very pleasant and the hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist. The location was also ideal to all the places we had in our itinerary. Overall, i am very happy!

Only issue is the bath fan so loud to affect customer. You can't turn the fan to the low speed and sound mode.
